The service men were polite, knowledgable and very professional. Also the owner of the business was extraordinary kind and helpful. It's hard to find the establishment like ADI Electrical in today's age. They are simply kind and wonderful people. It is my pressure to recommend them to anyone with pride.

The team of Alvaro and Brian did an excellent job,meeting or exceeding code in all respects. They are well trained and efficient. Cindy in the office was helpful in scheduling the appointment to meet our availability. I will certainly use ADI for any future electrical job we have.

It was difficult to schedule and appointment but once they got here they were able to diagnose the problem and actually said that they would come back since I needed to buy some parts and not charge me for that visits. They were cooperative. They were professional and courteous.

It worked out great. I have used them twice already. Two people came out and it took about a half an hour. They left the area perfectly clean.

Both Brian and Elmero were a delight to work with. They were on time, covered my furniture and cleaned up after. They listened to my preferences and worked with me until the placement of the lights was acceptable. They completed the job with minimal removal of plaster and were very courteous. I would definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

I had been looking for sometime for a good electrician to do some work on my house. It was built in the 40's so things can be a challenge. I saw a deal Adi had offered for 4 can lights at an unbelievable price, half of what's typically advertised. Henry and Israel were on time, and masked off all areas where drywall work would be performed. I could tell I had found a great company by the prep work being done. They knocked the job out fast and perfectly done. I can't tell you how nice it is to find someone that does their job perfectly and without bs. I am planning on getting my house rewired. And I have found my company. These guys were nothing short of perfect.

They showed up early, were quick, professional and did a wonderful job. I would hire them again without hesitation!

They didn't hook the dimmer back up, but everything else was fine. They were nice people that cleaned up after themselves.

I needed a new GFCI (I think I spelled it right) device because the old one was bad. (This was in 12/16) They charged me $80 extra for a new one, although they cost only $20 retail at Lowe's. I recommend that you buy one and have it on hand should you have a similar problem with your outlet. I did hire them for another service later (in 1/17) and am happy with their work. My only dissatisfaction was being greatly overcharged for the part.

All went well. NOT A NEGATIVE REFLECTION ON ADI - whoever wrote the "details of the deal" may want to include more details. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend ADI in the future. Great employees, attentive and professional folks.

Very professional. Hired to install 4 recessed lights. Come in and get out in less than 2 hours. Would definitely hire them again.

Nothing could be worse than waiting 4 weeks for an appointment since I had a coupon from Angie's List. You are put on the bottom of the list when a coupon is presented. Buyer Beware. When they finally showed up 4 weeks later, they came with the wrong size ladder after I told them it was on a 14' ceiling. The technician stated the office would call me back to reschedule. I waited a week and no call back. I decided to hire another company who immediately came out and did the work. I have asked ADI to refund the cost of the coupon and they don't even have the decency to resolve the refund of the $65. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances and beware if you are purchasing a coupon from Angies List.

First of all Cindy from ADI contacted me promptly to set up my appointment. I had several questions and she was very helpful and polite. I got a call the day of the scheduled service that the service before me had been delayed due to rain and asked if they could come early. This was great. The two service men Alvardo and Byran (forgive me the spelling) arrived, wiped there feet before coming in (it was raining that day) and extended their hands for a hand shake while identifying themselves. They looked over the project and then began working. The were fast and neat. They indicated they found no problems and report a loose box, that I may want to replace in the future. I would use the services of ADI Electric in the future. Good Job.

Wow! Fast, professional, and very nice.

It took awhile to get our schedules to mesh (like, a month - since I'm a teacher, it's nearly impossible to take a day off during the week), but when we *did* settle on a date and time, the office kept me apprised of the crew's location and the fact that they were running behind 30 min or so. When they arrived, they got right to work, troubleshooting the mislabeled or blank circuits and correctly identifying and labeling the entire panel with clearly printed labels. They were both very polite, even when dealing with my nosey unruly dogs sniffing around them.

Great. Guys were on time, replaced the ugly light that was already outside the house and were done in 30 minutes.

First, it took forever to schedule- about 3 weeks out. I was told that materials would be extra, so I went out and purchased the can for the kitchen fixture , but wasn't sure about what was needed for the sconces. I was told their materials prices were reasonable, and they could bill me onsite. I paid for two hours of service, which from them was two people for one hour. The two guys arrived at 3:30. I was scheduled for 3-5, but was later told it would be 5. They reviewed the work, and I was told I would be charged $50 for two cans each (so $100 for parts that are $3.99 at the hardware store). An additional $99 each for about 15 feet of wiring (which is about $0.25-$0.50 per foot). This was ridiculous, so I offered to let them get started, while I went to my local hardware store to purchase. They had the cans, but not the wiring. So I bit the bullet and purchased the wiring. So a "deal" on Angie's List ended up costing me more! The gentlemen did work quickly and finished within the hour, and did not do as much damage to my wall as I expected. But they get a terrible review for not being forthcoming on the extra charges, At least I saved $138 on parts by buying myself!

It was ok. The only thing I would say and I guess I understand, but since it was a coupon deal, they couldn't see me for about a month. I had to do an appointment a month in advance. It was a long time to wait, because it was a coupon, I wasn't a top priority. So they came and they were very friendly and they checked things out and I didn't have as big a problem as I thought I did. So I have a credit with them. I will probably use the credit at some point, because I think they're really good, but I think I would try to find someone that could see me sooner. That's the only thing. They gave me the full credit for future use whenever I need it. If you have a bigger job that's involved, they would be very good. Smaller jobs they aren't as eager.
