ADI Electrical

I purchased the deal, and when I spoke with them on the phone and described the project, they said that it sounded like it would be ok, but when they came out to the house, they said that they would have to have someone else come to do the work and that it would cost an unknown amount of more money.

Very quick to schedule an appointment. Two workers arrived right on time, and quickly removed the old fan, cut a larger hole in the ceiling for the new fan, and installed it. Cleaned up everything quickly, and took all trash and the old fan with them!

It was very unsatisfying. I do not know if my expectations were high or not. The ADI representative was personable, but I expected something to be fixed when he left and all I had was an estimate.

On 11/18/13, ADI Electrical visited our house to give us a quote to replace two electrical boxes (indoor & outdoor). Their representative was punctual, gave a great presentation, was very professional and his estimate was competitive.

Couldn't have been better. Originally scheduled an appointment three weeks out, as they were booked solid, but Cindy called me a week early and said they had an opening for the next day. Guys came over, had the outlet installed super-quick. They took a look at the garage motion light and told me the motion sensor was bad, so I'll have to make another appointment to have that replaced. Third or fourth time I've used ADI and they've been great every time.

Very good. They did good work and they were very reasonably priced. Their quotes tend to be higher than market quotes.

It turned out good. They were pretty upfront about the work that they were going to do and any additional cost that maybe included. They did the work pretty cleanly and pretty accurately. We originally booked the appointment for 31st and then they didn't show up. We then did it two weeks later like the beginning of November. The total cost was like $1800.

It worked out just fine. The fans are working fine and I actually bought two of them. The installation was done professionally and on time.

It went well. They were good. They were also on time and professional.

ADI provided excellent service and professionalism. We are extremely pleased with both the customer service (thank you Cindy!!) as well as the workmanship involved in our ceiling fan installation.

The electricians that showed up were professional and on time. They were able to fix most of the issues that I had although some parts they didn't have and therefore weren't able to fix. It would've required scheduling another visit and that was a bit of a disappointment. all said, I've contacted them about another issue and their staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

It was great they explained what needed to be done and and got the job done. The price wasn't too bad and they cleaned up for themselves.

The work they did was good, we thought the price was a little high.

I replied to his email and left 2 voicemails saying I'd love to talk about the estimate and that I had some questions. I never got a response to either. Crazy thing was the estimate was fair and we were going to use ADI, guess they don't want our business! Very bizarre.

I was very happy with ADI Electric; I will certainly hire them again. I purchased a promotional package of 2 hours of service for $99.00; the company sent 2 technicians for one hour, which was definitely more useful than one for 2 hours. Scheduling was easy, although I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment as the special deal was very popular; none of the jobs I wanted to have done were emergencies, so that was no problem for me. A couple of hours before the appointment time, I got a call letting me know that the technicians were running ahead of time, and asking if they could arrive early. I think that's the first time I've ever been in that situation. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, quick and clean, and their work was excellent. When one of the installations I wanted to have done turned out to be not suited to the place I had chosen, they were very good at explaining why it couldn't happen there, and helped me find a better location. I was very pleased with all their work, and will definitely call them again.

Crew was professional and cleaned everything up when they left. Services were done quickly and explained throughly.

While there, they also checked the electrical outlets in my kitchen and bathrooms. They were so helpful I asked them to upgrade all the outlets as well. They managed to finish the work under the two-hours, with the only additional charge being the hardware (AC outlets). They were on time, professional, I would use them again.

They came out, on time, and I told them about the electrical problem I was having. They couldn't fix it, so they left. No work was performed. Nice company and I was glad they were at least honest that they couldn't fix it. No charge for the visit.

They were awesome. That things awesome. It works really well.

This is the second time I have used their services through a Big Deal. There were no troubles with scheduling and there were no additional costs. They arrived a little early which was fine. They were very quick, and finished the job in about an hour. They did a great job and even cleaned up well.

Placed order 3/8/14. Patiently waited with no response, so called ADI on 3/25/14. On 4/1/14, the electrician also explained that the offer was for replacement of an existing ceiling fan. And that since this is the downstairs bathroom needing a fan, it would have to be a wall-mounted fan below the existing electrical switch, and that the cost would be $179.00 (Angie's List Big Deal) plus $420.00 -- a total of $599.00. Overall ADI was professional, but pricey. The lack of response to my request of 3/8/14 was blamed on lack of communication by Angie's List to ADI.

It went well. The workers were actually a bit early. They were able to knock out the jobs quickly.

They were prompt and professional.
