ADI Electrical

It was good. It was great, they came on time, they wore ID, they were pleasant and they did the work quickly. They are not from around here, some of the deals are not close so they came because I bought the deal thing but they were not necessarily happy about coming so far, but they did and they were good but I don’t they would actually come back if I wanted them to. It’s a little bit far for them.

I purchased 2 Angie Lists special and am very happy with results. The techs arrived on time and installed the units in no time. As an extra they checked out my electrical panel and installed a closet light which I already had. Great Service!!

Not so well. The problem was not solved, but there was a lot if head scratching.

Technician did not provide a detailed estimate as promised.

I had an okay experience with ADI Electrical. They left holes in the wall, but I patched them up. They did the job.

They didn’t get my TV back on. They had a license. They had that special going for $49 and something. So I called them. They were nice enough and they sent the owner and stuff, but the guy that did the work was horrible. He refused to change three plugs saying that they were old. He broke things. He wouldn’t fix my television. He said they were not TV repair men. I just really did not have a good experience with them. The guy that they sent broke my humidifier, and then after they left, I noticed that he had broken one of my lamps. They did offer to pay for the humidifier but I just let that go, and then I found the lamp broken. I am going to go back after them. I told them at the time, that I would have to report this to Angie’s List and they said that they would just waive the cost, and they did offer to pay for the humidifier. I am going to call them to tell about that other broken thing but I don’t expect that they will pay for it.

These guys were great. Did a beautiful job installing our ceiling fan. Very polite and quick. I would use them again.

They have been flexible with the scheduling as I have been in the hospital. They were very competent when they came to give the estimate. They gave me a good idea of what the service was. I called them to let them know after this that I was in the hospital. They were very professional and courteous. The lady on the phone has been very flexible with the scheduling and the guy that came was to the point and direct and I feel confident in hiring them. The kitchen is a little bit bigger than the coupon was for.

They provider visited and outlined the extra effort it would require to upgrade our electrical system during our addition. They were very courteous. We have decided to postpone the project for a while.

It went well. My only complain was that I had to take time off work to open my house and I had scheduled them to arrive at 11:30am but I got a call from them at 10:45am that they were already at my home. This was an inconvenience. The time it took to install the fan was great. Under 45mins. Everything was cleaned as before. What I didn't like was the workers were trying to sell me installing recessing lighting in my living room right then and there. I asked I would like for them to come back and install that because I needed to go back to work but they said it would cost me more because they would have to drive and come back. Lame.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great and excellent. I didn't pay any additional. They came in, did their job and left. I was quoted that job twice as much with someone else. They left the house very clean, which was great because I'm a freak.

It turned out very well. They will be coming back to do some more work. It was an additional $100 to put in a light. They will be giving me an estimate for the wiring problem. They took care of everything. The pricing was good because of the big deal and they extended that out. for the extra time. I have no complaints. I will continue to use them.

They did a great job. They were here on time, worked very clean, inspect before they left, and I'm very happy with the service. The price was very fair.

I had them come out to look at my wiring because my microwave was acting up, but they ended up telling me that I needed $6000 worth of electrical work done. I’ve since been able to find estimates for about half that, so I’ve not moved forward. They were helpful in identifying that the wiring in the front of my house is substantially older than that in the back.

It worked out fine with ADI Electrical. It was a pretty big job and they did a really good job. We had some custom cabinet built and they kind of interfered with some of the outlets so I had them come back in and move those outlets around. The pricing was good granted it was off the big deal. It was a really good big deal. The job we just had them come in was a smaller job but the price was right. They did an excellent job. They always gave me the callback and what have you. They came on time, gave me a window and came during that window. All the guys did an excellent job. If there was something that they couldn't do they let me know and if there is something that they could do that was a little bit extra they'd do it.

We had a great experience. Cindy responded rapidly to our service request and kept us up-to-date and worked us in earlier than initially requested. I thought that we might have some additional expenses, as I also asked them install a thermostat which was beyond the original scope of the work. Nope! Everything was included. Punctual. I have found by new electrical contractor. Great work, guys. Ron

I picked up a ceiling fan from Home Depot and purchased a Big Deal from ADI electrical for a ceiling fan install. In my master bedroom, the install location, mounting box and electrical wiring was already present - ADI had inspected it during a previous service call for an unrelated job. The first time, ADI got everything hooked up and the fan would run on low, but had a crazy grinding noise on high. They took it town and packed it back up. When I got home I returned and exchanged the unit for the same model at Home Depot and scheduled another call with ADI. This time it went up with no issues. ADI was quick, responsive and didn't charge me at all for the second call to get the fan installed properly.

I didn't realize I would have to wait until April 1st for someone to come out. Tenants are in the apartment and wanted the lights back asap and I found someone else to do it. However, the woman from ADI that I spoke with was very helpful.

They were booked months out, but came as scheduled and did a great job.

It was fine. They were punctual and knowledgeable about what they are doing.

When the expiration date was near, I tried to call ADI and request an extension, but was unable to reach them. I called (866) 561-7545 and (818) 554-5730. One number was disconnected and I left a message on the answering machine at the other number, but no one ever called me back.

After numerous calls and emails, he finally asked me to send photos of the fixtures. I sent the photos and he never responded. I had the work done by someone else. I am uncertain of the dates, so I just gave me best guess.

I was very pleased with the company and the technician was great. My problem with my landscape lights was a simple fix and really just needed to be reset. I didn't realize I had the capability to set them on a photo cell and he showed me that. My lights are now on and to me that is worth the $55.00 I paid. I was worried they would try to sell me other services I didn't need but all of my questions were answered and no pressure.

2 men showed up. they were very punctual, very nice and very fast. I was hoping to have the light switches changed within the time allotted but they were so fast that I had them replace 2 receptacles as well.

great job, on time, professional with a great price. Change three lights, front porch, back porch and security light with motion sensor.
