The quality of the lights is very cheep. Since then I replaced all the lights they installed.

It was a waste of money becuse it did not cool the house.

It went well. We had a fan that made a lot of noise. The change really helped.

The service was so-so. I felt for the money we paid we didn't get much done. When they fixed the light they installed it with the switch in the wrong direction. We can use the light but it is in the opposite direction.

Ron was the worker who came to the house to do the work. Young, smart and personable. He did a fine job.

The workers were polite and completed the job. They offered to hang up a metal plaque on the other side of the garage that had our address number, which was very nice and it was without additional cost. They arrived on time and indicated that the job was for one hour with 2 workers. I was concerned that they would not complete the job within the hour and that I might be charged for more than I was quoted by a competitor. So, I really didn’t get the job done for the $99 deal. I paid a check for an additional $176, which defeats the whole purpose of the Angie List offer. ADI quoted an amount that was ten dollars more than one of their competitors. I feel that I made the error in asking ADI for the quote and that I just should have seen if they would have finished the job within the hour for $99. The wiring is a bit loose in the garage but they put a new switch plate in the garage which is nice to have. I would say that they did a good job and I like the light fixtures position; but, I didn’t get a great deal. I paid exactly what the job was worth.

I purchased a Big Deal for installation of an ultra-quiet bathroom fan. I already had a fan installed in the bathroom, but it was not working so I needed it replaced. The first fan they brought was too big and would have required a bigger hole to be cut in my ceiling. I did not want that, so they agreed to return at a later date with a smaller fan that would fit. They had to come back a 2nd time, but did not charge me a second visit fee, which I appreciated. The fan works well and I am very pleased. The 2 men who came were courteous as well as the woman on the phone who I had to talk to to arrange the appointment.

Everything was installed and is functioning well. They did a good job and would use them again.

The company was great. They were very straight forward, informative, and responsive. I could not get this project done because it was more extensive than I initially though but I plan to use this company in the future for other projects.

It went fine. Unfortunately, I did not work with them directly but my husband did. They came out within 30 days after we purchased the coupon. They also recommended some additional work to be done in our electrical panel because the previous owners of our home had left it in an unsafe state. We also hired them to do that work as well. They accepted the coupon and executed it as expected and as it was advertised and we were satisfied. They were friendly and punctual. They did what they said, seemed to be knowledgeable and did their job. I was not the one in the family who checked the prices on that but I am assuming that my husband liked their prices because he went with them, so there was no problem with that.

The incoming power to this home in Malibu is only 30 amps, which is roughly the total draw of a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker and the kitchen lights. We were considering a very minimalist setup on account of this, but since we were building a beach house from new, we wanted elegant and workable results. Thanks to ADI, we got it. By carefully allocating the power we have, we were able to avoid using LED lighting, which is too harsh for me, and now have a lovely home that is very brightly lit and fully functional. I've had ADI return to make additional installations since the initial building project, and as always they are wonderful to deal with. Professional, outstanding work with genuine care and concern. When a question about power usage came up last night, I called ADI at 8:30 pm and spoke to their main advisor. And then he called me back in the morning to make sure everything went as suggested. My favorite companies to deal with are Apple, Tesla and ADI. It's that simple.

Their service was great! They were here on a Sunday. They came on time and cleaned up well. I have no complaints with the service.

Ariel came to my house and looked at the existing electrical box. Left there saying he would follow up with the electric company. I phoned one time about 2 weeks later and was told Ariel had not yet heard from the electric company, but would follow up. Never heard anything else from ADI.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The price was good. I think the quality is going to be okay.

I really liked his service. He was on time, he was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and was able to repair something that three other electricians could not.

They were great! They were polite, clean, and did the work as promised. They came on time and left on time. The price was excellent.

They are very easy to work with. Coordinating the inspection was actually the hardest part of the process, which isn't directly under ADI's control. When the inspection happened, I had already replaced the dry wall. DO NOT DO THAT :-). The drywall would need to be opened up again for the inspection. The setting of the breaker box was recessed too far back into the wall (wasn't flush...the inspectors only critique of the actual work), so that had to be adjusted. ADI was wonderful about the drywall and good enough to replace it for me.

They were on time and ready to work. They made the installation and cleaned up all mess in one trip and in a reasonable length of time.

They removed some lights in the front room and installed electrical outlets. They sent two people and it took about an hour to complete the job. They were very helpful and this was the second time we’ve used them.

They showed up right at the scheduled time. Preformed the installation quickly and exactly as advertised. We have a lot of computer equipment in our house at is our home office. Feeling much more protected than I did.

I received an estimate over the phone. I asked about the required equipment to install pendant lighting. They said there would be no additional equipment. Once they arrived at my home they said it would be an additional $150. It was at that time I decided to seek a refund from Angie’s List. They did show up on time and were courteous.
