 + 1 moreIt turned out okay. I had them do some additional work. They did label everything in there. They put some extra wiring in for future ceiling fans. They did a fine job doing the breaker box. They are very nice and polite. I am getting a sizzle sound when I push one of the switches which concerns me. It's been awhile you know I didn't call them back. They did everything we asked them to do. We had them do a few odds and ends while they were here. They are very agreeable and worked hard and were pleasant and all that kind of stuff but I do have concerns about one of the switches.

I had been told that I would need to buy any "extra" items needed to relocate the light before they arrived. I did not know what would be needed so I was told that they would bring what was needed but that I would have to pay for the items. They brought the items which really helped out and I paid the additional $135.00 which was worth it for me. They were quick and cleaned up the bathroom area before they left. I would highly recommend their services.

 + 1 moreADI was fantastic. They were prompt, professional, friendly and did the work perfectly the first time. We had two bulbs that stopped working after about one week. ADI came back and replaced them right away. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: ADI added LED recessed lighting in three bedrooms, replaced exhaust fans in three bathrooms and added additional recessed lighting in the bathrooms.

 + 0 moreThey arrived on time and were very accommodating for my work schedule. I was concerned about an electrical problem because the light bulbs in my ceiling fan kept blowing out. They check that all the electrical was safe and working properly. And ended up replacing the ceiling fan. They were fast and clean and did an awesome job. I will definitely use them whenever I need an electrician.

 + -1 moreNo service has been provided yet. I paid but did not receive the service. It was a very simple task. My tenant kept breaking circuits. So I paid another electrician, and they inspected, and asked her not to use an extension cord for her microwave. The provider suggested that I trade the coupon for something else, but I had no idea how to do that, and no time to figure it out. I sent him emails to see if he can perform another electrical service for my $149, but he never answered. This is why I rarely buy Angie's List, coupons. Instead, I use Angie's List to check the reputations of the providers.
Description of Work: Nothing. I bought the coupons for $149 for an electrical service, but ADI was fully booked for too long, so I had to hire someone else nearby. The Angie's List coupons can be disappointing sometimes, unless you have lots of time to wait. When I messaged them this week, they responded to me as "Kim"--that must be someone else -- and said they had called me in May (I didn't get a message from them. Maybe Kim did) They still have not offered any remediation.

Description of Work: Nothing. The provider was too busy and couldn't come to my house. I tried 3 times to get an appointment. Frustrating. My money is wasted. If the company is so busy, why are they on Angie's List?

Electricians were very knowledgeable, and quickly made the repairs- I had already purchased the needed parts for replacement. Electricians were very courteous and had some helpful tips. Took longer than the time (not unexpected) I purchased thru their deal so I paid the regular rate for additional time. Reasonable amount. Would use again. Thanks

Description of Work: On 6/8/15 I cancelled my order for electrical panel change-out the same day I ordered it, realizing that it wasn't what I really needed. My electricity went-out and I ordered in haste. I called back same day, 2 HOURS later, and cancelled the order with both Angie's List and ADI Electrical Services. After checking my American Express account for the refund on 6/24/15, I realized nothing had done to refund my money. Shauna White, Angie's List Customer Service Rep said, in a recorded message, that ADI is unwilling to refund my money, and that they would "work with me". WHAT? Both companies say the other at fault but neither is willing to credit my American Express for the $947.00. I cannot get Shauna White (317-803-9178) to return my calls. She is my only resource. I'd like my refund for $949.00. That's all. I was billed by Angie's List not ADI. S. Lovoy

I thought I was using my ceiling fan $69 coupon but when I went to book my 2 hour one, I was told I had already used it. Seems that since I was moving a fan from room to room, it's $89! Was quoted by local business $65?..their deals are not really deals. The workers are nice but the owner is a cut throat! Watch the wording of his ads. Famous for the bait and switch?...

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $89 for 2 man hours of electrical labor but paid an additional $225 because they stayed a lot longer and brought their own wire (and they charged me for the entire spool even though I wasn't able to keep the rest). Perhaps I should have asked to keep the rest.
