I didn’t like the extended look after fan was installed so the installers actually removed the ceiling fan, and removed extension parts, to make the fan fit flush to the ceiling.

They did a great job and were very friendly. My concern was that they only worked for one hour when the deal was for two. They said that this was because he brought out an extra guy.

Located A.D.I on Angie's list. Called and left a voice mail message. Message returned within 20 minutes. Appointment made within a few days. Ariel was 15 minutes early for appointment. He was very thorough & professional. Work was scheduled & workers were out within the time promised. All work was completed by 3:30p.m.. Workers were extremely efficient and professional. Work areas were cleaned. My husband was extremely surprised of the neatness of the work performed. There were minimum holes in the ceilings for all the electrical wiring necessary to complete the project. We would highly recommend A.D.I. Electrical and will definitely use them in the future.

As usual, all work was exceptionally well done in both bathrooms. I purchased a 2-hour electrical special and the heater installations were completed in a short period of time giving the workers an additional hour to complete any other desired electrical work. The only issue I have with ADI is that even if the workers state that you will receive a bill for any parts purchased from ADI to execute electrical work, that does not happen without you back tracking with the administrative offices. If you don't, you won't get a bill for your records as implied by the workers. For their quality of work, I would still use them again.

Bait and Switch, Could not afford the extra cost. On the website it was advertise as upgrade $1,399 and once he got to the house it was $2,600,. The details was I would have to move the panel to the other side of the house this house is 50-yrs old. The house had over 5-different owners and now the electrical panel needed to moved. Ariel stated that he would have to charge extra for repair work that they tear down.

I liked them. They came out and I was having some problems wit some sockets. They weren't able to reach some of the areas to inspect some of the triggers however, and what they advised me to do was to check out for once I removed the blockages and reach the hard areas. And it helped. Basically everything was fine other than them leaving the balance of the work to me. Later when I reached the plugs I could have inspected them myself. I really liked their service. I didn't spend anything extra and they came out within a reasonable time after I purchased the deal. They weren't late in showing up either.

Went very well. They came in and got right to work. Very happy with work.

Wonderfully. The electrician was really nice AND quick. He also gave me an extra socket without charging me.

They contacted us quickly after we purchased the Big Deal. They did a good job. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They tried to sell us a little more, but everything was fine. I believe there were additional costs associated the Big Deal, but I’m not sure.

Their electrician was knowledgable and explained everything that he felt needed to be addressed. A very positive experience.

The contractor was very nice. It's just when he came out he said that I needed different kind of work done for my outside lighting. When I asked him about the coupon he said to just contact Angie's List and ask for a refund. It just took me a while to go ahead and do this. Thank you.

I had some lights in the house that were flickering. I called ADI because they had previously installed a ceiling fan and I was pleased with their service. He came over and checked the panel and he said the power bars were scored and needed to be replaced. He suggested because the panel was so old it should be replaced. This is when I saw the Angie's List Big Deal for $1399.00 and bought it. I had also called the DWP who showed up the same day and they cleaned the power bars in the panel and changed a circuit breaker. This stopped the flickering. They also said their fix might last only days or 20 years and that a new panel would be a good idea. I had to get a panel spot from the DWP first. The panel spot was made and I had ADI back for an estimate. The panel had to be relocated as well as the power feed into the house. The bill was an additional $3,000. I don't want to spend the money on something that isn't broken at this time.

Workers initially attempted to put in an exhaust fan that did not fit. When they realized mistake, they put back the original. Head guy came out to see what could be done. Returned and installed the correct exhaust fan. Then ADI sent out a plasterer to fix the ceiling. Excellent job. In the end, we are happy with our new exhaust fan. ADI did everything to make us happy with our new exhaust. I would use them again.

I purchased a $375 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked pretty well. The only thing was that it would have been nice to know the size of can light they were installing. They were professional. The worker who came out was very polite, efficient and clean. He also offered suggestions as well and was not pushy as well. He did try to up-sell me on additional lights, but in the end I only ended up getting one additional light so he prorated that additional light into the Big Deal price. Their pricing seemed to be in line with other companies in my area. They were punctual and if they were late they would have called to notify me.

They were fine and the work was perfect. I have no complaints. The only negative thing about them was that they were very busy as we waited for them for four weeks. I have purchased another deal and I am waiting for them to call me.

It turned out OK. The man that came out was friendly. He kind of fixed what the problem was, but he changed something which created another bit of a problem. I would possibly use them again.

Took longer than I expected but the installer did not charge more than the original prepared amount. I'd use them again. Be prepared for a 2week wait for an appointment .

They were fine. They were efficient. They were very good even if I was painting in that room, I have everything all tarp and I say you don't have to worry about drop box and said no we still do it. They were extremely clean and they clean up after themselves when they left. They were very good. They set the appointment, in fact they have to change the plaster or something and they were very accommodating.

ADI installed the bathroom fan. The customer service representative always responded to calls quickly, was very professional, and accommodating. The only glitch was that the service people did not have the right fan - apparently I needed a different fan than what is normally used - and they did not bring this on the van although they carried it in stock. They could have had this on the van. So we needed to schedule another appointment. The next service providers did not know how to respond to the buzzer system to get to my unit.

The lights that were installed would turn off individually. I called another electrician and he showed me how the lights got so hot that it melted the insulation around it. He told me that I could've burned the place down if I didn't address the issue. The lights might have been good quality and appropriate for another situation but they did not take this into consideration. I will no longer use any of these "deals" for anything important.

I purchased $1,399 offer from Angie's list for a 200-Amp Electrical Panel Upgrade. ADI called me and asked that I contact my electric company (Edison) to approve and sticker my electrical panel for the upgrade. Edison informed me that a conduit needed to be run from their electrical drop in the front of my house to the panel to approve the upgrade. This would require, among other things, that they cut my driveway up to drop the conduit 3 feet down. ADI came to the house to assess the cost and quoted me an additional $3,500 to meet the requirements of Edison. This would not cover the cost of the driveway repair or stucco repair to the house. I do not have the ability to fund this job and therefore am requesting a refund to my credit card. Thanks so much! PS..I LOVE Angie's List!!!
