I got a refund, because the installation did not apply to my home. They were professional and I had no problems the refund transaction.

The workers installed the 2 sets of lights and then outlets in no time.

All went well. The two guys that showed up to do the wiring were courteous, knowledgeable and on time. I purchased the special deal but the project took more than one hour so they charged $175 for the second hour. Seems fair to me, and the lights work so I'm happy.

I don't know how to rate this. With my previous fan I could hear that it was on when I listened at the air duct in the back of the house below where the fan was. Also, when I went outside I could always hear it from the roof ventilator. This one I hear nothing except on occasion when everything is perfectly quiet in the house and I "think" I hear something from the air duct. Also, when the original fan was new I was able to readjust the thermostat at the entrance to the attic until I was satisfied with when it went on. The guy who installed this one said that the thermostat is by the fan (the other side of the house from the attic entrance), so I would not be able to change it myself. I would have to call them back! It might be working perfectly, but I will never know. And I will never know when it has to be replaced as I did with my previous fan when I no longer could hear it. It was about ten years old, so I assumed it needed to be replaced. Because I cannot hear it, I have to assume that it is not as powerful as the previous fan. I don't know what was installed as I didn't receive any paperwork or info on it. I'm not sure of the actual installation date as it had to be rescheduled from May 14 as they were running late and would be here after dark. Not a good time to be in a low-lit attic. But they were very prompt and on time for the actual installation date. I don't know if I would use them again. I can't base it on this experience. But it wasn't all negative, so I might. The personnel I spoke to and met were nice and personable.

The installers were prompt, and well informed. The installation did not take long....everything was explained. Even to the point of stating the temp they generally set the thermostat and where the unit was placed. So far I can see some difference. Perhaps, in the future I will consider adding a second one.

installed a few recessed lights in a couple of our rooms and they?re working great. Everything went well and the price was good as well. I wouldn?t mind calling this company again they are a very good company.

Great deal to have the outlets put in the bathrooms and kitchens to protect from power surges.

Absolutely perfect! The gentlemen were right on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. They were immaculate in keeping my room clean. Couldn't be happier. Also, the dispatcher was so nice and accommodating. Don't let the fact that you have to leave a message at first fool you - they return your call almost immediately. I am VERY satisfied.

It was fine. They got everything fixed. I think I was overcharged for one of the parts. They also did some extra work to improve something that had been done before.

Workers arrived promptly, layed down floor protection, proceeded to remove the olf fan/light fixture and install the nrw. Tested its operation in front of me. Took 20 min.tops. The 2 guys knew exactly what they were doing.

It was good. I think it was a big deal for $1300 but they added things that was not in to coupon and it came to $2400. I give them an “A” except that they didn’t label things correctly in the panel. There was kind of a rush so they were not able to label the panel.

Functionally - it works well. Cosmetically - poorly done - consideration not given to appearance of work

Can't comprehend why the workers showed up with only a 3ft and a 6 ft ladder which were not sufficient to reach the ceiling fan. So, no service on the ceiling fan was provided. I am very disappointed and have to call a different electrician because the ceiling fan is not working. Would not recommend this provider and definitely I strongly don't recommend prepaying for their service. Update: In response to poor reviews on Yelp and Angies List, Ron of ADI posted a reply on Yelp (not directly to me) saying i could have a full refund. Turns out to be dishonest. No full refund is offered. They blame me for having a ceilng fan higher than 8ft. As if it were legal to have a celing fan on an 8ft ceiling. That would decapitate most people. And it's all my fault that they didn't bring a taller ladder to the service call. And it's my fault . . . . Stacy the office manager is only interested in blaming customers for their failings. Once again, based on my experience, I highly recommend that you use a different electrical service if receiving service and avoiding problems and not wasting money interests you. I very much regret pre-paying for ADI Electrical Services on Angies List.

Went great. Quick installation, didn't make a mess, the lights work great. The only hitch is their communication. I initially sent them an email with my home phone number and let them know when I'd be home from work and asked them to call me to set up an appointment to have someone come out. They replied with an email saying essentially "thanks for the phone number, we'll call you within 24 hours to set up an appt". Then they didn't call. I tried to call several times, but always only got an answering machine, on which I left several messages. Eventually I got through to them by email and they said, "oops - we meant to say we don't have a phone number for you" (which would be an odd reply to an email including a phone number). Since I sent them an email, they had my email, so if they couldn't get through by phone, they should have at least TRIED email. But that's nit picking - or consider it a heads up if you deal with them in the future - they don't always answer the phone, but if you email them repeatedly, eventually you'll get through. The important thing was the work was good, the price was good, and everyone I spoke to was nice and businesslike.

Bought the Big Deal Special with the understanding that the installation would be scheduled a few weeks after our initial meeting as stated from previous reviews. We had the package deal installed in the front yard and also received a quote for lights in the backyard. My wife made a good decision to hold off on the backyard light installation to determine their quality of work for installation in the front yard. During the initial walk-thru Ariel and I agreed that the transformer shall be installed on the side of the house away from the street view. Well that didn't happen. On top of that after installation the lights would go on for a minute in the evening- then turn off for a minute- then on- then off. Lastly, one of the lights didn't work. When they came out the THIRD time the installer readjusted the light bulb and it turned on for him during the day. Well, you guessed it....at night it didn't work again. After Numerous calls within five weeks, several revisits from "supervisors" and a new transformer replacement it turns out that ADI installed the transformer to close to the light which caused the sensor to trip. Really?!?!!! Needless to say the light was adjusted away from the transformer and the flickering of the lights stopped. They finally returned to readjust the light that was out and supposedly replaced other bulbs and went on their way. Transformer still remains in front of the house and their poor quality of work left electrical wiring exposed above ground. I now think twice about purchasing "Big Deals" on angieslist if this is a reflection of work to be expected

The thing that stood out to me was that they were on time and in that regard they were reliable. They did create a hole in my exterior wall. It could have been done in a much better way. They didn't have the finesse or the esthetic sense to do that. The job technically was finished and we didn't part with any bad feelings. I had never done this before so I didn't know what to expect. The guy was nice enough, he showed up when he said he was going to show up. There were no ill feelings. The people who came afterwards to finish the wall that they had broken into others said they couldn't believe what a horrible job it was esthetically.

The guy they sent us was really good arrived early and immediately got on to the job. He looked like he always knew what he was doing he installed the light for us and a switch. It works great so mission complete great job by this company.

Everything went perfectly. They were prompt, professional, and quick. The outdoor electric box has held up well. Definitely recommend.

Terrific all around! They were fast, responsive, and even came back to re-arrange one light at no charge to us when the dog managed to pull it out of the ground (they mounted it on a tree at that point). I love the new lighting and placement. The fixtures seem sturdy.

Did a marvelous job installed a fan for us at a good price.

I have used ADI several times. They are always great to deal with. The office staff is helpful and flexible with scheduling and the guys are always courteous and show up on time. I would highly recommend them and I know I will always call them for any electrical jobs that I have in the future.

It went badly. The dining room ceiling fan was broken upon being taken out of box so we had to exchange and reschedule the service. Once the new fan arrived it was installed, but it wobbled so much after installation we were afraid it was going to fly off. ADI returned to reinstall the fan fixing the wobbling. What we didn't noticed before ADI left was the crossing of wires with the bedroom fan and our dining area. Now the remote to the bedroom fan controls the dining room light and vice versa. We were so tired with the back and forth we decided against calling ADI back in order to avoid working with them again. Nice people but shoddy job.
