Scheduled to have my chandelier installed and landscape lights installed. They told me the first appt they had was over 3 weeks later. I wanted earlier becasue I was concerned that date was too close to a party I was having. Long story short, they showed up saying they were just there to check out the job and schedule another date for service. I specifically told them what I needed during the initial scheduling. To appease me, the guy told me he would have them install the chandelier the next day. I told him I had afternoon meetings. He told me it would be between 11am and 1pm. The next day, their people dont show up. They call at 130 saying they would be there in 30 minutes... well, I had afternoon meetings. I needed to leave. They left me in a jam and I want my money back, for the service call and landscaping lights.

I called & left a message for them to call me to have them come to our Culver City house to do various electrical repairs. No one called so I had to call back. Couldn't get them to come out when I needed them, so we found someone else.

He showed up on time and was very concise about what he was doing. He was very professional and polite. He was also very willing to give recommendations about our landscape lighting which we appreciated.

They were professional, I was a little disappointed that the deal wasn't really clear on how exactly that they planned on doing the job.

They did the installation and they followed up on the service after that. We had an issue around the holiday season with lighting as we have two outlets and we could not use both as we kept blowing them when we tried. We have followed up with them on this yet.

They were horrible. When I first talked to them I asked them if they come as far as I am. I am 2 hours away from them. They called the next day they called, and asked what I wanted done. I told them that I wanted 2 hours of electrical work, and it was pretty easy stuff, I just wanted an outlet put in. All of a sudden I was not in their area. As soon as they found out they couldn't make more than $99, the deal was off. I had made it crystal clear what I wanted, and how far I was, and they said yes the whole day long, but they were lying. They are not to be trusted.

They were on time, they were efficient, and they did a good job, and they charged me a good price. The interaction with the provider was good.

I called the company on the last day of the whole house rewiring deal. The ad said they would do my whole house for 5000.00. i called because the information about the deal was too vague to fork over 5000 bucks. I told them over the phone that I wanted the deal but it was the last day and I wasn't going to pay until they came out and told me exactly what i would get. The person (Ari, i think)assured me that if the deal expired they would give me the deal price. When he came out he determined that I needed my kitchen done instead of the "whole" house and that alone would cost 4700.00. They never told me what the whole house thing would actually cover. i remember Ari telling me the cost for the whole thing would be over 10,000.00 I wanted a new panel and he said that would be another 2000.00. The two guys told me they would have to rip up my ceilings and walls and would have to hire someone else to fix the damage at my own cost. I told them I wanted some ceiling lights and outlets Instead of a deal every little thing was going to cost me. they told me the would have to make holes in my seamless stone back-splash. He then tried to stand really close to me and get me to sit next to him on the love seat. I am a single overweight woman. I believe he wanted to manipulate me by feigning some type of interest in me. He and is partner tried to convince me to give them a check for 420.00. They said they would hold the check until I told them to go ahead with the deal. They told me they needed to get an inspection by edison and implied that it cost 420.00. It took about 40 minutes to get them to leave. Before they left they gave me an estimate. The estimate was not itemized it just said 4700.00. I think that is illegal. He called me later that week and I asked for an itemized estimate which he emailed me. According to some other members these guys are great. I don't care what other people say. It may be that some people get one type of treatment and other people get treated differently. I would never use this company for anything. I am lucky that I wasn't as gullible and desperate for companionship as it seems to me they thought i was. in my opinion I barely escaped getting taken for 5000.00 plus the cost of repairs plus the emotional cost of having my house torn up indefinitely. PS i still have both estimates.

They were on time, did excellent job, sussed out additional legitimate concerns for additional work - but didn't try to "sell" me. Did the work they were asked to do in the time frame and I couldn't be happier.

They were okay, the work was fine. They fulfilled everything they said they would. The charged us a little bit for the fire furnace they repaired. We had a little trouble getting a hold of them.

Not an easy job and it took all day. ADI did a terrific job. I recommend them highly.

Before we decided on the package, Ron came out and assessed our room. He gave us options as well as pricing on some alternatives as well. However, he was never pushy or trying to upsell us just to increase the price. After we got all of the info, we scheduled an appointment and they came out within days to do the work. Aside from a very small scheduling glitch where we had to move the work back a day, all went smoothly. Even with the scheduling problem, Cindy was upfront, polite and honest and she quickly found an alternate day. The install took just a few hours at most and the guys were clean and careful. They made sure to cover the floor and any furniture. They didn't leave any holes in the ceiling or walls and the lights look great. Would use them again!

They were prompt, very nice and did the job with professionalism, and fast.

Contractor came on time. Once I identified the outlets to be replaced, they quickly replaced them. The job was done in 30 minutes; they cleaned all debris after them.

We initially thought the deal was for a replacement for our current breaker which was only 100 amp for a 2500+ sq. ft house. The team came out and was able to give us a quick quote and after shopping around a little bit, we realized that they are more pricey, but the service is top notch. There were a few minor issues when it came to inspection but the ADI team was there the next day to repair and we quickly got the work approved. I definitely recommend them, and we just used them again to replace all the cans in our house with new LED lights. They look great and will save us a ton of money on our electric bill.

Cindy, the Operations Manager, was friendly and professional about scheduling service that I purchased through a Big Deal. Luis and Henry showed up on time and split their energy between the two items I wanted them to fix: an indoor outlet and a light switch for an outdoor light just outside the garage. Luis explained that I would need a new light fixture for outside as well as a new light switch; he recommended I purchase those items at Home Depot and call them back out to fix it since they don't carry light fixtures with them. Henry fixed the living room outlet wiring and it now works like a charm. I will call this team back soon to complete installation of the new outdoor light, plus we have many work outlets that they can replace while they're here. Guys were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My experience was very positive.

I would definitely recommend ADI Electrical to my friends.

1. They hung the hanging light very quickly and efficiently. 2. They connected the three-way switch connected to the hanging light. They had trouble getting the switch cover off and it broke. When trying to get it off they chipped away some of the surrounding wall. There is a gouge next to the light switch that is visible even with the light switch cover on. They said the previous electrician had screwed the cover on too tight. 3. Another wall switch which was not a three-way switch was installed upside down so that down was on and up was off. My husband later reversed it so that up was on and down was off. 4. They tried to replace a sensor light but the new switch was defective so they rewired the old switch back on. Obviously not their fault. With two people working the two man hours was really one hour and went very quickly. They worked at a good pace. The main electrician seemed to be very knowledgeable and the other seemed to be more of a helper.

They were polite and professional

Arrived in the later part of the 2 hour window because they had additional work on their previous job. The office called me to let me know as soon as they knew. Everything went fine and they finished up with everything within the hour.

He came out and just did a talking session. Seemed like he was trying to get a re-wire job. I was not happy.

If you want honesty and fair prices, AVOID THIS COMPANY! The guy quoted me $1200 to replace ONE PLUG. This was almost double what their "regular" price is on Angie's List for the same service from the same company! I went somewhere else and had an entire panel replaced for less than the cost of this company's quote to replace one plug!!! I also paid the guy $30 for supplies that he used (it was less than $5 worth of supplies - a small amount of wire and a $2 electrical box). I asked him for a receipt and he promised I would receive a receipt - I am still waiting two months later! He did put a grounding wire to one outlet for the $55 special I purchased; his work was okay but I'm sure could not trust him after his ridiculous quote.

It was quite traumatizing. The deal itself was great to not have to pay $300 for an electrical inspection; in that respect it was awesome. He discovered an issue. He did his job but I was not happy about the result but he did what he was supposed to.

They said it would be an additional $85 for the electrical. I like them, but do not want to pay the extra fee.
