They were very prompt and thorough and explained what they were doing as they checked all the circuits and label the panel. Very friendly and answered all my questions.

They did a great job, accurate and easy to read. Took their time to track down some elusive breakers. While they were here, they offered to install a replacement ceiling fan. Glad they did, the old fan had been installed incorrectly, not junction box. They did a beautiful job.

I know have to try to get in touch with Angie's List to refund my money. What a hassle. Last time, Angie's listed refinished flooring and when I called, the provider said it was wrong. Had to cancel that one also.

Not well. I was asked by them to have the So. California Electric Co. (SCE) to inspect it, before they could come out, which I did. I was asked to schedule an appt. for an inspection by them before any work would be done. The ADI man came out and said the pipe containing the electrical connection from the power pole on my roof to the SCE pole past my back fence, was too short. I would cost an additional $700.00 to raise it higher from my roof. I told him I could not afford that at this time. I am awaiting notification of my refund from ADI.

The guys were great. They tried to arrive early, but I was unavailable. Very quick, clean, professional - I'd use them again without hesitation. Granted it was a loss-leader deal, but they were well worth the money.

As expected, had to replace switches.

I had the recessed lights, but I had some water damage and some demolition people came in. Four of the lights did not work after that. So, I brought them back in basically not to install the new lights, but just to fix it. They found what was wrong, were the wires are missing, and cut the wires to the switch and bulbs and now, it is working fine.

The two workers couldn't have been more professional or pleasant to have in my home. They were efficient, effective, and appeared to enjoy their work. They put the labels on the top of the panel vs. directly on each switch. I don't know if this is mandatory. I would have preferred labels right on the switches, but my bad for not thinking to ask.

They showed up as scheduled, stated what they would be doing and got the job done extremely fast and flawless.

They didn't ask where we wanted the outlet installed. As a result, it was installed too high and directly against in stucco. The technician finished the work before asking me if the position of the outlet was acceptable. Definitely not where I wanted it to be installed.

Scheduling and communication with scheduler was the only problem. Wanted before Xmas--no appt available. Told her I wanted outlet and light installed, only outlet communicated to the installers. However they arrived on time and I explained scope of work to them--no problem. Work performed quickly and neatly, so far everything working well.

We had 2 young men come to perform the work. I was told in advance that although the OFFER was for 2 hours of work, it was going to be 2 man-hours. No problem as I was called and told in advance. They called me to remind me of the appointment and then called me again to say when they would be arriving from their prior job. I thought the job would be easy but it wasn't because the fans did not fit exactly into the old spaces and extra work had to be done. They were courteous, friendly, professional and very diligent in the work. Had drop sheets for all the work areas and did not leave any mess. The fans were ones that I had bought and my wife and I were extremely happy about the job they did. Best value for money I can think of and no hesitation in recommending or using them again They didn't get to the 3rd fan in the time slot and completed 2 of them but that is a job for another day.

Added four 6" recess light to our upstairs bedroom. They scheduled the work about one and half month after initial contact which was a little too far out in time frame. But it was not an emergency, so we can deal with it. They sent one person to look at the place and came with two crew members later to finish the work. It took them about half day to complete. The recess lights works as expected but there left some extra holes on the ceiling and wall without patching (as ususal for most of the eletrician service unless is done by a handyman). For the promotional price, there is no comparison.

ADI started right away. They were hear when the said they would be. Had 3-4 workers everyday for a week. Cleaned up after themselves each day. Kept me live with power as much as they could the whole time. I also had them parch the drywall after the re-wire. Highly recommend this. All were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

They were on time and installed the outlet in about 15 minutes.

GREAT!!! The technician listened to my need for recessed ceiling lighting in the family room. He offered and I accepted the option of large LED lights. After carefully measuring and asking if I was happy with the arrangement, they installed them with a dimmer switch. They have now remedied a 16 year light deficit problem. In the past, this company also installed a quiet bathroom fan. The technicians are knowledgeable, experienced, careful, and do a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them, and appreciate the cost savings through Angie's List.
