I'm a property manager so I was impressed from head to toe with the service today. Completely professional and fairly priced. I will be calling Ran again in the future.

Ran was smart, professional, and responsive. We corresponded a few days before his visit by phone and text so that he could understand our needs and order the correct parts in advance; he was able to tell us a lot about our situation just by looking at some photos that I texted to him. He was always happy to answer questions in as much detail as we requested, and to provide cost details rather than vague estimates. His recommendations and explanations about what to purchase and what NOT to purchase were very helpful. On the day of service, he was friendly and professional and walked me through everything I needed to know about using and reprogramming our new lock system. The whole thing took about an hour and 45 minutes. As a woman who was home alone, I appreciated that at no point did I feel unsafe, and at no point did I feel that I was treated differently than a male customer would have been treated (which unfortunately happens from time to time). Even though our job was not inexpensive, we feel that we got a great value for the price.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Though Ran is not open on Sunday's, I sent an email via Angie's List figuring I'd hear from him on Monday. I actually heard from him within 30 minutes. I had purchased what I thought would work but he explained why there was only one type of door handle and keypad that could go on my front door and he explained it very clearly. I opted to go just with the top of the line keypads since that solved my issue. Ran was an incredible service provider and I can clearly see why he has been a recipient of the Super Service Award. I just couldn't be happier with the entire experience and I highly recommend All Over Locksmith and Garage Doors to anyone wanting a true professional!

Great. Our locksmith, Gal, called me to give me his estimated arrive time. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and did excellent work. Turns out the previous home owner had their door knob installed upside down. He even fixed this for us!

Gal made the service call and took all the time we needed to review my overall options. He offered invaluable advise and insight, and helped me make the best decisions. A week later, on time at the date we had agreed on, he arrived and installed all locks, ensured that all was done at my satisfaction, cleaned up and couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Great service. I will definitely contact them again for any future needs.

The gentleman came to my house about an hour after I called. He worked quickly, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use All Over again and don't hesitate to recommend them! The best!!

Ran was excellent. He was both professional and a lovely person to deal with. He checked out my other locks for me and found them to be adequate. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to make me feel unsafe with my other door lock and therefore charge me more for something that I didn't need.

This company is wonderful. I am a realtor and I first hired them for one of my clients. I met them at the property and they were just so professional and nice. This time, I referred my client to All over Locksmith and my client was so happy with the service man, the work that they referred them to a friend as well.

He was thorough in explaining how the locks work. He made sure that all worked perfectly for us.

It went we'll. After discussing the costs and work over the phone he told us he would be here in an hour and he was on time. He looked at all the work, suggested a few fixes and changes, then got right to work. It took him approximately 1 1/2- w hours to change all locks and make repairs that he fixed as a customer-service function. He has a well-equipped rolling shop in his van and all the tools. He was knowledgeable and helpful and explained what he was doing.

After calling at least 6 places for quotes to rekey our whole house (over 15 cylinders total), Ran offered the lowest quote as well as demonstrated the most eagerness for the job. The next day he came out and despite some issues w one of our doors, he nonetheless bent over backwards to make sure we'd be happy customers. And even though the updated needs should've cost significantly more than the original quote, the total cost he charged was not much more and overall very, very reasonable (I'd even say inexpensive compared to others I called). Ran is also very friendly and professional (& he was great w our 3-year old son too), and, most importantly, he seems to have done a great job. I will definitely use him again in the future for all locksmith needs, and I will also definitely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of such services.

I requested a quote via yelp, and Ran got back to me almost immediately. I needed my locks changed urgently due to a safety concern, and he made time for me within hours, and texted me regularly to update me on his arrival. He was so nice and professional, and I would definitely use his services again!
