I called them to schedule an appointment in January, but I never heard back from them. Frankly, I forgot about it, but I will call them again tomorrow.

BUYER BEWARE! They arrived on time, covered the area so that it would stay clean and proceeded to remove the fan that has been in place for 19 years. They told me that the "box" had been put in upside down, which I could see, but it really didn't cause any problems since it has worked fine for 19 years but has started to make some squeaky noises when the fan was on.. HOWEVER; when he was taking off the box the installer was grimacing like he couldn't unscrew one of the screws holding the box that he was trying to remove. He told me that he had to replace it, and it would cost $95.00. (Not a great actor, I can't believe I fell for it). When I balked he said that maybe he could give it to me for $85.00 (the ad says that if they had to replace the box it would cost an extra $85.00). I was suspicious and asked him why it costs so much, and he said that the part was actually only about $35.00 but this is what the company charges. I gave them a check and they left. The ceiling fan works fine. You should be very aware of the little trick regarding the "box" because I'm sure this isn't the first or last time they did this. AND when I went to the Lowes website I found this box for $3.88!!!! When I called ADI and complained the response I got was pretty much "oh, well too bad. Our ad says $85.00" like this was their defense for ripping me off. Eventually they refunded the $85.00 but I wouldn't trust this company to plug in a lamp never mind do any electrical work for me. If they did this over a simple ceiling fan then what kind of a scam could they run on major electrical work. DON'T trust them.

good, done quickly and smoothly

Scheduling was cheerfully and professionally done , working within my crazy 2-business schedule. Contractor showed up ON TIME ( actually was waiting at the house when I arrived) and the work was done cleanly and quickly. They brought their own ladder , plastic tarp for my floor, and they even boxed up the old ceiling fan for my disposal before they left! Nicely done, ADI!

They did mark on the circuit breaker. What they didn’t do was tell me anything else that was wrong with the wiring in the house. Maybe be a bit more thorough.

I purchased coupons for an attic fan installation and 2 hours of electrician service. When I called to set up the appointment, the scope of work was reviewed to see if my list would exceed the services purchased with the coupons. Since I had two attic fans to be replaced and the coupon was limited to one per house, I purchased an additional attic fan and installation. I received a call the day prior to the scheduled service to verify the arrival time and scope of work. Two very nice employees arrived within the estimated arrival window. The time and cost estimates were clearly outlined at the beginning of the appointment (the 2 hours meant one electrician for two hours or two electricians for one hour). They embarked on the work immediately, finished within the estimated timeline and cleaned up afterwards. The operational features of the installed products were reviewed with me prior to their exit. The cost of service included one attic fan installation coupon (which included the attic fan), one attic fan + installation and two hours of service.

They came out and tooki care of everything. THey charged $100 extra for installing in my garage which didn't have plaster ceiling. They said it was more difficult.

Sadly, we declined the offer due to the damage that would have to been done to the interior walls of our house in order to have an outside outlet installed. We had not realized that our interior walls would have to be torn open and repaired at our expense in order to make use of the coupon. Although we met the 5 foot access mandatory requirement, the only requirement stipulated when we were initially contacted, we had not been informed that we would have to permit costly damage to our dining room wall. This was my first experience with Angie's List couponing, and I am sad to say it was disheartening. A 'good deal' is not always a good deal.

Bought one hour of service for $49 in a Deal. They charged me $95 for a GFCI outlet, $150 for a photo cell (just the parts--I had already paid for the labor), which they had with them (i.e., they didn't need to make a trip to buy them).

A great experience right from obtaining the service package. The company called on the same business day they were friendly and possessed a positive attitude to perform the service. Everything was explained fully and the service date was scheduled. On the service date the service crew called with their arrival time. They arrived on time, reviewed the work site and provided options for the installation. The installation was completed quickly and very neatly. This was a very positive experience.

On time, efficient work. They covered the work area with plastic sheet to protect floor and furniture and did a good clean-up when they finished the job.

They were punctual, courteous, clean, and professional. As soon as they arrived they layed out plastic over the work area. They took their time explaining their initial concerns with the installation due to the height. They were initially concerned that the ceiling was borderline in height. . Fortunately, the latter they had was high enough to do the job. They did what they could to balance, cleanup the wiring, and tune in the motion of the fan to my satisfaction.

Ariel and his team were great. He arrived on time for our initial appointment when he gave us the bid and explained what they would do. His bid included any patching that needed to be done after making holes in the ceiling. They came two days later to do the work and completed the job. They did a really clean job and left everything in perfect condition. The lights are beautiful and I can finally see me home at night! They also did work for my HOA for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

wonderful job the guy was very nice and he looked like he always knew what he was doing these guys are truly the best.

Replaced old 100 amp Zinsco panel with new 200 amp service.

They did a great job. They were on-time and installed it quickly and efficiently. Only minor issue is that the first appointment they had was some 3 weeks out from when I purchased the on-line deal. Other than that, they did a great job and I would definitely use them again for future work.

This was an Angie's Deal offer of $49 for one hour of electrical service which we purchased (don't remember the date; it was some time ago. I entered an arbitrary date because the review required it.). We made an appointment which they rescheduled. They came on time. We wanted an additional electrical outlet added in the kitchen. They looked at our kitchen and said it couldn't be done with our electrical setup. We asked them to check a light switch that we were having problems, but they said it worked fine. They just looked at things and left.

All the electrical work was done well, and the guys were very nice. My only complaint is that they threw out all the parts to the new pendant lamps (that they didn't use), and I had to retreive them from the garbage. Not a big deal, but they should've asked me if I wanted to keep them. But I'd absolutely use ADI again -- I've used them before. They're responsive, very pleasant and do very good work.

Nothing for us to complain about here we wanted a little more light outside and called these guys up because of the number of reviews they have. They did a great job thanks for the work done will call again when we need electrical work done.

Perfect. This was an Angie's List Deal and well worth the price. Two guys showed up and had the whole unit up in a jiffy. It was too heavy and too big for me to put up alone.

They did what they were supposed to do it was quick and simple.

Bought the deal on Angie's List, two guys for an hour for $89. Took a few weeks to schedule them at a time that was convenient for me (weekday at 8AM), but Alvarro and Luis (I think those were there names) showed up promptly at the appointed time and knocked out the jobs with in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
