Installation went well. The crew was conscientious with the installation and covered the floor and bed time with plastic to protect them from debris.

the guys called an hour ahead of their scheduled time and basically asked if they could come early. I had to rush home to accommodate them. Then they get there and basically say if they have to use their own materials they would upcharge like 500% (example a $20 dimmer - they said they'd need to charge me $100). They were pretty lacking in communication skills and customer service skills. Very dismissive and pretty much just very off-putting. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The deal was pretty awesome - that's what drew me to it - but hey, that old adage remains true here: you get what you pay for.

Not well. Everything was extra. Everything was $250 to $350. So I spent $99 on a house call with zero to show for it. It's a scam

The guy who came out to give the estimate was great! (Ron?) He had good suggestions and options for everything we needed. There was a small snafu when the guys doing the work didn't have the correct lightbulbs for the job, but that was quickly remedied. Also, when they drilled on the outside of the house, it caused some cracking on a wall inside. They immediately send someone out to repair it and did a good job.

They wanted more money saying I needed a junction box. They told a friend of mine the same. I then pointed out there was one available within the guidelines of the offer. Also the outdoor outlet is not recessed in the wall. That would have been even a better deal but they should disclose it because it was the front of my house and a surface mount looks odd. For the price it was a great deal and the guys who came out were GREAT! Just be aware of the junction box issue. Thank goodness Angie's list offers the money back guarantee.

The two teenagers that came to do the work needed my help to figure out from which plug to run the wires. They came and I asked how much will it cost to replace a breaker on the service panel as an additional job. They said $89 as well since that is the companies basic service call charge. I figured they are already here so it should be a little cheaper so I called main office to ask. Main office said workers in the house were wrong and its $150 for service call. I asked well why do your employees say otherwise and amazing women at the office just hung up on me. I allowed them to proceed with the work on the light but not the breaker. They installed the light and left dirt on my driveway and worse they didn't patch the exterior hole in the wall with caulking or foam spray. Unprofessional. Two weeks later i went to remove the light to upgrade it. They tied the electrical wires around the screw of the light so when I unscrewed it it caused a s big spark and ripped out the wires. I'm glad I didn't get electrocuted. I guess in life you get what you paid for. No more deal purchases from Angies for me.

The 2 installers were very prompt. They covered all my furniture and room so as to not leave any dust when they cut and drilled the new holes required for the lights. They did a great job! The lights were installed perfectly, without needing any drywall repair or paint touch up, which would not have been covered. They also were able to run the new wiring for the dimmer switch behind a wall without drilling into wood paneling that would have required repair, also not covered. I was very impressed with how quickly and cleanly the install occurred. Great Job done by both men. Thank you so much! The only complaint is that the deal was popular so it took 3 weeks to schedule. But other than that A+ work!

ADI was super professional. They arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon and were very nice and professional. Did the work quickly and even took care of a few other items that we needed done that weren't discussed ahead of time. Would book again!

I will be scheduling a return service to install cieling fan once we find the fan. Need one existing fan remounted to stop wobble.

I didn't interact with the workers, but my wife said I needed to give them a glowing review. Apparently they were very nice, professional, and clean. they did the job very quickly. The recessed lights don't match the ones in our house perfect, but those were installed 15 years ago so I figure that's asking a bit much. Also, on the bath fan, they left a gap of drywall...but they were always clear that the drywall patch wouldn't be in their work or estimate.

Problems with the outlets. Structurally unsound, so we couldn't do the work.

They're great. I've used them a lot. I've used them about 5 times. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They just did really good.

They were not able to do the fist three items. They did complete the last two items. Paid for two hours and got one hour.

The team of two were in and out in 20 minutes or less and the outlet which I provided was replaced. All good once again. This was performed using an Angie's list deal.

ADI sent two bright, polite and professional young men to installed the fixtures today, Thurs. 3/30/2017. They were on time and it took them under 40 minutes to complete the task. The young lady spoke with in the office also was very professional and efficient. I wish remembered their names, so that I could give them all the credit they deserve. I would definitely use their services again!

Great. Very polite went straight to work making sure lights were placed where I wanted. Worked quickly and efficiently. Left area clean and in good order.

Two installers arrived on time. Were professional and courteous. Draped off kitchen to prevent dust. Removed old fluorescent tube bulbs and fixtures and checked with me before cutting the holes for the cans to make sure that was exactly where I wanted them. The deal called for incandescent lights but I wanted LED lights so they had to install an LED dimmer which I supplied. They cleaned up after they left. They were here about 1.5 hours. Lights and dimmers work and look great!

They were on time, professional, quick and clean. The new light ADI installed in our garage is perfect. They were helpful and informative in educating me on future electrical purchases. They were accommodating and did not leave a mess. I would most definitely use ADI again as well as recommend them and Angie's List to everyone I know looking for good, reliable, courteous service.
