We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the final result. The workers were courteous, efficient, skilled, and each day left the place reasonably clean. Dean, our project manager, was accommodating and professional. He helped us to pick out tile and counter tops, meeting us at vendors' locations. He was very open to our requests for small fixes and items not specifically included in the contract without adding to the cost. We did have a few frustrating communication problems with the workers and foreman. A few times we were not informed of the work schedule, expecting workers who did not come, or coming when we were not expecting them (like early one Sunday morning). The original time estimate for completion (although not in writing) was 2-1/2 weeks. In reality, it took 2-1/2 months. Even two months after that period we still have a few loose ends to tie up.

American home-improvement replaced all the windows around my house as well as painted the exterior of our home. They were very efficient and did everything very quickly. I'm very happy with the work done and would hire them again in a heartbeat

Out house needed a little bit of an interior face lift so we call American to come by and give us a quote on redoing all our floors as well as painting the entire interior of our home. After a few other bids were collected by my wife and I we decided to pull the trigger and give AHI the chance to do this project. Our project manager Tom exceeded our expectations, he even gave us some free left over floor material just because he had it left over in their warehouse so we were able to do our garage floors as well thanks to him! American was quick, to the point, and does quality work. If you need your floors done, painting or anything else that involves remodeling, call them!

I hired american home improvement to do my bathroom after the very professional appointment we had. I really was impressed with the ideas they provided me with and different perspective. The appointment took a little longer than we thought but it was worth the time. Everything that was promised was eventually achieved. We were made aware at the beginning that this IS construction and things get a little messy, and dirty and dusty and we were happy we were reminded of this throughout the process. Im really happy with the way the office followed up and updated us as well as the supervisor David. Overall, I couldnt be happier. My wife and I decided to change our old asphalt driveway and we had trouble deciding whether we wanted concrete, pavers, or other designs. You would thing something that sound so simple, could be so detailed and complex... We decided to take a few estimates and American Home was one of them that we found through the home improvement guide. They sent out their hardscape/landscape pro, John. He was very informative and direct to the point. He gave us many different options of what he thought would look good, what would save us money, as well as some accents and designs that he thought might fit within our taste as well as budget. So we decided to go with pavers and John exceeded all of our expectations. The project took a total of about 2 weeks and it looks amazing. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would surely hire him again for future projects.

American Home came out and gave me an estimate on my roof... They tore the entire thing off and relaid to new layers of tile and sealed it all in record time. Allen was our project manager and he was very pleasant to work with. I am pleased with all of the work completed and it really does make the house look brand new! I love it and were so happy we went with Allen!

We had American Home Improvement redo our 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom and guest bathroom. The work was done with patience and quality materials. My favorite part of the whole thing was the tiling. It is seriously perfect. I was a little afraid going into it because the previous tile was poorly installed and just looked cheaply done and a friend told me how hard it is to have it perfect. I brought up this fear of mine to my project manager, Micky, and he assured me that he was send his best tiling guy and I just went with my gut which told me to go for it. Everything looks great and I will be bringing Micky back to do my kitchen in a few months.

I needed some repairs done on my balcony as well as a new railing so I decided to call a few contractors to come by and give me an estimate. American was the 3rd company who came out and I immediately fell in love with my project manager. He was nice, well informed, knowledgeable, patient and he just didn't seem like a sales person. We spent an hour talking about my options and I told him I had to sleep on it. He gave me a few days to figure things out and I finally decided to call him up and get the ball rolling. His crew did such good work that it almost looks like a brand new balcony, it doesn't look like it was just repaired. We also painted it and added a new railing. Everything looks so beautiful and I'm so happy I went with them to do this project. Thanks guys!

Everything from beginning to and working with American home improvement was perfect. They came and gave us a reasonable estimate, we signed a contract and we were off. They redid our small kitchen and made it look absolutely beautiful and match the rest of our already beautiful home. The crewmembers were all very polite and respectful to my family and they always made sure that everyone was awake before they started with the loud stuff. I enjoyed seeing the progress as well as having my project manager tell me step-by-step what was going on. I learned a lot and I'm so happy with everything we have received for our money. I called American home to come give me an estimate on redoing the siding around my house. At first meet with Isaac, we immediately noticed that he know why he was talking about. He explained the process thoroughly and took his time and didn't try to rush through just to get a signed contract. We spent about an hour and a half together going over everything and by the end of the meeting as he was picking up his things o said "what the heck, let's do it!" Fast forward to today, my house looks newly built. I love the work of his crew and they did it with such patience and efficiency. I love these guys and I'm sure you will too!

These guys did a great job with a bathroom remodel that involves special lighting and special stone for the custom countertop. My project manager made constructive and creative suggestions on everything from choice of stone to lighting which were very important to me. In other words he was good with the design. He is a pleasure to deal with and all of his employees/workers were accommodating and thorough. In addition, at the same time all this was going on I was having some other work done on the house and he volunteered some helpful thoughts on that job. I highly recommend American home improvement. I think they will work hard to make you happy!

We sought out multiple contractors for a kitchen remodel, and American home-improvement was by far the most responsive and very competitive on price. At the beginning of the remodel our project manager provided us with a clear timeline for the remodel and when things would be done and what they would be working on and win. Our remodel finished ahead of schedule and they always kept us up-to-date on all points within the remodel and it looks fantastic. We've had a few friends remodel their kitchen and bathrooms recently and when we swap stories we are so glad we went with AHI and not anyone else we 100% recommend these guys – they are great!

We hired a H I to come in and remove our popcorn ceiling. We centerpiece to the lab and unfortunately it came back with us Besto's. We called AHI to let them know that the lab test came back positive and they assured us not to worry and that they would take care of it. They came in removed everything repackage the ceilings and they did it in record time. We were able to get everything done just in time for the holidays and that's what makes my wife most happy. Our new ceilings look great and the price was very reasonable. American home improvement is a great contractor and very professional I call them if I were you.

We bought our house in August and decided to remodel the old bathroom and to do other minor works like refinish the old wood floors re-pipe the entire house and put some recessed lights in the living room. We had only four weeks before moving in to complete all the works. We made some research on Internet and when we read the awesome reviews about AHI we decided to give them a call and ask for an estimate. Our project manager Mickey is wonderful!. He came to see the house and two days later on a Sunday afternoon he came to explain his idea to maximize the space of our small bathroom. He showed us a draft and explained all the details to us. We were also relieved to see that the cost for the entire renovation was very competitive and actually a little less expensive than some of the other bed we received from other contractors. The day before Thanksgiving his team started the demolition and were very polite, clean and well organized. I was be Willder to see how tidy they placed all of the materials and tools in the living room and backyard. Never had any complaints during the process. Everyone at HI seems to be reliable polite detail oriented an expert. We are so happy with the results that we can't wait to remodel also our kitchen… If you plan to do any renovation in your house, don't wait! Call AHI and you will not be disappointed

AHI performed very professional work on all the different tasks. Their work crews arrived promptly and did their work quickly and with great skill. We hired Tammy and AHI to come and redo the flooring throughout our entire house including the living room, bedrooms, hallways and other common areas. Tammy came off so honest and pleasant. We really enjoyed our initial meeting with her and eventually had her come back to do the actual project. She finished it all way ahead of schedule and even had time to fix some minor issues we had with the electrical in our kitchen. She's going to be our contractor for life. Zak came by to give us an estimate in a new sunroom. He came in just under most of the contractors bids but that's not the reason we went with him. Our experience during our first meeting. With Zak went very smoothly. He was patient and explained to us everything we needed to know about materials, cost breakdowns, what lasts longer. He just knew what he was talking about. Most other contractors just came to sell us something but couldn't explain to us what they wanted us to buy. We enjoyed having Zak work on our enclosure. He popped up a few times a week to check on the job and make sure the guys were moving swiftly. He also made us laugh a lot. He's a character and just a joy to be around. We'd definitely hire him again. It was a pleasure.

Working with american was a very quick and east process. Originally, going into this remodeling thing, we were a little scared. We thought it was going to be a long dragged out messy process but it was the opposite. Of course it was messy because they were demolishing our bathroom but over all they completed everything in exactly a week and it looks REALLY good. Shawn P came by to give me an estimate on my project and to be honest, i kind of thought he was a little bit of a know it all at first which made me a little bit uneasy. But once i got to know him i realized that he really knows what he is talking about. He told me everything i needed to know about how to build a deck and what is needed. He gave me different options as far as material and broke down the costs per square foot of redwood, trex and other material he thought id be interested in. He was very thorough and kept things realistic for me. He stayed mainly within my budget but i did go a bit over it but totally worth it. They are now just painting and ill send pictures shortly! Anyone may use me as a reference. I am definitely a happy customer

After obtaining multiple bids, I narrowed my decision down to 2 companies. American was definitely at the top of my list but i told myself i had to do some comparison. Most of the bids were pretty close to one another so trust was what really made or broke my decision. I obviously decided to go with American home improvement due to their transparency and knowledge. My project manager Micky just seemed to get me. Over all everything went very well and my kitchen is beautiful. Thanks Micky and team for a job well done!

AHI came in as one of the higher bidders for my roofing project but I don't know why I just had the inkling to go with them over everyone else. My project manager Allen just seemed so much more confident in his work and had way more pictures in his portfolio to show me than anyone else. I originally really wanted to go with an actual roofer but going with a general contractor who had a licensed roof specialists just proved to me that there's a reason hes working for a general contractor. Allen really is the an expert when it comes to roofing. He did a complete tear off of my roof an re-insulated my attic. He is also coming back after the holidays to repair some stucco and paint the entire exterior of my house. I was very please with Allen's work and knowledge of the business.

My sister remodeled her bathroom last year with american home improvement and i promised myself that when i get the money saved up for it, I'd do it too! They had just done such a great job and she said she was very happy with her project manager so when i was ready in October, i gave them a call! They sent Tom over to assess my bathroom and within a couple of hours i signed a contract. He just seemed so reliable and professional, and with the help of my sisters referral i just had to pull the trigger. It has now been just about 2.5 months since i remodeled the bathroom and it still puts a smile on my face every time i go in there. The shower tile was done so precisely and you could just tell the quality of with is very high. I am very happy with the work done! PS, they gave my sister a referral fee of $500 off her next project which she was able to transfer to me which i used which made it a little bit sweeter. Our bathroom was in dire need of a remodel. The layout was awkward the tub didn't work and the tile was starting to yellow. We called American and ask them if they could come the same day and they did! After our meeting with them, we decided to get a couple more estimates just to compare. American happened to be the second lowest better but we decided to go with them because they just seemed more honest and less pushy overall. Project supervisor they sent was also very nice and we got along with him the most as far as understanding of the project went. I'm not gonna lie, we were a little needy and he was very cordial with us throughout the process. Everything looks great and I'm happy we hired this company to do it.

We hired American home improvement to come and redo my daughters bathroom. It was a little outdated and had a lot of plumbing work that needed to be repaired and my daughter just "absolutely like needed a new bathroom". So being the parents that we are, and my daughter being the bagger that she is, we caved and remodeled her bathroom. Mickey came in to give us an estimate and we clicked right off the bat. He spoke to my daughter the majority of the time, which I'm sure was it fun when my 17-year-old has 1 million ideas but he was totally patient and understanding and so we were off to begin the project. The complete remodel from beginning to and took just over a week. American home-improvement moves fast and efficiently and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel. My daughter is very happy with the new bathroom and now she has running hot water that doesn't turn cold mid shower. My husband and I contacted American home improvement after getting 4 bids that we were unsatisfied with. Sam came in to give us a bid about two weeks after we almost gave up but I guess fifth time is a charm! Sam was very soft-spoken, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all he didn't give us the feel that he was selling is something that we didn't need. We called him back for a second appointment about a week later and that's when we are ready to move forward with the remodel. Being that we were remodeling the kitchen and both our bathrooms, we wanted to get it done as fast as possible so we told him that we would stay with my in laws for the duration of the project so that they can knock all the projects out all at once. He gave us a reasonable timeline and made sure that everyone was on time every day.
