The two guys who showed up wanted an additional 300 dollar payment. I refused to pay that much for a whole that could have taken ten minutes to drill out.

Went very well: appointment made promptly, showed up on time, went through a few recommendations on placement, completed quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly.

It was an excellent experience. They arrived on time, and were in and out in about an hour. I was told by another company that I needed the metal boxes to brace them so I was prepared to pay ADI an extra $85 per fan. It turned out I didn't need them at all, and ADI was honest enough to tell me that. I had another company come for an estimate a week or two earlier, and they told me I needed the braces, and that it was going to be a 4 hour job. Alvaro and Manuel were professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. What I thought was going to be a $300 job only ended up costing me $138. You certainly can't beat that! I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work.

Great. The guys from ADI showed up on time, were very friendly and got right to work figuring out what went where in my electrical box. I've been frustrated for a while with a completely mislabeled panel, and tried my best to get it all straightened out, but didn't have the tools necessary to do it quickly and without an enormous amount of hassle throughout the house. ADI got it done, in about thirty minutes, and left me with a nicely labeled panel. Very satisfied.

This isn't the first time we've hired ADI Electrical and it absolutely won't be the last! They were great to work with, prompt, professional and extremely helpful. The appointment was to be between 10-Noon and they arrived at 10:00 a.m. on the dot. We highly recommend them for any electrical need!

Horrible. Bait and switch. I have a basic old rental house needing a new electrical panel. ADI is offering a $1,399 big deal electrical panel upgrade. Took several days (almost a week) for them to come out. Ariel quoted me $4000 grand and it would have been $6000 grand without the "big deal". Here is the fun part. I got 6 quotes total all in the $1,650 to $2000 range for the same identical job done with city permits by licensed electricians. Even at $4,000 grand this was the biggest bait and switch I have had in a long time and I was not expecting this from an Angies List member - maybe from Craigslist but not from Angies. At $6,000 grand which is their normal price is basically legal robbery. Wasted a good day when they could have given me an idea over Angie's email since I sent them all of the pictures they requested. Nothing new was derived in person than from what the pictures show to go from $1,399 to 4,000.00 grand. I hate bait and switch.

The vendor contacted me and ask that I request some information from the local utility. once I got the info I let the vendor know and he said that he could now come out for an evaluation of the job and then schedule the actual job at a later date. The evaluation couldnt not be done for at least 10 days I don't know how long it would take to for the vendor to come out and do the actual job. but I can't wait two to three weeks to find out as my tenants need eletricity.

Did not get permit, tried to stick me with the cost. Did not review local codes before job. The work was done well.

ok making the first appointment, went fine. Then as the appointment got closer, i got to thinking ' you know i better check the panel since it had been a long time since i had.' Usually if I ever have failure in electric service, I just go to change the fuses. I looked at it, but it was really old and it looked like the panel needed to be labeled. 3 to 4 years ago i had the panel installed, and the ADI rep was the one that told me it was installed wrong "it shouldn't wiggle" Anyway, I called ADI and asked them to look at it and give me connection between the outlets and the fuses. Bought the deal hoping to get the labels added, but I did not need really need the full home inspection. He said 'oh sure we can do that.' Called the day before asking to confirm appointment, I asked to have the inspection list connection between outlet and fuses so the employees knew what to do. Appointment time comes, no show till 3:30, they call and say they're running 2 and half hours late, I said 'yeah Ok but that's really late.' 5:30 they came, they did not know anything about what they were supposed to do. So the communication within the company is zero. I showed them everything that needed to be done, he said that he could not do the work, but his manager said they could. They called their manager and said they didn't want to do it. after they got off the phone, they gave me a big speel about how i need to do all this work and it would cost upwards of 3000 dollars. I just told them to forget it.

Installation went on without a hitch, staff was very professional just wished more of them spoke English.

I think the price was little bit high but the service was great, very punctual and very clean, I will hire them for any electric needs at home

The company wasn't very upfront about the time frame they were going to be at my home. The provider was supposed to be at my home at 8 am which was agreed upon over the phone. The technician tried to say he gave me the time frame between 8-10 am. The office called me yesterday to say the technician would be at my home at 9 am. The technician didn't show up at 9 am. When I called him at 9:30 am to ask where he was he wanted to reschedule for another day. I told him that was unacceptable and he said he'd look at his schedule. He called me back and said he'd be there between 11-12. He showed up at 5 past 12 and explained the details of the deal. It wasn't what I was looking to have done and wasn't clear in the details when I first purchased the deal.

From the moment I purchased a service block from ADI Electrical they were very responsive to my requests. They showed up on time and did a nice, clean install of some exterior outlets and switches for my koi pond. If on time, quality work, with great customer service is what you’re looking for, give these guys a call. They’ll certainly be my first choice!

Excellent service from the technicians who arrived early in the promised window of work, were respectful of my space, communicated clearly about the work to be done, had necessary equipment on them to do the job but also provided me options for DIY.

My first contact was with the individual who reviewed what I wanted to be done and then discussed the options with me. I was very happy with that meeting. The electrical servicemen were courteous, explaining several times the different decisions that had to be made, quick, and professional. Cleaned up well. I was satisfied and happy with my decision.

I've used ADI several times and they do a great job. Their service people are polite and thorough. I would definitely use them again and again and again.

Extremely unhelpful after I bought the deals from Angies list. When I called them to get appointment, they advice me to call the Electrical company before they can even come to look at the electrical panel. After getting approval from the Electrical company they did not have any available appointment. The guy gave us appointment on weekdays with a window 2-4 PM. My wife was at home but he got upset that I am not at home and did nit give us any estimate. I called him next day to get estimate but he was more interested to know why I was not at home? Anyways he acted as if he is doing me a big favor and want extra 1000 more before he can do the work. I am not sure if the service was lousy since I already paid or just they are horrible in general. Anyways overall very bad service and I do not plan to do anything with this company.

Warm, professional, and thorough. Very pleased

They did a great job, very courteous and respectful. They came on time and polite and professional. My wife is a tidy freak, and they cleaned all of their work after them. They were very informative and explained everything about the work. We hope there is another special, we will gladly call them again. For other AL members, i have been reading reviews VERY carefully before making any selections.

We bought 2 hours for $89. They sent 2 guys who work for an hour each. The deal is not enough for multiple projects
