Great job. The appointment was scheduled for 3 pm Pacific on 9.16.16 and Alvero and Brian, the installers, showed up on time. They covered everything in the room with plastic and expertly moved two chairs from the area where they needed to work. Paper samples were placed on the ceiling to show where the lights would go. I was asked to confirm the design. The installers worked efficiently and completed the work in less than two hours. I was asked to inspect their job, and they cleaned up the plastic covering, empty it and the boxes in the receptacles in my backyard and sweep the debris from the floor. I was very impressed with the work and their expertise.

Alvaro and Bryan were very good! They leave the work place clean. Explained the process of installation before starting the job and open to suggestion.

ADI said they couldn't come out for three weeks because they were so busy from their Angie's List special.

Well, it turned out to be perfectly fine and I didn't actually need them to do anything, but I DID need them to be able to diagnose that I didn't need them, so let's say it went "well".

Well, neither my wife or myself saw ADI show-up. If we missed a message our apologies. They did call to confirm they were coming the day of the appt.

They showed up on time, tested the outlet, then the breaker. They narrowed the issue down, and got to work fixing and wiring the switch and I am up and running! Very happy with the results. They were nice guys and kept me in the loop while they were working.

The experience was good, service quality was very good they did the best they could to provide the best customer service possible. However there was an issue with the charging. They charged a lot more for a job that seemed like a deal but turned out not to be. The service i requested them to do was different from the deal they advertised.

I have been doing business with Ariel and ADI for years. If he does not come by, the crew he sends are professional, punctual and clean up, as well as getting the job done quickly, quietly and efficiently. What else can you ask for in a service provider?

My experience with ADI Electrical could not have been better. It all started with my contact person, Ron. Ron was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely easy to reach by phone or email and he was very quick to respond to my concerns, questions, and requests. I was very anxious about all the work that needed to be done. As it turned out, my anxiety was unnecessary. The workers arrived on time and spent the entire day working on my electrical system. They were highly skilled, polite, and organized. Each crew member knew his part of the job. It was obvious that these workers were very experienced and used to working as a team. They finished the job on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up and leaving my property looking great. After the work was completed, walls needed to be patched and painted, stucco needed to be replaced, wire mesh needed to be replaced over the outside vents. Ron saw to it that all this work was done immediately following completion of the electrical work. In addition, he delayed my payment in full until all this work was done. The men who performed this additional work, Miguel and Bruno, did an incredible job. Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and I will most definitely use them for any further electrical needs.

I purchased an ADI $89 special for 2 hours of labor to fix a light switch of a three year old chandelier that would not turn on. 7-13-16, ADI sent two people to my house. They unscrewed the ceiling mounting plate of the chandelier to check the wiring while the chandelier dangled in the air; the chandelier was NOT removed from the ceiling in order to have a complete view of the wiring inside. They concluded [1] NOT fixable because the wiring was too old; [2] need to REWIRE my ENTIRE house ASAP due to potential electrical fire and these two people were going to do the work themselves; [3] rewire cost of $12,000 7-21-16, ADI posted an electrical rewiring package on Angie’s List; “$2,499 up to 1,000 sq ft with additional areas avail at $3/sq ft.” Base on their calculation my 1,600 sq ft house should cost $2,699 NOT $12,000. Comparing side by side of my ADI Estimate vs ADI’s Angie’s List special, the Angie’s List special offered more, ie, hard wire carbon monoxide detector. 7-26-16, I spoke to project mgr Ariel who confirmed my suspicions that ADI sent two UNLICENSED Electricians to solve my electrical problems. He had no answers to the pricing discrepancies. My light switch and chandelier wiring were fixed by a licensed electrician, John Hall from Hall & Sons Electric, for $260. ADI uses scare tactic and high-pressure sales to rewire homes; furthermore, they employ UNLICENSED Electricians to do the work which is DANGEROUS. ADI’s lack of concern for safety is the ultimate UNETHICAL business practices! Don’t fall victim to ADI’s SCAM!

When they came and saw my attic layout the electrician noticed and that the installation would not be very efficient. So rather than just put the fan in anyways he let me know that it wouldn't be worth the installation. So I was very pleased that he was completely honest.

Okay. ADI Electrical's work was fine. Angie's List was a disappointment. Since this was one of Angie's List Deals we were met with a surprise. Angie's List did not disclose the size of the house had to be a certain square feet in order to meet the standards of the whole house fan. So, when the contractor asked for four hundred more dollars, needless to say, it was an unwelcomed surprise. Since I had many obligations was gone much of the time my wife dealt with the transaction. She felt the salesman was put off dealing with a woman. She would not have them return to do any more work.

Wonderfully!!! Wish you could see my smiles! Alvaro and Manuel were polite and thoughtful. Alvaro removed the bulb that I couldn't get out, checked to see if the wiring was still effective( it was) and put in another replacement bulb. The whole thing took about five minutes...and it works!!!

ADI responded to my purchase immediately to set up a mutually agreeable date for service. Their Electricians showed up on time, worked extremely fast and efficiently, and were very polite and professional. There was no up-selling involved. Highly recommend.
