We have used Appliance Repair man for the different issues with household appliances (washer, dryer , fridge) in the last few years. Every time they have been quick to respond, professional in their interactions, and worked to give us the best deal possible. Shawn has been the technician we've worked with the most and he has been wonderful.When we realized this morning our fridge stopped working overnight I messaged them and had a same day appointment scheduled within 20 minutes.They were able to come earlier than originally promised and our fridge was working again within an hour. They didn't mind when I asked them to wear a mask in my house and I had a feeling that did not overcharged me, I never knew for problem I told the tech about the repair I had done before and he said they only charge a little over half of what I was charged by other people happy with service

I was recently experiencing some leaking along with an associated error code on my dishwasher. He came out quickly within 24 hours, which was appreciated. We discussed an initial $45 diagnostic fee. All was good. He arrived in a timely fashion, but I was already at work at the time. That said, upon diagnosing the issue, my wife declined to move forward with the repairs, preferring instead to purchase a new dishwasher rather than spend the $200-300 dollars needed to fix a faulty/leaky motor. He said he could detach the sensor to alleviate the error code and that the leaking was minimal enough to continue using it until the new one arrived. She was then handed a bill for $150, which was never agreed upon prior to any removal of the sensor. For what it is worth, I could have done this myself. The leaking is now worse than it was. I hate leaving negative reviews for people, but the lack in communicating the cost upfront was shady -- along with his attitude upon my complaint. It is what it is I was told...
