They seemed at first, to be efficient and professional. I later found that they were just intent on finishing quickly and leaving. They left my residence without identifying many of the circuits and they would not have told me this if I had not asked them as they were leaving. I asked them to finish the job and they gave me an answer that was unsatisfactory and told me that they simply did not want to expend the time required to do a proper labeling. Since they had been paid in Advance I could not with hold payment as leverage to get the job done. Unfortunately I was set to take a month and a half long trip immediately after this service and upon returning I did not remember to call with a complaint.

Very well. They showed up on time and did a great job.

It went very well, two electricians show up to perform the tasks.

I was told by ADI that my work would be between 10am-12noon. I had misunderstood that to mean they would arrive at 10am and be finished by noon. When Alvaro and Bryan arrived just before 11am, they explained that that was a window of arrival. They were both clean, professional, respectful, and checked in with me at every step. They put down plastic to protect my flooring and furniture and worked quickly and expertly on the task. I needed to pay an additional amount to upgrade a switch, but they explained why and told me the cost up front. Working together I was impressed that the entire job of installing 4 new recessed lights and a dimmer switch took a little over an hour. They left the room spotless and now it is well-lit.

Excellent. They were very professional and did a great job.

After they explained to me the pros and cons of installing the recessed lights, I decided the damage to install the lights would be too extensive, so I cancelled the service. The employees were prompt, courteous, and explained to me everything. The company gave me a full refund.

The guys arrived promptly they were courteous, helpful and quick. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Good but doesn't turn on or off easily

ADI's technicians discovered that the circuit feeding the outlet was still working (despite the outlet itself not functioning). They were able to take apart the existing outlet and the very strange extension on it quickly, replacing it with a properly mounted,covered exterior outlet which they had on their truck. So from diagnosis to completion, the whole job took less than an hour. The outlet now provides power for a really nice decorative fountain.

They did a good job. There was an attempt to up sell for an extra cost. However, everything else went well.

He's pretty good. The guy is very good, the price is right. I'm happy with him. They came on time, actually they were a little early. He's a professional and explained everything to me and how to prevent it. They are responsive, after calling him, he called back very quick. I will use him again and refer him to my friends.

They were on time. the two were very professional, and they actually looked the wiring, and were very friendly and informative per their recommendation the wires were so old. They were excellent.

They discovered that the change-out would not only be pointless because the wiring was so old it would not ground the outlets, and they were concerned that just handling the old wires could damage them and therefore possibly create a fire hazard - so we decided that the work should not be completed. I received a refund

They gave what they said what they were gonna do but they did not do it very well. I had to hire somebody to do it again.

The workers showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. The whole job took under an hour.

I think it was a special for $99. They did excellent. I will definitely use them again. It was a good experience. It was just one guy I think. It took them probably less than two hours. I had mainly shown them what I needed. They didn't try to check on anything.Sometimes you say you need this to do this, and they say you need to do the whole house and that's not why I called, I mean please don't. They showed me how to do the GFI receptacle. You couldn't tell they were there. I think they put a new plate on the wall. They swept up, they had to do a little bit of drilling. They cleaned up very well, I didn't have to do anything. The installation went real well. I had the installation done before awhile back. It didn't go anywhere, and he said that was a different type of receptacle. I met him at the door. He had the uniform on. He showed me his thing with his name. He told me his name to make sure he was the same person I talked to on the phone. The fact that he was who he said he was. I checked the logo on his shirt. You know you get a lot of busters these days.

Cindy the customer service representative who assisted me was friendly, clarified issues regarding my purchase, and communicated clearly the materials I needed for the installation to be successful. As well, the two ADI Electrical technicians were on time, communicated the installation process clearly, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner.

It was a great deal. So happy with the work! So happy with with the guys that did installation! I will contact them again when I need electric work done..
