I have used them several times. They are always good and efficient.

Great work on the recessed lights, but would have liked to have them repair any holes in the ceiling as well.

My initial request for information and pricing was handled very quickly and professionally, with firm prices quoted over the phone. Three technicians arrived early after calling to ask if they could come early, and they performed the work efficiently and as a team. They cleaned up after themselves. I am giving a grade of B instead of A because of administrative hiccups. When I made the appointment, the person on the phone said that they accepted credit cards and personal checks; this information is also in the Angie's List information about the provider. But when I handed my credit card to the technician, he said that they wanted a check (and there is nothing wrong with my credit). So I wrote a check, and when I asked for an invoice number to put as a memo on my check, the technician said that they would e-mail that to me. After six days of waiting for the invoice, I e-mailed the office to ask for it, and someone finally sent it to me. It was frustrating being given conflicting information about payment methods, and not having a written statement of charges when the job was completed. If the company doesn't want to accept credit cards, then it needs to say so. I prefer to use my Visa because of the purchase protections that it offers that I don't have with checks, but I wasn't given that option at the time of service, although I was at the time that I scheduled the appointment.

We love ADI! They recently redid ALL the electrical wiring in our house and it was a huge project. They were professional, friendly and kept things clean. They cover everything and make sure to put it back when they move furniture. Marvin and Ariel are a pleasure to work with! They even came back to the house multiple times to install new light fixtures we bought after the project at no additional cost. They are wonderful!!

I don’t like the guy. He didn’t do anything wrong. He’s little pushy and didn’t do other stuff.

This company is very good the job was done well everything thing works swiftly.

I have nothing additional to report as the provider still has not followed through to make even the initial appointment.

I would have liked to of been prewarned about the possibility of an extra charge just so I would not question if this was his idea or truly the company policy. This is a professional company so I was willing to pay the extra and get the job done right.

It is very handy, I'd never had the electrical panel labeled before and I had some work done on the house and those electricians didn't label the panel. It was after the guys came out to label it that I had the final inspection done and if it hadn't been labeled it wouldn't have passed inspection. It's just a very good thing to have done.

We bought a deal to install EV charger $389. We bought a charging station from Tesla $750. This provider came to our home to evaluate the install. He informed us we would need to upgrade our panel $3500 to take advantage of the deal. It seemed excessive. We called another provider who came and did the whole job for $2000. Including upgrading our panel, installing charger and dealing with the city Inspector to have it fully permitted.

They came on time. They did exactly what I asked for. It was fine so I was pleased. It wasn’t too expensive. The work was good. I think I got all three of those without having to pay too much. I may have paid extra but not too much. The price was good. Everything is still working. Actually, one of the outlet cover fell off. I have to get somebody to get me a new one. They came at the time that they said. They were very nice.

I bought and paid for one of the deals on angles list. I was not able to see who the service provider was before I paid for the service, so, I paid and then was told who the provider was. So, I emailed through Angies list and they said that none of the dates I chose were available and to call for an appointment. It took 3 calls to get someone not eh phone and when i finally did, they told me that it would be 3 weeks before someone could come out to do the work...this was for a "Big Deal". Certainly a big deal for ADI as they were already paid...they were in no rush to come out and do the work. At this point, there is no way that I know of to obtain a refund...look before you leap!!! So, about 3 days before the work was to be performed, a matter came up which to which I had to attend. this conflicted with my appointment with ADI. I tried to change the appointment. I called and was told that it would be another 4 weeks before they had time to reschedule, I guess they didn't care as they already had my money. So, I paid someone to be at home for when they arrived to do the work. when they finally did do the work, they did a reasonable job except that they destroyed some of my hedge installing the outdoor box. I called to tell them about it and sent pictures. They said that it would grow back in a couple of weeks...and did not offer to repair the damage.

I initially met with service provider, Arial, who told me about the process and began his up selling to LED with me. That cost was somewhere around $695 ($500) more for upgrading to LED, which was too expensive. I later saw the same deal being advertised by ADI this time offering four LED lights for $379.00, a big difference. I spoke with Ariel about the price change and he said they will do the job for $379.00. I really wanted to do deal but I had other expenses to take care of at the time. Anyway, I went with the incandescent lights which were beautifully installed by technicians Harold and Luis. They showed up on time and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I'm very happy with my lights and would use them again.

They were professional, quick and provided a high quality installation. They even squeezed us in for an earlier appointment date when a time became available.

The guys were great. They arrived on time, completed the job in under an hour for 4 lights, and cleaned up. Scheduling was easy and pleasant, although we had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment because they had a bunch of Angie's list deal jobs. I would use them again if I needed an electrician.

Showed up 10-15 minutes early, actually caught me off-guard since most of the time contractors tend to be on the late side of the scheduled time. Professional and courteous service.

They were fine. They were in and out and gone. They were efficient, prompt and personable.

Alvaro and Miguel were professional, fast, and good guys besides. I highly recommend A.D.I.

All went well. The lights they replaced weren't all done correctly initially by previous electrician (i.e. backplates missing) and ADI rectified the issue. It made me feel safer that a responsible electrician was doing the installations.

Service was fine. I was not there when they did the job. But from what I understood, they were excellent.

The gentleman arrived on time and were professional in their duties. No frills. They just got on with it and the job was done. Clean and simple.

They called and said they were running ahead of schedule. Alvaro and his asst. Miguel went smoothly from one task to the next and answered all my questions professionally.

It didn't turn out too well because they were saying that I needed to have some major work done before they could do what they would do. There was very little work done. They came out a few months after the deal was purchased. It wasn't right then. They didn't charge me anything besides the $89 big deal charge. I probably would have liked a little bit more detail on what the major work was. I probably would try somebody else. Their responsiveness was good. They did respond.

It went well. They were ahead of time. They did a great job. Best $89 bucks I have ever spent.

Went well, when I called for the appointment, it was not immediate, had to wait since I had purchased a deal online. But it all worked out fine. They did exactly what they promised and were professional and kind. I will be contacting them again for more business since I need to do projects bit by bit. They are nice people and will be welcome back in my home for more projects.
