They did a really nice clean job. The new unit was a little larger so the drywall needed to be opened a bit, but when the job was finished, there was a very small gap that will be easy to repair. The new unit looks really good and works very well!

Perfect. The two gentlemen arrived on time, went about the work in a professional manner and did a great job. ADI was running a special so the cost was $39!! Will definitely hire again.

I left three messages to set up appointment. Called me back after I cancelled the purchase from Angie's List.

1970s internal bathroom ceiling vent/fan was not working, they removed the non-working motor and cleaned out the accumulated lint within the ceiling space where the fan had been. The vent was not working correctly (not connected to ducts in the walls), we had hoped they would be able to repair the vent duct and connect it to outside vent but that job requires air duct professional. They installed a new and much quieter fan, clean everything up spick and span. They were friendly, neat, clean and professional. I recommend ADI.

Two techs came out. I showed them a ceiling fan where I'd been having trouble with the light. Told them I'd had it fixed once before and now the light didn't work again. They took out the bulb; asked for another bulb and tested. Then, they fooled around with the socket and got the light to work. They didn't take down the fan to see if there was a wire that was barely connected or the like. They pronounced the item fixed; told me that it was a cheap fan assembly and probably should be replaced. I don't know that they did all that they could do. Felt a little like they didn't care much ... they'd got it working for now. Didn't really feel the $69 I paid, even though it was "a deal" was worth what I got. Maybe the light will continue to work; maybe not. I don't have a lot of confidence in the fix. Probably they were right and I should've just replaced the unit.

Great. Two installers arrived with all parts. Job done in less than 1 hour. Never turned power off. Cleaned up work site.

With inside GFI plug, two other plugs down line also didn't work. They said it just needed re-setting. I certainly had tried that before, but accepted this when they inserted a tester into plug. I didn't see them plug into the other two plugs. On the outside, I couldn't plug anything in-was blocked. To have them come back, it took a week and four calls to get past the message on the phone. On the callback they again plugged the tester into the three plugs-looked fine until I plugged my phone charger into the closest one to the GFI (which did work) and it tripped the main GFI. They fixed the incorrect wiring and they now work. On the outside GFI, they said the plug has a safety feature to keep out a child sticking a metal piece into it. I had supplied the plug and waterproof cover. They indicated I should have used a horizontally opening cover, not a vertical one-it's somehow blocking the safety feature. The workers were friendly and fixed one of the problems. Here are my recommendations that would have prevented the callback. Don't assume I would have called without trying to reset the GFI first. Don't rely totally on the "tester"-maybe plug an actual device into the plugs before declaring it fixed. Please tell us if we provided the wrong part before putting it in (the outside weather cover in my case). Check out your phone system. I was told my voice messages had gone to spam. I'm not sure what with that. These thoughts are offered as constructive and hope they are received as such. They certainly won't apply to everyone.

The guys showed up ahead a time and immediately resurveyed the room and diagramed where the lights were going to be installed. Only after my approval, they began working on installing the new lights. It only took approximately 45 minutes from start to finish and were done professionally. I would use their services again.

ADI was able to schedule the job within a few days after I called, and they did an excellent, neat, professional job. There was a $650 extra charge "for underground service, including all adjustments that needed to be done in order to install the new panel flush with the wall." I assume that this extra charge was for work that was necessary for my [35-year-old] house, but which is not normally necessary for panel replacement. They also did an excellent job at installing the two outlets (not included in the electrical panel deal). ADI also contacted the city for the inspections and paperwork. Though ADI's information on Angie's List indicates "Yes" for warranties, no mention of any warranty was provided on the paperwork nor on the "Big Deal" description. I wish ADI's follow-up performance had been as good as their electrical work. It took me weeks (literally) and a few phone calls to obtain the requisite paperwork, despite their claim that it had been sent. I also needed more than one call to have ADI arrange for a second inspection by the city. To date (weeks later), I still do not have the approval paperwork, which ADI promised to send. Thus, once they complete the job and are paid, they seem to have little interest in follow-up.

My experience with ADI was awesome. They came when they said they would and were so fast during installation. I would use them again.

They were professional all the way but when it came to do the job. They could not do the job b/c of my house was not structurally compatible to do the job. It was because I and the Service provider came to the conclusion that the house was not suitable per it was concrete. They did run late but when they were they called and let us know when they were going to get there..

They were very nice and came out and installed the lights. One of the lights stopped working because the bulb burnt out and I have called them several times and they have not gotten back with me.

No complaints. Guys showed up on time and fixed my light that wasn't working, also took a look at my circuit breaker and noticed one of the fuse boxes was bad. Offered to replace it, at a price that sounded reasonable enough.

Alvaro and Israel arrived promptly, were courteous, professional and completed the job in just under one hour. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Well done and professional. Originally, I bought the coupon for my garage, but they could not come within 2 weeks, so I had to get that done immediately. I used the coupon to put an new outlet on my patio, which was not what I originally intended. Still, it is nice to have it there.

The company refuses to return my calls, or to honor the deal I purchased.

Absolutely perfect. The electrician explained what he had to do the day prior to the installation. On the day of the installation, the installers arrived on time, and finished within the time frame they estimated on the previous day.

I'm writing this because I just want the d*** pop up to stop bugging me to write this. Honestly, Angieslist, it's annoying as h***.

With the benefit of 3 years hindsight on this project I recall Ariel as being easy to do business with. He was very patient in guiding me through the process of a total rewire. Ariel's workers were friendly and always made themselves available to answer questions and concerns when reviewing the days work. As of the date of this review all the electrical work performed by ADI is still holding up very well. I'm glad I chose ADI.

Even though I purchased a coupon, I didn't even bother to call the provider after I saw all the comments about the provider not honoring the coupons, and I don't have time to waste on calls with someone who is not interested in being honest in how they run their business. Angie's list will probably not post this comment, but they should, since they seem to quite often have coupons for this company.
