I contacted All Over Lock and Key upon the purchase of my new home. Ran was very helpful and immediately provided a rough quotation estimate over the phone and made an appointment. He was right on time and very friendly and professional. After reviewing the job he made recommendations on how to best re-key the house and swap the hardware for the best usage. He was fast and efficient. I would recommend to anyone.

All Over Lock N Key gave us excellent service. We are a property management company and one of our residential properties needed a repair on a antique front door lock. They were able to repair the existing lock in a very professional, timely manner. Good communication. They were quick to respond to our needs and took good care of us. We will use them again in the future.

Ran is a true professional, pleasant and accommodating. Booked the appointment and received and accurate quote on the first call. I requested an earlier arrival if possible and he called me the next morning to let me know he could be there earlier. Work was done to my expectations, quickly and efficiently. He came out within a couple hours (there was no emergency so this was very fast service), I explained my needs, and he made his own suggestions that saved me a ton of money and still gave me the security I was looking for. Our front door dead bolt lock had become loose and could be opened by vibrating the door. Ran, was able to come the day I called and arrived on time. There were several problems with the lock; it was old, the installing contractor did not line up the cutouts properly, and a bolt pin was broken. Rav fixed everything installing a new bolt, pin and added plates to decrease the space between the door and the frame. Total time was two hours. He recommended that we think about replacing the entire door lock in a year due to its age. He did not try to sell us anything extra, only saying he would be happy to supply and install a new lock, or just install a pre-purchased lock. I chose All Over Lock & Key based on the comments, especially one that sounded just like our problem. I was not disappointed and will definitely call them when we decide to update our locks.

An employee, named Gal, came to our house the day after we called. The door knob and bolt lock were over forty years old and needed to be replaced. Gal replaced the door knob and locks in a professional, knowledgeable manner. He needed to adjust the strike plate and the bolt slot by chiseling the area until the locks fit perfectly. We lost the key to our side gate padlock so he cut off the old lock and installed a much better lock. The security of our house was much improved. Gal did a great job.

After a very disappointing experience with Lion Security we are overjoyed with the the service and quality work of All Over Lock & Key. The appointment and repairs were completed in 24 hours. Ran Glycher is an intelligent, courteous and well- informed gentleman. After fixing our problem (which turned out to be more complicated than we originally thought), Ran gave us a tutorial on how to give extra life to our Baldwin lock, which is already 30 years old. When it comes time to replace this (or any other lock) Ran will be my first and only call.

Hey went above and beyond, fixing previous mistakes by the last lock installers for free as part of the service, fixed our draft guard on door etc, and made us extra keys! He is seriously the nicest and best locksmith I have ever used, very fair price and great customer service. You will be very happy with him.

Communicated well, was on time and friendly. The work was done fast and well. The one quibble I had was that he changed out the mailbox key lock and THEN showed me that the door itself was broken. The door can still be locked, but once open, can come right off. Fine I guess, since it can still be effectively locked, but would have been nice to have that broken door pointed out before I agreed to go ahead and have the lock changed. Other than that, all was aces.

I had had a previous locksmith attempt to fix this front door lock. He said that it should be replaced, but he put in a new part and left. He had not fixed the lock. I thought I would have to get a new door along with new hardware and found out it would cost close to $2,000.00. I called All Over Lock and Key. Ran, who came out to work on the lock, is just great. He fixed the lock. Said that If I decided to change it in the future, he could replace it, and I would not need to get a new door. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend All Over Lock and Key.

Gal was the technician and he was punctual, friendly, and professional. Did the job right - including fixing a couple locks that had been put in upside down, and did it quickly. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

Ran and his team were outstanding! Completely professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule on move in day (even after I had to reschedule on short notice), arrived on time, and were all finished within 90 minutes. Ran explained how my existing door locks worked, offered some tips to keep them in good working order, and suggested a few security improvements around the house (all free of charge). Price was more than reasonable, even without the coupon I bought here on Angie's List. Our new locks worked great, and I'll definitely be using these guys again!

The lock access on my front door now works, it had been non-functional by key access for several days. My double front door with twin pulls has been functionally salvaged to last much further into the future. I wanted to preserve the pull set on my doors, due to its antique appearance, and the service man's ability to make the repairs made that preservation possible. Some time in the future I may replace the doors; when that time comes, THEN I'll get new lock sets, but I won't have to replace them until then. Some might think $195 too high, but I think it's perfectly reasonable for all that was done, plus obtaining a replacement part, and repairs and key-cutting all from the workshop in his service van. He was extremely knowledgable about the best solutions for our needs. And once we figured out the "puzzle" he got the job done! I would definitely use him/this company again. The cost was also less than if we had gone with any of the other options we were looking at.

Front door sucked always felt like key was going to break off in door. Just bought this house and Ron came 45 mins after I called him, was great and disassembled re-drilled and re assembled a completely wrong installed door handle and lock also he key matched and replaced door knob and dead bolt on side door. Was great will use again.

Ran did a great job for us in re-keying our whole house. He was punctual, and called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and professional. He did all the work himself. His estimate was right on. I would definitely use him again.

They were alright. What I did not like what he wanted to charge me extra. He was not clear and h said I did not tell him that in the beginning. He had to return and said there was going to be an extra charge and I was a little bit irritated. There was confusion on the pricing.
