I was very impressed with prompt scheduling and follow through with regard to the scheduling. The "full home inspection" was less than I had expected, but ultimately, after speaking with the technician about what I had expected vs. what he was doing, he did check all outlets to ensure no reverse polarity and wrote up a detailed report of what we needed to fix with our electrical panel.

"Two man hours" means t wo electricians working for one hour. It does not mean one electrician for two hours. Coupon wording can get confusing, so be aware of what you are actually paying for. Otherwise, great service.

I bought this deal to have some lighting fixtures replaced. The deal was 2 hours of electrical work that could be done by one person for 2 hours, or 2 people for 1 hour. That being said, I had 3 jobs lined up. Replace the front door outside light fixture, the light inside the front door in the entry way and the hanging light in the stairwell. I was pleased they gave me a 30 minute notice so I could come home from work, and the two men arrived on time. They both were friendly and polite and I showed them the 3 jobs I had lined up for them. The minute they saw the light in the stairwell, one guy said they would be unable to do that as they only carried a 6 foot ladder. I wasn't sure where to go with that. I never read or was told that they had any restrictions on what they could work on. I had them change out the other 2 fixtures and they left. It took them about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, I lost out on 30 minutes of work. I initially felt bad booking the appointment with them because the gal commented on how far out my address was. When I asked where they were located, she said Woodland Hills. I have since found out that is 60 miles from me, but she said that they had a job scheduled in Arcadia that same day so not to worry. (I half expected them to ask if they could refund my money so I could contact someone closer- that it just wasn't cost effective to drive that far for such a small job and I would have been fine with that).

It was all fine and they completed the work. I don't really have any kind of complain except that they came and didn't have any kind of step stool or anything. They used mine and broke it and I didn't realize until after they left and I wanted to use it. It was not really a great thing. I never contacted them because I didn't realize until after they left.

They quoted me $650 without specifics for the ceiling fan installation so I chose not to do it.

He came in and had a look at the place. Then he started up with all the up selling. He told me that the stuff I paid for is already outdated. They ended up telling me that it would be $1,000.00. He also told me that they would not be responsible for damages.

Job went well. Outlet works. Had more time so electrician checked on flickering kitchen lights.

It went fine. There were no unexpected issues. I think they were on time. They gave me the manual and everything.

I purchased a big deal for a 35.00 whole home inspection. The company came out and did the inspection. They provided me with a quote on what needed fixed.

They came and they went quickly and I got what I paid for; a quick and dirty job. The items installed are of medium quality and though new, are likely acquired at a low price in volume, hence the low price. The savings will be lost in the long run by the high energy consumption of the lights installed.

Everything went fine. Install technicians were punctual, polite and efficient.

The project went well. They didn't install the dimmer but that was probably because the switch was already in the wall as I had prepared to install lights earlier and changed my mind. So some of the work was done. He told me I need to rewire my house and replace my electrical box. I have to think about that since it's a big, costly item.

They were great. They were very professional. They did a great job.

We scheduled him to come out and look at the lights. The deal did not match the work that we needed to have done and the cost went above and beyond what we were expecting to pay. We contacted Angie's List for a refund.

Spoke with them and they stated that the deal would only be for a replacement installation and not a new installation which was unclear.

They do a great job. We love them. We use them for all of our electrical needs now.

I?ve engaged the services of ADI Electrical Services for a few years now, and I figured it was about time I wrote a review for them. Obviously the fact that I keep using them speaks to how great I think they are. The first time I called them out it was to inspect all the power outlets in our condo, and replace or repair any that weren?t working properly. When I called to schedule, the helpful woman at the front desk told me to purchase my own outlets and face plates and provide those to the team when they arrived. It would save me some cash and if I kept the receipt, I could return the ones I didn?t use. I followed her advice. When the team arrived they were thorough and tested each outlet. They repaired the broken ones and even make a few of them work better than they had previously (some would sink into the wall any time you tried to plug anything in). They performed the tasks quickly and professionally, getting right to work and keeping conversation to a minimum. When it was all done they cleaned up after themselves and all our outlets worked great. I contacted them about a year later when we obtained two new lighting fixtures we wanted installed. One was for our dining room and one was on a high ceiling over the stairwell. Ariel came out to our condo examined the fixtures and the spaces we wanted to install. He clearly explained what the team would need to do to reach the high ceiling and provided a quote that fit our budget. Once again when the team arrived, they were very professional, got right to work and were quick. They cleaned up after themselves and everything worked great. The third time we contacted them was to replace two florescent light valences in our kitchen. Once again the helpful woman at the front desk recommended I purchase my own valences and lights, and offered some advice on how to make the selection. This saved me money! The team arrived and true to form they were professional, hard working and quick. Finding a good electrician is difficult, and I?ve had some bad experiences in the past. But ADI has been excellent each time I?ve contacted them. The helpful staff at the front desk offers time and money saving advice, the estimate provided for the larger job was informative and accurate and their teams were second to none. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They are very good. I like them very much. The place looks fabulous. He did a very good job. I have no complaints about him. I recommended him to my ex-husband. He was quick. He was pleasant. His prices were good. He is very professional. I like everything.

Everything went fine, they didn't have to do what I originally thought they would do. The were actually able to just tell us that the bulbs that had been sold to us to replace the originals were incorrect.

All of the repairs were made quickly and demonstrated. The problem with the breakers will take more time to correct and is a future task.
