Description of Work: I'm not really sure how the prices are compared to others. However, I had a lock emergency and they responded right away on a Saturday night. They took care of everything within the time frame they told me and for the price they quoted. They cared about the quality of the work, whether I was happy with it, and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: He replaced several locks for which I did not have keys. I understand that can be more expensive, but I purchased an Angie's list deal (4 locks for $95) and ended up paying an extra $135 on top of that. He also gave me 4 copies of the keys for "free" even though I told him I only needed two. I just felt like I was waaaay overcharged. Other than that, the service was great, but I wouldn't use them again.

When there is additional work to be done outside of the Angie’s List Deal specifications, naturally there will be additional charges as you understood. In your situation, 6 out of the 7 Locks did not have an existing key which requires additional Labor to be re-keyed as well as 3 additional Locks to be re-keyed as explained beforehand. It is also our Goal to offer competitive pricing for Services we provide and we feel you were given the very best we could offer. Description of Work: Re-keyed 3 doors on a newly purchased house and fixed a broken deadbolt on a security door. Created a new key for a garage door that had no original. Provided several copies of the new keys. Service was great, everything was explained and several options were provided. Would definitely hire them again.
