Rating them lower because of two things. 1. I was not able to schedule an appointment for within two months of when I bought the deal. Really? Over two months before you can send someone out? 2. I asked if I should re-wire my tiny house and the two workers send in the wolves. Another guy (The Wolf) shows up about five minutes later and quotes me $5k to rewire the house and leave holes everywhere, but he has a guy that can patch it for an additional $4k. He calls another guy (Wolf 2) and then tells me they can do it for $7k out the door. Umm, no thank you.

Did not ask about the distance from the ceiling that we desired. Thus, they had to remove it and readjust it, after it was installed and and they were almost finished.

This never happened, because I couldn't schedule the appointment. They never answer the phone. Then, unless you answer the phone at the inconvenient time that they call, typically in the heart of the morning on a workday, they will not give you the information needed to schedule the appointment. On top of that, they will never call you again, until you make another outreach. On my very first call and voicemail, I gave my choice of the specific date and time that I wanted, per their recommendations. Instead of providing a confirmation of that, they simply called and asked me to call them back. This happened several times. Very frustrating. I felt as though this company was not interested in doing the work, but just hoping to put it off until I forget about it, pocketing the cash.

I used ADI to fix an electrical plug in my garage, to repair my chandelier in the dining room and rewire a lamp on the wall of my bedroom . They were on time, very quick and quite thorough and cleaned up afterwards. They even tested all my wall plugs for me and did all this in under an hour. The price was excellent.

Angie's List price to have ADI replace the old existing electrical panel and install a brand new 200 AMP main service panel for $1,399 is a really good deal on the surface. I already had a 100 amp panel and ADI replaced it with a 200AMP panel. ADI?s workers where promote, friendly and professional. Before the job started, ADI rep also told me there would be an additional $700 undergrounding fee. As I understanding it, the extra fee covers grounding hot, cold and gas line to a new 8 feet stainless steel rod and additional circuit breakers. The extra fee also covers dealing with underground electrical. Dealing with underground electrical should have been covered since ADI switched one electric panel for another one. Grounding the system cost should have been a maximum of $350. Materials were about $120. In the end the total price came to be $2,100 not including permit fee, stucco repair and painting. Final cost, $2,800.

Bought the $89.00 deal for 2 hours of electrical time . I called and made an appointment - They lost the info . Had Angies List call them for me , they , ADI , called 2 days later to make an appointment . They told me Sept. 29th , 26 days away ! In the meantime my Son has only a desk lamp in his room . I get a few days , maybe even a week , but almost a month !? and when I already paid and had an appointment schedule they had no recollection of . No thanks ..... Not doing business with this company . If they would of honored the 1st appointment I would not be writing a negative review but they just blew me off , hence the well deserved " D " could of been an F but I'm not going there

Very professional and such fast workers! In ONE HOUR two guys: Replaced 2 electrical switches & 1 outlet Installed ceiling fan Installed 2 bathroom light fixtures (in 2 separate baths)This was a deal we purchased over a year ago...2guys for 1hr or 1guy for 2hrs for $99. We didn't know exactly what we'd need done at the time of the purchase, but it was too good of a deal to pass up. We, of course, provided the items we wanted installed. We were concerned that they would balk and try to get just a few things on our list done. That was not the case. Not only did they fit everything in, they even came up with a creative way to make one of the light fixtures fit into a very tiny bathroom. And when we had a problem with the chain getting stuck on the ceiling fan (probably our fault, we'll never know), they came back FREE OF CHARGE and fixed it. Cindy at ADI sets the schedule and keeps you informed with arrival times, etc., and she is an absolute delight. (Our team was on time!)

Fantastic. The guys were running behind schedule but came right in and got the work one in less than thirty minutes.

Everything went smoothly. The electrician and his assistant actually called and arranged to come early, and worked very efficient- ly. Unfortunately in fixing the switches, they accidently disconnected two other switches, which has been inconvenient, but not a major problem.

They showed up on time. They were very nice and concise. I had two non-functioning bathroom outlets when I purchased the deal. When the electricians arrived, he tested them both and they were working. The gal who made my appointment was very nice on the phone and told me if I purchased any anticipated replacement parts myself they would be cheaper than purchasing them from the electrician the day of service. I was free to to either. Since they were here I had them replace the 3 outlets which really should have been GFI anyway with the new GFI outlets. I also had them update 5 light switches with new ones. They were here for 45 minutes. It cost me a total of $39. This was the best service call of all time!

We're very happy with them. Three workers came out and they were very good. The job took about 4 hours. They left the place nice and clean.

Didn't show up first appointment. 2 hours late for next appointment. Cost more than promotion. Didn't fix problem.

ADI was very professional. They called to remind me of appointments and called if the were going to be late. They emailed me a detailed proposal and cost breakdown. I like that they gave me a unit price for installing each of the lights. The workers were friendly and answered my questions. The lights look great!

They did nothing. They did not return my voicemail. Ever. Requesting a refund.

Good electricians but not the deal I thought it was. It was really one electrician and one assistant for an hour. Cost was no different than the local electrician but it took forever to schedule. It wasn't easy to get an appointment and then it wasn't even a good deal.

They installed it in a shorter time period than I thought. Professional and great service

The installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did exactly what was promised for the price quoted.

All went well. Very helpful and professional.

My initial appointment was on Friday, August 21 between 12 noon to 1 pm. At 1:30 pm, I called them to ask them what was taking them so long. Apparently, they were running late and requested to still come a few hours later. I informed them that I could not do that because I had to go somewhere so they rescheduled for Monday, August 24. On August 24, As soon as they energized the equipment I starting hearing the humming sound of the fan. I stepped outside to the back yard and I felt the hot air being extracted from the attic. I knew that that will reduce the load on my centralized air conditioning unit. I gave the workers ice cold bottles of water because I knew that it was hot in the attic. I am happy with the work. I would recommend this project to other Angie's List members.

These guys were great and have done several jobs for me - including having our house rewired. They gave us a great price - much better than the other bids - and we are really pleased with the work. Their team is very professional and courteous and really worked with us through what can be a very inconvenient process. I appreciated the fact that the workers would talk us through everything that was happening and did a great job of cleaning up every day. I would highly recommend them!

They did a very good job on everything. The house was a mess but they cleaned everyday after working. It was a lot of work involved but they were professional in dealing with it and they listened to my needs . The two workers they sent here Luis Blandon and Mariano Mercado were excellent . There plaster man Miguel was also very good in matching the texture in house. I recommend this company in doing a excellent job!

My impression is that these guys do a good job, and get a couple things done. They changed out a few outlets for me, installed 2 wall sconces and they were done. I believe the hope is that is that you want them to stay and complete the electrical work the home owner had in mind, to the tune of $150. hr. That does not seem ethical to me and I would not use them again. The classic bait and switch game!

it went well. It was a new installation, so they had to add new wiring to do the job.
