Ariel from ADI contacted me after I purchased a deal to upgrade my panel to a 200 amp panel for $1399.00. Although hopeful it would only cost the amount of the deal after reading what the offer included, I was prepared to pay a couple of hundred dollars more for incidental expenses. However, when Ariel came out to inspect the job, he advised me the additional cost would be another $1500.00. Since my intention was only to upgrade in or around that price, I have asked for a refund. I was not expecting additional costs to be more than double the original deal. I'm not sure if the deal price just didn't work out for my circumstances or if the price is unrealistically set to low.

It went well, they were on time, clean, put down plastic sheeting everywhere to keep the place clean. it took about 2 hours and they looks a ton better than the standing lamps I had before in the corners of the room.

This company was very responsive to my emails and calls. Installation of landscape lighting was completed professionally. When one light failed within the first few days of installation, my call to ADI resulted in replacement of that defective fixture. I would certainly recommend ADI to anyone for value and excellent service.

It went great, two guys very professional and incredibly fast, cannot recommend these guys enough.

I am so impressed by my new recessed lighting in my townhouse. A.D.I Electrical went above what I expected. Ron and Ariel did their very best and were understanding when I had to reschedule two different times. Their work is very professional and my place was clean after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking electrician.

I have used this company before and as usual they arrived on time, were courteous and handled the job quickly and effectively.

This was a very frustrating process... First let me start by saying that Ariel, the representative of the company was courteous and receptive to our feedback. In the end, he made things right. However, the quality of work performed by his team was BAD OVERALL. The work of his first crew was lousy AND "short-cut." The work of his second crew that came to correct the problems of the first team was good and professional. Let me start with the electrical panel install: First, after installing the electrical panel, ADI was to (as stated in the description of services) label all breakers in the panel with a label maker. Instead, they hand-wrote with a permanent marker, and it was labeled completely incorrectly. They never entered the home to test and label, they simply wrote-in various areas of the house on the panel, which were completely wrong locations (very frustrating, especially when I was attempting to install some light fixtures). Then, after providing Ariel with feedback, the team returned with a label maker and corrected the problem. Still, I found that two breakers were mislabeled, and a few were misspelled. Next, they ran a cold-water ground conduit along the wood siding at the front of our house, which looked very sloppily done. I discussed with Ariel to have it corrected and run along our attic, out of site. He agreed without hesitation. But, his same team returned to rectify to problem, and again did a very sloppy job. First, they ripped down about six feet of roof attic insulation to run the conduit, and never repaired it when finished. Second, they ran the conduit through the middle of the attic floor and left it unsecured, as they were supposed to run it along the edge of the attic and secure it as we had agreed. Very sloppy work. Worst of all, this team drilled through/damaged our Verizon internet cables when installing the conduit in our attic, and NEVER SAID ANYTHING. It cut our internet service, and I spent hours with Verizon customer service trying to solve the problem, not knowing what they had done. Finally a Verizon service rep came out and found the cables tangled/destroyed and wrapped around the drill bit that was still in the wall! SO FRUSTRATING. Ariel was very apologetic and sent out a different team to reinstall the conduit correctly, and this team was professional and completed the work as discussed. Also, the first team put two ground stakes about 12 inches from the house. I told them this was unacceptable, as it was a tripping hazard for my side yard. They told me that they couldn't move it closer because of the foundation of the home. But, when Ariel's second (and better) team arrived to fix all of the first team's problems, they easily relocated the ground stakes 4 inches from the wall. The trenching team also did a very sloppy job, they left piles of dirt on the neighbor's yard, killing some of their plants. When they filled the trench, they threw the plastic sheeting into the trench with the soil and left debris that could have easily been cleaned up. And, when refilling, they never compacted the soil, so when we walked over the area where they trenched, the soil sunk down significantly. After the first rain, there was a 4-6 inch divot along the entire trench-line (Ariel specifically told his crew to compact the soil, but they didn't follow through). Overall, this was a very frustrating process. In the end, all of the problems were fixed, but not without the headache of having them come out three times. I will repeat that Ariel was receptive to our feedback, and apologized for his crew's poor performance. He made every effort to correct the above issues and make sure that we were satisfied with the work. He also offered us a discount in the end. For this, I respect Ariel, but ultimately his first electrical crew was poorly managed and did poor work. It was not until he sent a different crew that the problems were rectified.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job. Explained everything that was going to be done and even tell you what they are going to do before doing the work.

The two men did great work. Arrived on time, worked like pros and cleaned up well after completing all the work. I'd use them again.

Outstanding service. Old lights were removed and replaced. Cleanup was excellent....technician even marked the places that would need to be dry walled where the old lights were. This is the third time we've used ADI and we couldn't be happier.

Didn't do the job properly so the issue presented itself again. I could not reach anyone at ADI for 2 days.

Job was completed in one day as scheduled. Only delay was after getting the electrical job completed and power restored, the job needed to be inspected before the plaster was patched and painted. This took a week, do in no part to ADI.

I signed up for their special, but I was confused as to what the service was. They offered me my money back or credit for another service, which I thought was great. I ended up having them install my ceiling fan, as well as a dimmer. Ariel was great with suggestions, and the workers were on time and professional. I would definitely use them again!V

Prompt service, fair price, clear SOW, clear communications, knowledgeable personnel and well done service. Ran into a problem with the quality of the stucco repair after the installation of the panel (didn't blend joins well), but ADI called the stucco subcontractor back, and it was redone. We had a smooth stucco finish, hard to match custom color that was matched beautifully.

Poorly. I felt that I wasted both time and money. Since I have used and reviewed different electrians over the years, I am using thee electricians whom I like instead of ADI. I suspect the service man just had a bad day or else the company's good reviews are unexplainable.

2 guys showed up on time. They were very professional and replaced 5 outlets inside and outside. Did a great job.

Turned up on time and one went right at the fan while the other sorted out finding a dud GCFI circuit.

From initial scheduling, getting a quote, to the final work done, the crew at ADI were professional and courteous. Ariel was always responsive to emails and kept to his promises. His crew came promptly to perform the work on a Sunday and were very polite. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves. For the level of effort that the entire team put into the job, I believe the cost that I paid for the work was very well worth it. I highly recommend ADI!

I purchase 2 hours of electrician service though a deal with Angie's list on 8/19/15. When I was contacted by ADI via phone days later, I was told that I could not get an appointment until 9/10 ( over three weeks later) and they would arrive between 1-3pm. The woman also told me that there would be two electricians here for one hour, different that the deal led me to understand. On 9/10, I waited but no one showed up. At 3:15, I called ADI and a man asked my name and address and then told me that I was wrong, they would be at my house between 2-4, not 1-3. Given that it was already 3:15, they didn't have much time to get here, even with his revised appointment time. In the end, no one showed up AT ALL so basically I've waited all this time for nothing and still need the electrical work done. WHAT A WASTES OF TIME!

Had some initial misunderstandings about who was responsible for getting the permit. Once that was straightened out the rest of the job proceeded fairly smoothly. The work didn't pass final inspection and it took a couple of tries to get the corrections properly made.

All appointments kept as promised. All questions answered. All service was explained and estimated ahead of time. Final charges were as estimated. The panel and installation was $949, the car charger outlet was $350 and there was an extra charge for ground service of $750. Total paid $2049. There was an estimate of $650 to repair the stucco around the panel, but my husband ended up doing that himself for about $100 plus about 3 hours of his time. Overall we were very happy with the work and how the job was handled and completed. I gave a B on the price just because I thought the extra $750 seemed high. I am sure someone who knows more about electrical work could school me on why it was that much. But I know the initial $949 charge was definitely a good price and again very satisfied with the work and would use AID again!
