All Over Locksmith

We have had Ran to our house 3 times and 3 years... we have spent more than $700 on services, including the replacement of the entire internal lock mechanism on the front door... and IT STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. Every time he comes back he refuses to repair his previous work for free and says that because it's been more than a couple of months he can't be responsible for the operation of the lock. So we kept paying him. And now the lock is broken once again. At some point he should take responsibility for his work and that it keeps failing. But he never does. So we are going to use a different service.

The lock broke on my front door and I needed it repair almost immediately and feared I would have to wait all day. I searched Angie’s List and came up with All Over Lock & Key. After speaking to the company, they said it would be about two hours before someone could be there. Thirty minutes later I received a call that the technician was 15 minutes away. Ran, the owner, came by and we discussed rekeying all locks (house, garage, garden gates, etc). Ran did an great job of focusing on the needs at hand, and not pressuring or upselling. However, he did point out some things we could think about for later when/if we wanted to further upgrade our security, based on how we feel after we've lived in the house and neighborhood awhile. We also asked him about our garage door, and how to secure that, and he gave us a few very economical and effective options. Ran understands scope management and solution optimization. I really liked working with him and know that when I want to discuss other security options, he's going to be up front and easy to work with. Top notch. Would hire again anytime.

Ran was very responsive and prompt. He gave us the option for a lower price fix or a little higher but better quality replacement. Having had continual problems with our front door for some time, we chose the latter, which involved replacing the door knob and deadbolt. He did a great job and we now feel much more secure.

Locksmith was prompt, got me inside in just a few minutes, and made extra keys.

It was kind of an emergency and he was terrific. He took care of it and came earlier because I told him it was an emergency. His name is Ram. He was excellent. He explained what he thought the best of keeping our house safe. Very personable and I would recommend them to anybody. I'd like to thank them.

Ran did a great job for us. He's a no-nonsense guy who is very knowledge and very helpful. We had very old locks and I sent him pictures so he could give me an estimate over the phone. He set up a time for work and come out within days of my request. He did the job quickly and kept everything clean. After the job, he even had his own vacuum to clean up after himself. He took onsite credit card payment as well. I did not get a lot of estimates for this job but felt like I got great value for the job that was done.

On the day of the service, the locksmith called several hours ahead of our appointment to let me know he was running a bit late and would arrive slightly after the scheduled two-hour window. This was very much appreciated as it gave me time to adjust my plans. Once he arrived, he was friendly, efficient, and professional.

This lock has been a problem for a couple of years and it's one of those things on our to-do and we kept putting it off. Until we suddenly couldn't open the door. We had gone in and out several times this morning and then suddenly we could not open the deadbolt. The locksmith came quickly and had the whole lock replaced in about 1/2 hour. He would have been even more quick but the latch inside the lock was broken and twisted so even he was having trouble getting the door open to replace the lock. The only problem is that our coupon was for 4 keys and we only got 2 but since there are only 2 of us, that's okay. I am just happy and relieved this was resolved quickly and easily. In fact we had called another place before this one and they gave us an arrival time of 2 hours. All Over Locksmith had a locksmith out here and finished before the other place would have even started. I really appreciate them having available workers to come out early on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and locksmiths who are willing to do that. Will definitely hire again if needed.

We found this company on Angie's List and contacted them to have them come out and rekey three doors on a home we just purchased. Ran was punctual, friendly and informative. He rekeyed the three doors and made us several sets of keys. Great service and the prices are fair. Thank you!

I was able to call this locksmith local to my area and Ron gave me a time window of 2 hours to arrive which worked really well. He even called to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself, very professional and my dogs were very friendly to him. He looked at it and was able to get the copied key out of the key lock and said the cylinder inside the key needed to be replaced which worked out perfectly. Since this door lock is the main door to get in with family members, I am glad that the lock was fixed. I had new copies of the house key made from Home Depot and he tried all of them and all of the keys were able to unlock and lock, and more importantly, the key was able to come out easily.

A+. As promised. Highly recommended.
