They arrived on time and did the work in about 30 minutes. This was a Angie's list special.

We purchased service through Angie's list, and never received any kind of contact from this provider, despite repeated messages left. After this review was posted, the provider promptly followed up and explained that the service purchased was outside their service area, and apologized for not responding faster.

Tech.got here late, but he did call to tell me he was coming from far and the traffic was bad. Once he got here he seemed just interested in looking at my electrical brake box. He looked at it and said it was very old and needed to be replaced,that the brakes were outdated. I told him I needed the HOA's approval, to send a written estimate and I never got it. I asked him to check an outlet in the bathroom and he did. He was pleasant but I felt I wasted the $49 I paid for the coupon. I don't like to be pressured into doing something without getting information from other sources.

Installers, Henry and Luis showed up on time with materials needed. They worked 4 hours making sure the installation was perfect. They were polite and professional and accommodating when I changed my mind and wanted a light relocated. I will hire ADI again and will refer them to friends and neighbors.

I purchased a 2 man-hours of electrical work for $89 deal. Two guys showed up a few minutes before the appointed time and got right to work. They spent a few minutes figuring out the best way to proceed then covered the entire work area with a plastic drop cloth. They installed two new boxes, attached the fixtures and replaced the switch with a new dimmer. They then thoroghly cleaned up, showed me the lights worked and left in just under the hour; amazing! I had purchased a combination one- or three-way switch. After they left, I noticed the switch was wired incorrectly in that on was down and off was up. The office scheduled a return visit and a different guy showed up for that appointment. Again, he was right on time and went right to work. I had another appointment and left while the work was still being performed. When I returned, the switch had been replaced with one of a different color. I was unhappy because it didn't match the switchplate or decor and called the office to schedule a third visit. On the third visit, Ariel, one of the managers replaced the switch. He explained that the switch I provided was either defective or was ruined during

Johnny and his assistant Mariano of ADI Electrical, 24009 Sylvan St., Woodland Hills, CA. 91367 arrived before the appointed 8am after driving 50 miles in the weekday LA morning traffic! Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable about all our electrical problems and he and Mariano did all the work with a very pleasant manner. See above for details of the work completed. I am so happy to say that my husband and I have now found electricians who we will use again and again!

I told him that our electric rates were high at my home. I had concerns about the main panel and he opened the panel and said everything looked OK. I asked him to check the electrical pull for the circuits and he did that. He did not to an "entire house inspection" as advertised on "the Big Deal". He answered my basic questions and for the amount to money it cost me it was worth it, but I don't feel it was a complete inspection. He suggested that I have my AC inspected which was helpful. He was polite and respectful.

Purchased a Big Deal from ADI Electrical -- installation of a new high-performance bath fan. This could not have gone more smoothly. The new fan works great, and the installers were punctual, neat and pleasant. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely use again.

The 2-hour electrical service turned out to be 1-hour with two workmen--one man doing the job with another assisting. Your ad should read: 1-hour electrical service with one workman and one assistant. I don't think it's such a good deal.

Initially came to repair an outlet and lights in a murphy bed. When Ariel found it was a matter of correctly pressing the reset button and that the lights in the murphy bed were a fire hazard, he did not apply the Big Deal, but let it remain on the books until I had a genuine need for an electrician. Came to install the fan, and returned to check on brackets and smell. Cindy in the office is great! and the technicians couldn't be any more prompt.

They installed the master bath fan, then almost immediately replaced it with one with a light, when I saw the hideous quality of fluorescent light, I complained and they credited me back the additional $99 for the light. On the same day, I asked them to replace the fan in my powder room, which they did. It was neat and tidy, but apparently not connected to ventilation in the master bath, nor up to code. I don’t know yet if the powder room fan is vented or not.

It went terrible and I?d never use them again. They gave me an estimate for some external electrical outlets as well as a new light fixture and timer on my garage light. When they showed up, they didn?t have the equipment needed and gave us a hard time about going to get it. They didn?t turn the circuits back on, didn?t actually install the light fixture (they just put the hole in the wall), and when I tried to work through these issues with the owner, he got really heated with me. Although the external outlets were successfully installed, they left as mess. Bottom line: Steer clear.

The guys were on time. They were able to find the problem and fix what was causing two non working outlets. But it took them longer than I thought it would. We had purchased a discounted hour of service and I thought they'd be able to fix the outlet and install the 2 can lights. But it took them 1 hour for each so we paid the extra to have them install the lights. The guys were professional and cleaned up any mess. The lights are great! My only gripe was about the time...thought it would take less time. But maybe I have unreal expectations. One other thing....I asked for estimate to upgrade the electric in my garage. Never heard back from ADI.

They installed a bathroom light fixture, re-wired an outlet, restored power to my backyard lighting and checked all landscaping lights to ensure proper function. Can't say enough good things about this company.

ADI Electric and the technician, Ariel, are very competent. However, the local building inspector would not approve the panel replacement without significant additional work. I told ADI that I was not willing to perform the additional work at that time, and would build it into a later construction project.

They were great. Came on time, were super friendly and did the job quick!!! I highly recommend!

I found a "Big Deal" with ADI to replace my LOUD, non-functioning bathroom fan with a new quiet one for $179. Staff were right on time, professional and very pleasant. When the fan they were to install was just a little too big for the opening, they gave me a fan which was actually better (and fit) for the same price. They covered everything in the bathroom, and upon completion you couldn't tell they had been there. As an added plus, they swapped out two of my outlets that were bad - for a reasonable amount. I am very pleased with the job and will definitely recommend ADI to relatives and friends.

Team showed up on time as promised, were very friendly and introduced both of themselves by name. Investigated problem, repaired line using new junction box and reran line so that it might prevent reoccurrence of problem in future. Disovered severing of line had blown breaker in main electrical box. Didn't have part to replace it with them but managed to fix it anyhow. Were very cooperatve and responsive as well as working with me to fix problem without additional costs.

They were very professional and answered all of my questions. I would use them again.
