ADI was communicative and had great follow through, the team arrived at my home on time. They were courteous, attentive and efficient. It was a great experience and I would definitely hire them again.

It took a while to get my appointment scheduled and there was confusion with the start time, but overall the work was good.

They came right on time and did as much as they could for the Angie's list deal I purchased. I will probably use their services again.

The quality of service is mixed. Electricians who were out here they did great work for the electrical stuff, but anything that was mechanical or happen to cut the whole in the wall or install the box the people were totally incompetent and if I hadn't been there they never would have succeeded in finishing the job and even providing tools. They didn't have the right tools and they had no idea of what they was doing so I had to actually install the wrong box initially and they installed it horizontally and it was nightmare. I ended up taking over to getting the box installed so that we can get it right. There are something that they could have done a lot better. There were lot of delays that were not necessary. I would use them again if I didn't have to anything mechanical.

They are prompt, do professional work and they answer all my questions. I would recommend them and use them, again.

Excellent - the young man check the wiring of the exterior sconces, the timer which was part of a 3way switch and with in a few minutes the problem was solved.

They were very nice, it worked out very well for us. They even came back because my husband didn't have the right ballasts. He went down and got them and they came back and installed them. They were very nice. They were very good and we would call them again. It was just flat $89 for their service. Considering the price was a special, it was a very reasonable price. My husband was very pleased with their work. What stuck out was their responsiveness and their professional courtesy and the fact that they actually came out again because we didn't have the right material. I thought that was wonderful because they could have just said, "You don't have the stuff and we can't come out again." It was good to have them come out again. It was very responsive.

I bought an Angie's List Offer for two hours of work. I was hoping they could come sooner but they had to schedule the visit a few weeks out. (Not a big deal but worth mentioning in case you need a job done asap.) Two guys came out for one hour (totaling 2 work hours). They were very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. They did a great job. While they were out I asked for a quote to get some other work done but that quote was considerably higher than I was expecting so, sadly, I'm not sure if I'll be able to afford their services in the future.

Ron arrived the same day after I called for an estimate. The lights were installed the next day. The crew was on time and professional. The patching of the ceiling was done beautifully by Miguel on a separate day. All questions were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was a little bit concerned about it. I didn't talk to them because I was upstairs so my husband dealt with them. I'm the one that asks all kinds of questions. What happened was we had bought a ceiling fan from Costco and we needed it installed. Rather than having my friend do it, we thought we could have a professional do it. They came and they told us that he had to put a base for the ceiling fan to be installed so the base goes inside the ceiling so we don't see it. We had to pay an additional $80-some. I never heard of that. We had a dimmer switch on that and I told him that he could change that and put a regular on and off switch on that. They were going to charge us $35 for it. We said no. $35 for an on and off switch and they charged us for that base that they had to put in the ceiling. I don't know what we were paying for. It turned out that it cost us more than I had wanted to spend. They come over and they tell me we need this and this and we're kind of stuck because we wanted it done. I just felt like there were hidden charges. We are the original owners and our house is like 25 years old, and this probably is the third ceiling fan we put in. The first two were put in by friends and I never heard of having to buy something else to install it. The box was never opened. We have a brand new box. I imagined that everything we needed would have been in that box but I don't know because that's not my area of expertise. It cost us another $80-some to install the fan. When they said $35 for the on and off switch, it became to be the principle of it. We have other electrical work that we would like to have done, but I don't think I would ever use them again. They are nice and everything. They did their job, they came on time, they did everything that they were supposed to. It's just that I'm unhappy about the expense that we paid. I was not happy with the price. All of them were working fine. We just wanted to update the look. The value was not very good and I think we paid more than we should have. The fan comes with a light. I asked my husband how to turn on the fan without the fan going just the light, and he had to read the instructions. I would think that the installers would have told us all these, but maybe that's not part of the job. It wobbles and I don't know if it's supposed to.

It all went smoothly. ADI were on time, replaced the outlet, and also tended to another outlet which had come out of the wall courtesy of our vacuum cleaner.

I spoke with someone in the office, where the lady said someone would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I did not get a call.

ADI Electrical's service went well. You know, it's a pretty big job done and it reached my satisfaction, so yeah, I can't think of anything to say about them. I think their pricing was a very good price. Sure, I would consider using them again if needed.

They completed all the work and checked the remaining outlets in my kitchen to make sure they were working correctly. Nice guys and very professional!

..couldn't do what i had originally planned, but the guys were so helpful in their ideas that i've decided to make some plan changes and will reschedule. this is the second time i've used ADI - really professional, stay in touch, the young lady who does the scheduling is lovely and helpful. they know what to do and will explain your options. I'm a customer for future business.

I had purchased a ceiling fan for my mother-in-law's dining room to replace a ceiling light. I have a bad back and very little free time so their offer to install for an extremely low price was very appealing to me. They communicated well (called and emailed me) to schedule the installation, called again as a reminder, then actually showed-up EARLY! They even called to ask if it was ok to arrive early. How often does that happen? Then they did a great job. What more could you ask for? I would recommend this vendor for any home or business fan installation.
