I had to go through refunding process, contacting customer services, and also got 2 reviews that I had to write for no work done... It's really a waste of my time...

When the representative came he was very nice and provided an estimate to rewire my house. I wanted a second estimate and decided to go with the second proposal from another highly rated Angie's List provider.

They did a good job. Scheduling was fine. They were here on-time and cleaned up well after themselves.

It went well. The technician that came out was very polite, punctual and completed the tasks I had set out for him quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

Ariel and another electrician came out to look at two exterior outlets in my house that weren't working. For one of the outlets (outside shed) they quickly discovered it was due to the previous home owners mickey mousing of wires under the house. Ariel told me that it wasn't worth the cost of having the rewired correctly for the amount of use it got. I could just use and extension cord. I appreciated his honesty! And the other they figured out it was a loose neutral wire and it was fixed in 10 minutes! The service was fast, reliable and the guys were on time and friendly! I will definitely use ADI for any future electrical needs.

Henry and Luis were the 2 assigned to my job. They showed up on time and fixed it all inside of the one hour deal I had signed up for on angies list. They were total professionals in every sense. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Awesome. On time, efficient, professional and did more work than I had expected for the coupon deal. Would definitely use these guys again!!!!

I don't remember when they came or the cost of service. I had a coupon. I had to pay for parts. We had them out twice. They are amazing. They seem very honest and I felt comfortable. They did the work well.

It was good. We've used them twice, the first time they were excellent and the second time they were sort of okay to good. They were very friendly, they were there on time, they did their work and they were nice.

That we're great. We could not replace the halogen lights without professional help.

These guys are great. Showed up right on time and I went over the scope of work with them. They swapped out 10 of my original 2 prong outlets with GFCI outlets and standard 3 prong outlets. They worked quickly and were conscientious of cleaning up any mess that they made. Luckily my outlet boxes and conduit were metal and so they were able to ground the outlets. I can now use my surge protectors properly! They pointed out the (not so great) condition of my wiring and I will definitely have someone come back to give me an estimate to upgrade. Will hire again for future jobs. Thank-you!

The company did call immediately when I first purchased this coupon but I was unable to setup an appointment date at the time due to a death in the family and I had to go out of the country to attend the funeral. However, after returning back from my trip, I called and left several messages and my calls were never returned.

They were very pleasant to deal with, and i would definitely deal w them in the future, but ultimately provided no work...

It went pretty smoothly. I don’t remember what the big deal was for, I just remember that he could only apply the amount for whatever I needed done and he applied the big deal for an electrical panel upgrade. He had his guy and they were here almost right away, they were on time and it took about two weeks to get it done because of permits and inspections. So it was a three-day process for the installation and then the approval from the city. There was also an issue that came up and he resolved it really well. I will use him again and I would highly recommend him specifically because he was so good but I don’t remember his name. He applied the big deal towards the final bill and charged me for the rest of it. I don’t have any price comparison because I have never had to replace an electrical panel before.

Due to the layout of my panels, the contractor could have installed it where the surge suppressor was very visible, but they went beyond their call of duty to cut the wall per my specifications and installed inside my wall so I could stucco and paint it later. Very, very pleased with their work and professionalism!!

Ridiculous amount of phone tag. These people are way too self important.

The fan is excellent and still works perfectly.

When I was contacted by the provider, I explained I wanted two switches installed and a new thermostat installed. I was told on the phone that this was no problem and would be done. When the technician arrived he advised they only do "electrical" and not heating work. I was a bit disappointed in the wrong information being given, but the technician was apologetic and said he would discuss with the office staff. The two switches were installed quickly - no problems there. Since they finished so quickly, I asked them to look at our electrical box since it is old and maxed out. They recommended we upgrade the box and gave me a quote. The technicians sent were very nice and the work done was good. I would use this company again.

It worked out great. They did good work. They came out when they said they would. They were timely. There was no problem at all, it was a pleasure working with them. I think the pricing was fair.

It was pretty good overall. Obviously, they would like to do the work that they inspect for. To be honest, I haven't shopped around, but the quotes were not cheap probably just normal market value. I gave only a B for quality based on the inspection quality. I did not hire for work, so I don't know but would assume it would be good. The inspection quality didn't get an A based on the limited attention to detail, explanations, and interest in checking everyting thoroughly based on my comments. He was fine, but I would like a little more proactive approach in the home's electrical safety and needs. The date is an estimate, I don't remember exactly when, but it was sometime in the past couple of months. I'm only posting now since I got an e-mail from Angie's List requesting I do so.

I requested one of three dates/times within the next 10 days. The provider responded that none were available, and "we are scheduling a bit ways out due to the overwhelming purchases of the Angie's BIG DEALS". "A bit ways out" does not work for me.

I purchased this package for ADI electrical last month and I have yet to hear from the company to schedule service. Those are the details !

The 2 technicians evaluated that the bulbs were too hot and burnt out the old wiring and that it was unsafe. Urged me to look at the age of the wiring in the home and consider replacing it because it's aged and the cloth covering is distintegrating. They showed me where the cloth is falling apart and become brittle with age. They also looked at an exterior outlet. They were very helpful, honest, and thought they gave me an honest opinion of my light fixture and called to attention a potentially hazardous situation regarding the aging wiring. Afterwards their supervisor or estimator came out to give me an estimate for rewiring the bathroom and a ball park for the house. Although he said he would send me an estimate, I never got it by email. Because I never got the estimate, I'm not really able to say how they are at really "fixing" wiring or remedying a problem. Mine was more like an evaluation of the situation.
