The best part, they felt very knowledgeable. They got the work done quickly. While doing the work, they were very responsive. The worst part, after the work was completed, I sent a couple of emails, requesting confirmation on our permit being completed, that didn't get response to.

They were excellent. They were very nice and professional and they even showed up early.

It went very well. The employees were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also shared some helpful tips on using LED lights instead of incandescent light bulbs for the landscape lights.

When they finally came out for the estimate, they quoted me an extra $2500 on top of the deal I paid Angie's List. I felt that this was unprofessional of them and it was a bait and switch.

Ariel and his crew headed by Marvin have been extremely responsive and professional. They have tackled the ridiculous city officials who are stonewalling us, and have stayed in touch nearly daily as we struggle through this part of the job. We are very happy with the work they have done. They have showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, and we are excited about the work they have yet to do. We would definitely recommend ADI to anyone looking for electrical work of any kind.

ADI pulled the necessary permit, "redid" all of the work, and some additional work in a timely and professional manor. The work was approved by the inspector and hopefully the City will leave me alone.

They are super good. They are very professional. They came and did the job and left. They came out as soon as possible and their customer service is excellent.

The problem is, they asked me where did I buy the lamp. I said I got it from a store. When they left, they asked me to sign for their service. They said, ?you know that lamps from that store, there are many complaints. Some of them don?t turn off and they are not of good quality, but it is not our fault!? After they left, I checked the lamp and the bulbs were on. I am 70 years old, I climbed up and down the ladder to see the bulbs fine. I figured out how to adjust the settings. Luckily, I asked them for the instructions just in case. I am still not sure if it works properly, because I wasn?t able to adjust the setting the way I wanted to. My neighbor laughs at me because every night I go up there and try to fix my lamp. The fact is they didn?t set the lamp properly and I have to climb the ladder every night to check it, because I wanted to be on just when its dark outside. It doesn?t see me when I go through the sensor. I don?t know what to do. I try every night, I try something different. In the end, I will be okay. It was a good price. They left knowing the light would be on all day long. Who wants to have the light on during the day? If you can explain that to me, I would like to know. The button you switch to left and right. The button was left on daylight. It took a while till I was able to understand how it works and what the reason was it was bad. It is high up and I need a flashlight. They were nice, they were okay. They came out early. I was pleased. The one with the lamp, I am not pleased. They know when they installed the lamp that it was not working.

I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken.

They were going to up charge me for addition work so in the end there really wasn't any savings in the deal. If you decide to use the service provider do your due dilla

Alvaro and Brian were prompt, courteous, patient and professional. They installed the fan quickly and it works great. Awesome value.

They came on time, did the work quietly and diligently and cleaned up. It was a wonderful experience.

The track lights & dimmers went OK, but I was pretty much ignored when I said I wanted the recessed cans to be replaced, not fixed. One of the guys spent all of his time trying to fix one of the recessed lights (maybe an hour) before the guy in charge finally agreed to replace it, which took the 10-15 minutes that he told me it would take when I first asked him to just replace it. At the end of it all I was charged an addition $175 beyond the cost of the Angie's List "Deal". (Strangely, the other recessed light began working again just as I turned on the switch to show which light wasn't working, but that only lasted 1 day and now it once again doesn't work)

They were fast and efficient,,,, but the new fan was not as high-end or powerful as i had hoped.

Their service was good. They showed up on time. It took a little while to schedule, over a month. They left the area reasonably clean. No issues, nothing negative to focus on.

It was good. The price was good. I was not sure how long it took because I was not here. Somebody else was here.

I had 3 estimates from other electricians. Ron came out and gave me a complete estimate on cost and completion date. The only thing that was a problem was the lack of communication with the city inspectors we live in. They even had a guy come out to take care of the stucco patch and even matched the color! Heads up though: Inside dry wall repair & paint was done by us. It was simple.

Installation work was very professional; how, I will need to drywall repair that was not covered by the bathroom fan installation.

I hired ADI Electrical Services Inc., contractor license number 977443, to rewire my mother's house. Again, this was a purchase made via an Angie's List special offer promotion for $2499 for a Home Electrical Re-Wiring Package. One of the workers was electrocuted and I witnessed the foreman (Marvin) cap the decrepit hot live wires and shove them down into the wall (unethical by the Electrical Code of the State of California). Then the foreman (Marvin) instructed his workers to quickly leave the property, it appeared to be an attempt to flee. This is extremely dangerous as this creates a fire hazard, and this is my elderly mothers home. They put her in danger as well as my elderly neighbors. I then called his supervisor (Ariel) who came out and inspected everything and found several other issues as well. I requested to have ADI Electrical Services Inc., contractor license number 977443, to revisit and provide additional re inspections of the work and correct any problems. I strongly recommended without delay that for the safety of the customers, that the foreman (Marvin) should be terminated as he put my disabled elderly mother and elderly neighbors in danger when he stuffed the crumbling, hot live wires back into the wall. The workers doing the work are not licensed electricians. They are unauthorized workers.

Overall it went really well and I like these guys a lot and have used them several times before and will use them again!

They were great and it went really well. I really trust these guys and in fact they did the work while I wasn't home because I knew they were honest and good.

The company communicated confirmed the work needed, scheduling the date for the work immediately upon my inquiry. they reconfirmed by telephone and e-mail. The workmen called an hour prior to arrival, and arrived right on time. They were very careful to cover the surrounding work/kitchen area. They discussed the positioning of the new lights with me, and showed me the placement areas again before drilling. They were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. They also cleaned up immediately upon completion of the work, disposing of my old lights. This was painless and the lighting is wonderful! I would definitely recommend ADI and will look for opportunities to use them again.
