No work done....offer did not cover what I needed done

There was a plug with a ground wire not connected properly. They reviewed every switch and plug on that breaker... found the faulty connection... fixed it... and were on their way. Thank heaven I didn't try to figure it out on my own. The two electricians they sent knew what they were doing... and were gone within an hour. So thankful!!

The workmen were prompt, called to let us know they were arriving earlier than scheduled (yay!) They were helpful, did not waste time, and were professional.

It went perfect! They called to say they were on their way, They arrived on time. Provided suggestions of work. Super clean and not a mess left at all (and I've very picky). Super quick too!

The job was done fast and very well. I am very pleased with the results.

They set up a time window and called to let me know when technician was on the way. They came and inspected and made a few changes and that was it.

Purchased as an angies list deal, it did take quite some time for an available appointment. ADI arrived as scheduled and after I described the electrical problems I ws having, they went to work. They were polite, efficient, and explained what they discovered.All in all they did a good job figuring out a wiring problem which I could not solve. I would highly recommend them.

They were very prompt, professional and informative. There were, unfortunately, extra costs that were around $2-$3000.00 in addition to the deal I purchased in order for them to be able to do the work. The deal just became too complicated with all the additional upgrades and costs.

Provider was busy and I waited about a month to get an appointment. Technician arrived on time and completed job. Technician was professional and provided me with a clear explanation of what he would be doing. My initial price was $89. I had to pay an additional $150 because the placement of the outlet was further than the deal quoted.

ADI contacted me about the deal purchase. I described the issue with outside decorative lights and that I thought there might be a short in the connector box. I described the setup and that the lights were 120V. They were hesitant about coming out and asked for pictures of the lights and the box. I e-mailed the pictures and they responded that they weren't equipped to do the job. They said the box was out of code and that I would need a low voltage specialist. I believe that they found out I was in Camarillo and didn't want to come out here for such a small job. Don't advertise a big deal if you don't want to do it!

Electrician was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to go through my list of electrical concerns and dealt with the ones he could fix appropriately.

They didn't come out right away, they were really busy. I had to wait about a month for them to come out. I almost changed my mind about having to do the whole thing but then I decided that I will go ahead with it. It took them two days to get it in. My plumber wasn't willing to come out but they have one that follows them around. I paid $150 for plumbing, I had to pay a different company for that.They seemed very good. I didn't have any problem with them. I can't think of any issue other than the wait but I don't think that was their fault. They seemed to know what they were doing and did it very well. There was a few things that they didn't know about this new one. They had to kind of do some research and then they came back the next day and handled everything. I am not sure what it was exactly but there was something new about what they were doing with mine. They had to research and find out what the difference was and why it was different. They were very good about that. They were very honest about it. They said this is something we haven't run in to before and so, we are going to figure out what it is and get it right and they did. The price seemed good to me. I have had much higher prices for this service. The price I was looking at when I saw the Angie's List price was $1000 more. If I saved $1000 and got the job done, I am thrilled. I didn't know a lot about what to ask but what I did ask, they knew the answers, they were quick and sharp. They knew exactly what to respond. I couldn't ask them anything that they couldn't respond to. They were there when they said they would. They were very good. They wanted to give me good service and so, they had me do a few things to make sure that they did their job right. Apparently, there was something they didn't know about this machine. They had to get a code from somebody, probably the manufacturer. It is the new code that they had to program in to my machine so that it could actually work. They had to call in, get the code and then apply it somewhere and there we are, we are running. The first day they couldn't get it going and they didn't understand why.

We saw a special discount offer for ADI on Angies's list and bought it. Unfortunately, they were so booked up that they couldn't see new customers in our area for a month. But they had a cancellation and were able to come much sooner. We had several electrical repairs to be made and asked if they could also install a bathroom exhaust fan. They had everything done in about the time I thought they would do just the repairs in. Everything was professionally done. They even taped up plastic sheets to protect our bathroom while doing a messy installation of the fan in the ceiling. My special thanks to lead electrician Alvaro.

On the first visit they evaluated the situation and determined what was needed. I did not have the necessary part so we rescheduled until I got the part. The gentlemen were very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call them again.

ADI Electrical (Ariel) executed and completed an entire home rewire and electrical panel upgrade flawlessly. I contacted ADI and they arrived to my home exactly as promised on time. Ariel gave me an exact quote and time frame to complete the project. I discussed the project with my wife that night....and called Ariel (ADI) to start immediately. The project was as follows: 1955 home in Playa Vista/Marina area....completely gut all existing electrical wiring + outlets + main panel....replace with new wiring + outlets + 200 amp panel + repair all stucco + drywall. The scheduled duration was 3 days rewire + 5 days repair stucco - dry wall. The project was completed in exactly 8 days....and right on budget as quoted by Ariel (ADI). *ADI is rated one of the best on Angie's List for a d*** good reason...and Ariel, Pedro, and Miguel run a really tight ship and do not cut corners. When they say a price or time frame...they mean it. I recommend these guys whole with no reservations. I also recommend do not haggle on their pricing...it is already at or below market rates and their performance (trustworthiness) is far more valuable than dealing with low class second rate cheaper contractors. (we've all been there before....it's not worth the penny saved).

They showed up right on time. Called when on the way. Were extremely professional. And they were EFFICIENT. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Even if I hadn't gotten a special and I had to call an electrician right away - I would call these guys.

I have used this electric company now three times in the past 6 months. Each time they have been professional and performed well completing all tasks assigned. Having a good experience with two previous jobs I was willing to try this more involved home electrical project. They allowed me to upgrade the back up generator project from the special promotion and accomplished the work as promised. They were courteous, provided quality workmaship, were patient when necessary and cleaned up after themselves showing respect for my home. They appear to have many electricians at different levels of expertise and coordinate well depending on complexity of the job. I am happy to recommend them and will use their services again as needed in the future.
