They were very professional with their advice

Had a great experience with ADI. They gave me an estimate promptly and scheduled the work quickly while working with my schedule. The men who did the repairs were really nice and did a great job. Who knew how messy replacing a breaker panel would be, but they took care to prevent all the drywall dust from covering things, and cleaned up well. Prices were very competitive too.

The fan was installed today....so far, so good. My appointment was for 3-5 p.m., but the technician called me around 3:00 to tell me around it would take him 2 1/2 hours to get to my house in LA traffic, so he arrived closer to 5:30. When he arrived he needed to use my bathroom. The installation probably took 35 minutes. The technicians were neat and quick. I do feel it would be helpful for the posting to indicate the size of the fan, horsepower, square footage coverage, approximate cost to install outlet if one is not available, etc. I had to "buy" the special than ask questions. Perhaps, I missed the question box or contact us box.

An ADI representative called me the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm the electrician would be arriving between the hours of 1:00-3:00pm. On Thursday at 1:25 pm the ADI electrician arrived, introduced himself and his partner. From the time I answered the door to when the two guys left after completing the job it was less than :30 min. Here are bullet points of the work they performed. - laid out a plastic drop cloth to catch any debris that may fall out of the attic access point. And cleaned up after performing the installation. - cleaned out the gable vent before installing the fan (an old bird's nest were blocking the vent). - installed the new fan. - showed me the fan after installation and explained how it worked and asked if I wanted to adjust the auto settings. These guys were great, very professional, efficient and friendly. I would hire again and recommend in a heartbeat.

This is my second call to ADI Electrical, and I simply could not consider anyone else. They performed a complete re-wire and a dream electrical make-over in my home several summers ago. They were amazing then, and they're still amazing today! Ariel was upfront and honest about the scope of the work, and that it might require additional work, e.g.: Upgrading the electrical panel, which would have been around another $4,000 plus more time. He candidly told me that it "might" work, so we tried it, and so far... so perfect. But he gave me the option, rather than pitch the huge job to me all at once. These guys did the job well, and exactly as I had expected it. Excellently done!

Fine. They called to say they'd be 30 minutes late--came in 20 mins. I had bought a one-hour/two-men deal from Angie's List for $89. It cost me another $80 to replace old, broken plates. Alvaro & Manuel worked the entire hour and were friendly, courteous, and professional. I will use them again.

They did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and got right to work. The two outdoor lights work great and the two light switches are perfect.

The owner came to my place to inspect the attic then make arrangements for the install. Nothing was called out as a problem. When his workers show up 2 weeks later they 1) haven't got the attic fan 2) tell me it's an extra $450 on top of what I already paid.

Incredible speed and efficiency. One held yhe chandelier and the other wired it. They were very careful not mar floors and ding walls. They finished everuthing in 30 minutes. Sturdy installation.

The service was good. They came out pretty quick. They came out when I had asked them to. One of the things is that they forgot an item so they had to go out and buy it and another thing when they were installing the light, initially one of the persons did not wash their hands so then, I could see finger prints and dirt up on the ceiling that I had to clean up afterwards.

The only reason I used this company was because of an online coupon, which ended up costing me more in the end. Of course the coupon wasn't for the work I want done (the fine print that wasn't very clear) but they could apply the cost to this job. Now I stuck with a coupon that doesn't save me any money and I get charged the maximum full price. Although they completed the job, the quality of their work was poor. A wall cross support was busted out instead of drilling holes through it for access, this resulted in wall damage in the adjacent room. They used a hammer to bust open holes in the walls instead of a saw, creating even more repair work that was not part of their service. I would not recommend them or ever use their services again.

They were on time. They were polite. They were professional. They did a great job.

When I purchased the Angie's List Deal, I thought one of my light sockets was malfunctioning. The ADI servicemen arrived and determined that it was the LED bulb that was defective. While there, they fixed another light socket that had become disconnected from its holder. Although neither problem was as serious as I had thought, I'm sure I saved money on the service call. In addition, there was no attempt to sell me other services, which is always a turn-off.

They were very nice and professional. The people they sent, Alvaro and Manuel, did the job very efficiently and professionally.

Ariel from ADI Electrical came out for the consultation. He was very efficient and professional and took lots of pictures so everything was clearly noted. The work we decided to have done was to install 2 new ceiling fans, replace 1 existing fan, and put 2 new recess lights in our bathroom. A few days later Martin and his crew showed up to do the work. They were on time and courteous, and worked very fast and efficiently, doing everything within the span of 2 to 3 hours. For the most part, everything went smoothly. One minor hiccup: for the new switch in the bathroom, we'd requested a triple switch, but when it came to installation it wouldn't fit and the crew said they couldn't amend the space, so we had to settle for the new recess lights sharing an old switch, which was a bit of a disappointment. Also, when the new fan was put in and old fan replaced, we noticed there was existing damage on the ceiling and it would have been nice if the crew could have patched it. I asked them if they could and they said they couldn't. They did patch the walls (no painting) where they installed new switches. Overall, we were pleased with the work ADI did, and would probably hire them again.

He is honest, thorough, and reasonably priced.

While the work I wanted to be done was not, I was very happy with Ariel's courtesy and professionalism.

It went real good. Very quick and thorough. Very professional. They work with you and I was very pleased with them.

I was very very satisfied with them. They showed up on time, were courteous, professional and I would use them again if I had to.

My experience with them was not as good. They charged me more than the $89 Big Deal cost. It ended up around two-hundred and something dollars and it was for labor and materials. What I thought I was getting is not what I was offered. They could have made it clear when they called back.

Got the electric panel replaced. Electrician arrived on time and got the work done. Wish they would have communicated how noisy it was going to be. Had complaints from my neighbors.
