I found the Technician, Ran, to be very professional and experienced in his work. We set up an appointment and he made it within the window time frame we discussed. He walked me through the work before getting started and gave me a total cost to get my approval beforehand. He completed the job quickly and easily, I was very pleased. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks Ran!

I highly recommend this business. They fit me into their schedule in under 24 hours notice, arrived at my house right on time, and fixed my broken mail box in under 25 minutes. They were professional, affordable, and did an excellent job. Really can't say anymore then if you have an issue of this nature, you should totally consider this company to solve your problem.

They did everything that they said they were going to do for us. I talked to someone on the phone and a different person came out to do the work; they were both nice. If I ever needed locks done again I would probably give them a call. I was completely satisfied.

They did a pretty good job for us about 3 months ago. They came out and what we were having issues with were our doors would not close right. They were able to try to get them to close decently, but it is still a problem for us. This is not fault of theirs though. One guy came out and he was very nice and professional. He really did try to help us out the best that he could; but this was a tough issue. They also had reasonable prices.

They were able to come out and did the work for us; they were helpful. The owner came out and he had an apprentice with him. They were very responsive. I think I bought the deal on the weekend and he called me within 12 hours to set an appointment; and they came out that Monday. Their prices were also very standard and fair. If I ever need needed to use them again, I definitely would.

All Over Lock and Key was fantastic! I had a lock on my door which was no longer safe and usable. I thought I would have to replace the entire inside mechanism and outside hardware which would have cost a lot of money. All Over Lock and Key was here in less than an hour and was able to fix the lock by only replacing a part of the inside mechanism. They saved me a lot of money and it works perfectly! I would definitely use All Over Lock and Key again as well as recommend them to all my friends. They provided outstanding customer service and were knowledgeable, friendly and neat.

It went really well. Ran was available at a convenient time, showed up on time, and got the work done quickly. He also made sure to give me an Angie's List deal he had running, despite my having managed to not notice that such a thing was available. While he was here, he pointed out a few other things that were wrong with the door/locks, and fixed them for no charge. I'll call him again when I need locks/keys/etc. --Brian

Definitely recommend. I was very impressed when I received a call from this company after they had seen my review with a couple of minor complaints about their previous service. On the original call on 4/8/13, I needed to change the locks urgently, and they came quickly after my call. They were able to change all of the locks needed, but one of the locks was installed upside down. It works fine but it's annoying every time I have to use that lock to have to turn the key upside down for one of the locks on that door. We also had a disagreement about the value of the coupon they offered on Angie's List, which was the basis for my calling them and greatly reduced the value of the coupon. They said that the misunderstanding arose from the way that Angie's List insisted on printing the coupon (as I recall with "|" line symbols in between parts of the offer that were meant to indicate that the consumer had to chose between one of several options and it did not apply to re-keying the locks at all. They were willing to give the smaller discount according to their interpretation of the coupon & I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that point, but I was not completely satisfied with the way the work was done. I understand that they have now revised their discount coupon so it is clear. More importantly, they set up an appointment and came out again on 10/25/13. Ron, owner of the company came out himself. He fixed the upside down lock at no charge. I was so satisfied by their response to my Angie's List review that I had him do work on 2 more locks, for which he only charged me $50. I now would definitely use them again.

Great. I called the week before to schedule an appointment. After speaking to the owner, who was quite polite and responsible, I knew the company would be at my home on time. The day of the appointment I called the business and requested they phone me just prior to arriving at my home so I could secure my animals. Sure enough, a few minutes before the locksmith, Gal, arrived, he called me and said he would be at my home in a couple of minutes. He arrived on time, was very neat and clean. Extremely friendly and polite. He showed me how the locks would be re-keyed and promptly removed them. Gal then took the locks to his fan to re-key them. They were reinstalled in a matter of minutes. I would strongly recommend this company if you want honest work for a pretty good price and from a responsible company. These guys won't flake on you.

Excellent work. The technician was great and took the time to explain things and answer all my questions about the locks. He was extremely professional and polite. I would definitely recommend and use All Over lock again. Plus, the price was very reasonable and they came to the house.

The service rep was great. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job installing the locks. He did not have the right part for the garage, so he ordered the part and came back to install it. I would recommend his services.

It was a pleasurable experience to have my locks recoded by Ran, owner/operator of ALL OVER LOCK and KEY. My current locks were old and improperly installed. Ran suggested that I replace the lock cylinders with a modern version. He worked tirelessly to align the side door lock that was misaligned after replacing the lock cylinder. This was not required to complete the repairs I was expecting, but rather, so it would not require much effort to operate. He went above and beyond the call of duty, a man of character!

On my way to a medical appointment, I broke the key off in my front door lock! When I got home, I went on Angie's List, of course, to look for a trustworthy locksmith. After reading the reviews of several companies, I decided on ALL OVER LOCK AND KEY All of their reviews were excellent and when I called at 3:30 in the afternoon and asked if someone could come out right now, at the start of rush hour, I was told someone would be here in two hours. My great technician was here in less than an hour! He easily got the broken key out of my lock and then I showed him a front door lock that I had bought but never installed. It had a remote control and a punch-in keyboard and also a keyed entry. I hesitantly asked if he could install this complicated security deadbolt for me. He jumped right in, explaining the pros of my unit and he also got another deadbolt from his truck and installed that above my keypad. I now have the most secure property in Los Angeles. All through the procedure, he took the time to explain what he was doing and how it would work. He gave me the best price on all the work he did. We discussed other options for my door and I will be using ALL OVER LOCK AND KEY for all my future locksmith needs. This company is efficient, friendly, cost effective and really the kind of company that should be on the top of Angie's List. Do yourself a favor and call this company when you have any kind of a problem that involved keys and locks! They are on my speed dial!

Ran, the owner, answered my phone call himself, was obviously very knowledgeable, and was able to arrive at rental property in little more than an hour. Was able to diagnose problems with various doorknobs and latches; called with estimate; final bill was slightly lower than estimated range. Tenant reports all work was done well.

They came out immediately and fixed the lock within half an hour. They were really great and I would recommend them to others.

We were driven in desperation to join Angie's List because of a hatchet job that was done on our house by a lunatic locksmith the day before. The guy was out of his league and literally left our front door full of Swiss cheese holes and didn't even clean up. I've never seen anybody receive so many phone calls in my life and they clearly were not related to locks. He was here five hours and all he did was drill holes, make messes and take phone calls. At any rate, this was the scenario that Ran was asked to repair, and repair he did. The reason why the bill seems high was because the job involved several locks around the house with rekeying. We felt very comfortable with his expertise and professionalism and sure are glad we found him through Angie's List. We'd found our previous loser just by trolling through the internet.

The morning after I called Ran came to install a dead bolt lock on the side door of the garage. He was friendly, courteous and very quick in doing the job. I would highly recommend him to anyone and certainly will use his services again should the need arise. Bill in Woodland Hills.

I called Ran on Thursday because of a completely broken lock on our front security gate. I needed this fixed as soon as possible. He came out the next morning at 9 am to accommodate my schedule. I thought the lock would need to be replaced, instead he fixed it as good as new saving me hundreds of dollars. While he was at my house i also had him re-key my 3 exterior doors and 4 more gates. He did everything in a professonal, timely, and affordable manner. Will definitely be using him again. Dont hesitate to call him for all of your lock issues.

Ron, the owner was on time, and worked hard to get the job done. He was very smart in his field, and knew it very well. He took the time to explain the issues that were occurring and how to fix them. He not only fixed what we had discussed over the phone, but other lock and key issues that came up. He was very nice, and we would hire him again for the fast response, knowledge, and good job that he did.
