Ran was professional, responsive, thorough and well priced. The whole process really couldn't have gone any smoother.

I just purchased a house so I needed to get the locks re-keyed. When I scheduled the appointment, he gave me a time frame when he'd arrive but also said he would give me a call when he was about 20-30 min away. I paid for 6 keys and he gave me 9. Ran was great! He gave me a great deal and was very quick, efficient and professional.

The owner of the company, Ran, answered the phone when I called and was courteous and friendly. He asked me to text him photos of the lock to confirm it was something he could handle. He got back to me within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day (after offering the same day and me declining). He arrived at my home near the Hollywood sign exactly on time and proceeded to fix the lock and inside mechanism. He was mindful of the baby in the house and extremely polite and courteous. He provided me the promised Angie's List discount and also threw in an additional discount on one of the parts without me even asking. When someone is fixing the locks on your doors, which is the security to your home, you MUST trust that person, and I definitely trust Ran. He is our new locksmith.

Ran was very responsive and prompt. Another locksmith might have recommended a new lock, as previous installation (by other vendor) was substandard leaving a part too short - Ran, however, gave me the option of removing a decorative plate which would allow the lock to continue working for a minimal service call fee. He also did other maintenance on the strike plate, making the lock easier to open for my daughter in case of an emergency. We looked at another lock, and again- his advice was geared more to saving me expense, rather than lining his pocket. He's good at what he does, and he has integrity - what more could you ask for?

To start with, it was great to actually have Ran answer the phone on the first call. At that point I was calling around to get price and availability since we needed same day service the day before Thanksgiving. Ran was very professional and courteous. I was frank with him and told him that I was checking prices as I had no idea of what to expect. After making several calls, Ran actually called me back within an hour or so to see if I had made a decision. I told him that I had found someone that was $5.00 less than his quote. He said he would match it, give us extra keys and be there at the time I needed. I decided to go with him because I appreciated that he actually called me back and was willing to sell himself. My husband actually was late in meeting him and Ran waited. My husband later told me that he was very professional and felt comfortable with him. It is refreshing to know that there are still business owners that take pride and ownership of their businesses. I highly recommend him.

Ran is fantastic. It was easy to make an appointment. He showed up promptly and took care of the work quickly and perfectly. As we were installing a Kwikset electronic deadbolt, he showed me how to work the keypad and change the settings if necessary. He even installed an extra door handle for no extra charge. I am completely satisfied with his work and highly recommend Ran. His rates were incredibly fair for the top quality work. He?s also a very nice guy! Thanks for the great service.

I was in a real jam at the end of a work day--I'd locked my purse and keys into a file cabinet and no other keys to it anywhere (you push the lock in to lock it). Called another locksmith off Angie's List and they couldn't come for 3 hours, and I didn't want to stick around at work and wait by myself. Called All Over Lock & Key and they sent someone right away. The guy had to drill it out to get it to open, but I got out of work safely so it was worth it. I appreciated their prompt service because I was really stuck. Good job!

I live in a townhome community with a group of mailbox clusters. My mailbox was becoming tougher and tougher to unlock. When I finally had to spend five minutes struggling with the key, I knew it was time to replace the lock. I called All Over Lock & Key (based on member reviews), and Eli arrived within the hour. In about ten minutes (max), he had my new lock installed and was handing me the keys. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right.

Ran is knowledgable, efficient, and professional. He showed up five minutes early and got right to work after I showed him what the problems were. What is great about Ran is that he actually took the time to explain the situation with the door locks, even pointing out that the locks themselves weren't broken. Rather, the frame simply needed to be adjusted, which would subsequently cost less. Ram walked me through his process and let me double check the locks at the end and honored the Angie's List coupon. Furthermore, it had recently rained and Ran offered to take his shoes off while inside my home so to not track any water or dirt inside, which I couldn't have appreciated more. I just recently had moved into my new condo a few days ago, upon moving in i was told i need to get my mailbox re-keyed. Thanks to Angie's list, I came upon All Over Lock and Key. I Spoke to Ran on the phone to schedule an appointment in the morning. Ran pretty much came on time even earlier than what we discussed over the phone. In about 30-45 minutes Ran had my mailbox re-keyed and a received a new set of keys for my key ring. Overall the service was a great experience, Ran is a true professional. Great personality with a good sense of humor and very honest. If there is another job I need done he's receiving another call from me that's for sure. Oh and I forgot to mention he was nice enough to give me a bit of a discount on the final price! Thanks for everything Ran.

We called Ran in the early afternoon and he gave us a time window later in the afternoon the same day. He showed up on time and got right to work after we showed him what the problems were. What's impressive about Ran is his level of professionalism--he had the lock removed in almost seconds but with the sureness of someone who knows what he's doing. He spent some time explaining the situation with our door locks, oointing out how new installations would differ from our 20+ year old locks. After examining the locks, he determined that they only needed to be repaired (or in the case of the deadbolt, lubricated). He got the replacement parts from his truck and had the lock repaired and reassembled very quickly. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with the operation of the locks. He honored the Angie's LIst coupons without hesitation. He kept the work area clean and made sure all small parts were picked up. I would highly recommend his service to others.

Great, great, great experience from start to finish. Ran explained everything and did not pressure to add any extra items. He even replaced one of our worn deadbolts for free of charge. That actually got him more of my business since I decided to let him replace our other deadbolt. I wish all service providers were this competent and courteous.

I got locked out of my office on Labor Day, and after reading the reviews about this company on Angie's List I called them. Very glad I did. They came right away, quickly fixed the lock (it turned out it was busted) and even fixed the door frame as well, which was not part of the original service call.. They were done in less than 20 mins. I will definitely use them again.

I found All Over Lock & Key on Angie's List.They have a good rating and a coupon.Around 10:00 am I called and spoke to Ran. He was very polite and professional on the phone.I told him that I simply had 2 locks that needed re-keyed. He told me that he could be at my house around 2pm.He called about 12:45 to say that he could be at my house early, around 1:30. He showed up right at 1:30, when he said he would. He was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He looked at my locks, went back to his truck, and had the job done in about 15 minutes. He knew that I called from Angie's List and asked if I had a coupon. I paid him and he gave me his card.All of our locks are now properly keyed and work great!I will use him again and I very highly recommend him.
