Excellent. No complaints. Reliable, efficient and professional

It all went very well. There had to be some additional work besides the panel to bring the house connection up to code. There was an additional charge for that, but it was reasonable. The date of the work had to be changed from its original date because of a supplier problem, but that did not inconvenience us.

Process went well and electricians were professional and friendly - total time to install all four fixtures was within the allotted two hours. Unfortunately, it cost me an unexpected/additional $500 to hang two pendant lights due to the need to convert from recessed lighting connection. As it turns out, it would have cost less had I gone with installation by the lighting vendor; however, due to issues of timing, I proceeded with the installation as time is money and I had already taken the morning off from work.

They left pieces of wire etc. in my yard. I would have preferred a side hinge on the electrical outlet covers. One outlet is acting up.

They made sure we explored everything before 30 days was up and explained the offer alone would not solve my problem. Decided not to spend the 2X more money and got full refund...even Angie's share.

I had the Angie's list deal of $89 for 2 man hours of electrical work. We didn't have the supplies at site so when they got here they quoted us a price of $360 to put the outlet in. I asked if that took into account the labor we already paid for. He said yes. They were already here, my husband said yes do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice when they were done. An email was sent to us just stating $360 for the job charged, no itemization. They took less than an hour to complete the job. They did a great job and were very nice, but beware of upcharging and not getting the angie's list deal. Since there were 2 electricians, and one was doing the outlet, I did have one of them install an indoor switch for me which I already had. Took him 15 minutes while the other one did the outlet. so total cost was $89 plus $360= $449 FYI-also they don't work on low voltage i.e.. nest thermostats.

I didn’t have work done and asked for my $ back and was told that Angie’ List had the $. Recently when I called Angie’s List to have the $ used on another project, as I had another company do the Breaker Box, I was informed that they had paid ADI Electrical and I must contact them for a refund or work. I’m preparing a small claims against both companies for $ 949.00 plus cost.

Although we had never heard of ADI, we bought a discounted service package on Angie's List because of how highly rated they seemed to be. We completely agree with all the kudos they have received. The office staff was lovely to deal with and very professional. The team that came did an excellent job and were very careful with our newly painted walls. They additionally suggested that we install a whole house surge protector which we hadn't been intending to, but made sense given that we have a 1920s home and wiring can be delicate. We were very pleased with every aspect of the service. We have already left word at the office to set an appointment for them to come back in a month to do some additional work for us.

I bought a deal through Angie's List for a light fixture installation. The guy arrived on time, and was nice. However, he declined to install the fixture because my wiring is old. He said they'd re-wire my house, and quoted a price at least $2,000 over standard rate. He said I would receive a refund of the Angie's List deal. I then got at least three voicemails, and numerous other calls from them, trying to sell me the re-wiring. I don't know whether they sold my number, but I'm now getting 3-5 home improvement telemarketing calls a day. I didn't get the refund of the money I had already paid: ADI said to ask Angie's List. Angie's List is refusing to refund my money, even though the only reason I'm asking for a refund is that ADI refused to provide the service I paid for.

The service went great and both technicians were very professional I would absolutely recommend. They called before showing up and were able to come a little bit earlier. I walked them through the tasks on my list. They completed all job within 3 hours.

The new panel installation went very smoothly. I was kept informed every step of the way. All went smoothly, each specialty from electrical, to labeling, to re doing the stucco was performed quickly and efficiently. The price was about $1500 for the panel, with an addition $1200 for the wall work needed for the interior installation. All workers were polite and friendly. Ariel did a fine job of coordination, in fact, super, with video instruction for the workers. A little prodding of LA permit and inspection was necessary, but no big deal. The last job was installation of a porch light, on special at $69. I thought I had all the necessary parts, but we found that some of the bracing was not meant for the lamp. No problem, they re engineered the support, and now the light is firmly hung and the light is beautiful. They consulted on a shorting problem in the kitchen while they were there, and we realized it was the wrong type bulb, and that the switch was on its last legs. While they were there, they noticed that the panel had no house surge protector, and offered to install one at an ongoing sale price. I told them to go ahead, but kept thinking that was supposed to be included in the panel upgrade. While they were working on the installation, I retrieved the invoice, and sure enough it was stated as included. They called the company, and the company honored the commitment, so the surge protector was finally done as promised, with no additional charge. Good company, to admit and rectify an error!! Will call them again.

Fairly well I wish they can patch the plaster at the same time.

On time and the workmanship, in my opinion, was very good. When the county inspector came out to inspect the installation he not only approved it, he said he was very impressed with the job they did. This is the first time I have used them. My choice of ADI was made based on the recommendations on Angie's list. I would recommend ADI Electrical to anyone in need of electrical work, and I'm a tough critic on workmanship.

The two installers that arrived were professional, efficient, and added plastic tubing to the two light fixtures that required it. They completed the new underground wiring and added the fixtures in 2 hrs! Impressive.
