We wound up going with another company but Bill was my second choice. He and his subs are great guys with wonderful ideas and advice. He was very easy to work with and understood perfectly what I wanted. Sometimes you just know from a person's character that they're going to do great work, Bill is one of those guys. I would definitely refer him to anyone that needs a great contractor.

Bill Holmquist was highly recommended by a co-worker. His bid was reasonable for the amount of work required. The results were awesome. While framing the patio, Bill alerted us to a design defect in our plans. The roof of the patio was too low, and would look weird when exiting the guest bedroom. Bill suggested a change in the roof pitch and design which worked out brilliantly. Bill also recommended that we include additional wood work to the beams to add more architectural appeal. We followed his advice. The stamped concrete in the patio came out beautifully, our neighbors thought that it was tile instead. Bill would call us every night to report when his crew would be showing up the next morning and to give us a progress report of what would be done. His crew and subcontractors were courteous and polite- no loud music or talking. They showed up punctually every day shortly before 7:00 a.m. We are extremely pleased with the results of our project. The patio looks beautiful.
