I had some lighting controllers which were old (previous homeowner had installed), that I wanted checked. Also, I needed the circuit breaker to hot tub checked. The controllers were no longer functional, so will budget to have them replaced in near future. Hot tub circuit breaker was fine, can now have someone come repair hot tub. The electricians were nice, helpful and professional.

A company's polict, any company nEVER SUPPERSEDES Federal laws

I've used them several times. However, two months ago I called and never heard back from them. I spoke with the same guy and woman I always dealt with.

They found that the old ceiling fan was working and programmed it. Really did a great job.

The work was never completed. I was refunded my original purchase price (LESS $1,000.00). I lost $1,000.00 for two (2) electricians whom were on-site at my home for less than a few hours "Looking Around". This company is a FRAUD!

Wanted 699$ to hang up a 400$ chandelier because it was over 10 feet. and 250 to run an outlet from an existing circuit, plus the 89$ deal to install an outlet. I'm entering school to be an electrician at those rates.

Turns out my house is too old without first upgrading the electrical (costly), or remodeling which would constitute the need for a new panel (costlier). We recognized that the property and location is worth more than anything we could build on the parcel, so we are deciding what to do and where to move.

I didn't have the work done on the last coupon I bought because I didn't get back to them in a timely manner. I have used them before and I would hire them again.

After we resolved a little scheduling snafu, we got the fan installation service scheduled and Junior and his partner arrived on time and even called to arrive earlier than our scheduled time and that was great. Once they showed up, we cut the power to the light fixture and Junior noticed that the previous installation was not to code as the wiring did not include a junction box. Consequently, Junior and his partner installed a new junction box without damaging the ceiling drywall and quickly installed the new ceiling fan along with a new remote control. The whole job only took about 45 minutes including the new junction box. We flipped on the power and the fan and light worked great and we checked the remote on all settings and it too worked great. Definitely a great deal and worth getting a professional to do the job especially if you don't know if the existing electrical is up to code or not. When it is not, you do not want to do it yourself unless you're an electrician. The additional cost for the installing the junction box was a modest $85.

ADI offered a deal through Angie's list for 2 hours of work. I used it to install dimmers throughout my house. ADI didn't get it right at first, but they came back and fixed the problem. The contractors were pleasant, professional, and did not rush the work. They asked for feedback and worked with me to get the project right. I would hire them again, though would try to avoid as much as possible purchasing any parts through ADI, as their markup is incredibly high. More detail: Installing the dimmers was a bit challenging since I had recessed LED lighting already installed by previous owner and didn't know exact specs. The dimmers I bought at Home Depot didn't work. ADI provided dimmers they said were LED compatible and installed them at a premium price ($80 for each dimmer; they retail at about $20). I was fine with the markup for the convenience and peace of mind--but then the dimmers didn't work! They were buzzing and flickering--and when I looked up the model number, I realized the dimmers were for incandescent only, not LED as represented. I called and complained--upset that I was charged such a high price for dimmers that didn't work. To their credit, ADI returned (after a several-weeks-delay during holiday season) and reinstalled dimmers that were low-voltage LED specific. They were not defensive, and clearly cared about making sure that the project was done right. Now the dimmers work very well. Although the dimmers ended up being much more expensive than I planned, I think it was worth it to have them done right by professionals, especially since they were willing to return to fix the problem.

The electrician said he could not do it because my wiring was too old and he didn’t want to turn off the breaker and cause a power surges or some kind of damage. This was a Angie’s List package deal so he suggested I get my money back from Angie’s List and I did.

They were excellent. I plan to use them again.

Ok—work complete but left place where outlet accessed inside very messy.

It all went very well. Guys were on time, did the job in a professional manner, and cleaned up when they finished. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
