ADI never called or emailed to schedule the appointment

It went well. Electrician was efficient and knowledgeable. Job was completed satisfactorily. My only negative was the high cost for the service, and the fact that the amount I paid Angie's List for the initial visit was not included in the final bill.

The guys were great. They called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled and I agreed. They came in did the job and cleaned up the area before leaving. They were quick and courteous. I have used ADI in the past to have my electrical panel replaced and upgraded. They were very accommodating back in 2015 as well.

Ariel is an honest man, very friendly, keeps his word. His work has a lifetime guarantee and His team Marvin and the electricians were always professional, always fixed any problems and kept everything very clean. Ariel was always there to answer questions and he took care of all permits. The work was done quickly so that we can move in. I would highly recommend this company, especially for a big job, you can trust them, no hidden fees. I'm glad I found them on Angie's list.

I have used ADI in the past and I am never disappointed. They run their operation in the most efficient way possible. My appt. was scheduled within two days between 8 and 10 am. Two very nice and knowledgeable workmen were at my door at 8am sharp. The work was completed in no time at all and it was perfect. They gave me their Angie's List offer price of $89. I couldn't be more pleased. Great job.

Never came and charged the money on credit card. Biggest scam in the word.

Fine for a few months but it appears my AC was mislabeled and is causing the AC fuses to blow.

They gave me the special Angie's price but I wanted an upgrade and additional lighting and the price was reasonable.

They showed up on time, explained the timeline, and then executed on the timeline. The work are was clean at the end of every day. I have not turned on the lights, yet, but I am confident they will work or ADI will resolve it.

I literally had to scramble to find projects for them to do, since it was pre-paid. I will say they are restrictive in some of the things they can and cannot do under this deal. Overall, the guys were professional, courteous, on time, and this would be a good deal versus their regular rate or what you would expect to pay for an Electrician's services. I just wish I had more for them to do, to feel I had gotten my money's worth, but this was my fault, not theirs.

The two man crew were punctual, neat and did the job well. The fan and light work perfectly.

Ariel, Marvin and team did a great job upgrading our electrical panel. They had to relocate the panel to another location in the process as per the LADWP, and all work was high quality and passed building code requirements without a hitch. I wouldn't hesitate to use ADI again, or to recommend them to friends. Thanks ADI! :)

The guys were on time, very friendly and professional, explained in detail what would happen and asked for approval before each step. They were very polite. Did a BEAUTIFUL job and left the work area very clean.

I knew what the problem was, but they didn't come with a work truck so they didn't have any parts with them. I needed to have a breaker replaced. First they told me that I needed a whole new breaker box with more amps and it would cost $6800. He told me he couldn't just replace the breaker because it was a whole day job. Then he climbed up into my attic to see where the power from the breaker was coming from. He came down and told me it was a mess up there and that I needed my whole house re-wired. So they left without doing anything. Also, the deal I bought was for 2 hours. They sent 2 guys for 1 hour. The whole deal was a rip off!
