needed much more work than i thought :( could not pay extra at the time

Excellent! The service representative called and asked if they could come a half hour EARLY! They informed me of potential additional work which might be required once they got into the job (which I greatly appreciated-it was not needed), performed the service, and cleaned up after. Great job and great product-it was whisper silent like the description said it would be. Would highly recommend again.

They told us after they arrived, that there would be holes left in the ceiling. I had made many arrangements for this work to be done that day, and it was too late to change anything, so I said go ahead. I now have 8 holes to repair. I have used ADI 3 times, and every time I end up paying so much more than the advertised deal. They added a switch box that costs another $200, more than the whole package deal that was suppose to include a switch and dimmer. They installed a new light switch that is a different size and type from the others, looks terrible.

Service was prompt and professional. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended.

They fixed one inside outlet and replaced two outside outlets.

Better than expected. Didn't even have to cut through drywall, which I was told may be necessary.

They did a wonderful job. In addition to their extremely high quality of work, they really know how to handle people and have great customer service.

Getting an appointment to get the work done took over a month to fit everyone's schedule. When the day arrived, the technician said that any openings done in dry wall or ceiling will not be patched, and he said, looking at the room and the location of light switch wiring, there will definitely be holes in the walls and ceiling as well. I asked if he could at least patch it (forget the color) for an extra fee, and his reply was "I am an electrician only". I know ADI Electrical is only electrical work, but honestly, who would want to have a job done which will leave un-patched open holes in your walls and ceiling? They should probably team up with few local contractors to provide a complete service with their electrical work. Only silver-lining, they were at least professional enough to mention about the scope of their work before they started anything.

Unfortunately, due to the circuit breakers and wiring, we weren't able to install the fan. They were very professional, and not rude at all. I really appreciated their honesty and how informative they were.

I bought the deal on Angie's list and they never contacted me. This was the second deal through them. If they did not want to offer the deal a second time then Angie should not make it available. Either way it was very unprofessional... They should have called me. I am still waiting for my refund.

Fantastic. They were very professional, very fast, and the fan and workmanship was excellent. I will definitely use them again. They scheduled it within a day of me calling them, they arrived on time, they had great communication and the work was done professionally and cleaned up nicely.

Overall good work. The crew accidentally, threw away one of my lights. It was never found.

Great experience. Their coordinator scheduled the installation, the electricians arrived on time and were well prepared and organized. The entire thing just took a few minutes. I would highly recommend this vendor!

It went well. The guys that showed up did good work. My concern was that they could not complete the work because of the weather. While I understand that, I should have been contacted by their office to reschedule. Because of this I was not able to get all of the work done I had paid for. I then had to work through Angie's List to get a refund for the work not done. Overall, I had to invest much more time than I should have.

ADI was very professional, were on time and finished the project very quickly. They forgot to staple down some wiring in the attic. When I contact them about the issue they corrected the problem asap! I will be hiring them again!
