ADI has great customer service. For starters, I scheduled my appointment with Cindy who was most helpful and worked with me to get the best deal for the work I needed to get done. On the day of my appointment, Luis and Henry arrived in a timely manner, were prepared with booties when I requested no shoes in my home, and were, quick, tidy, and thorough with their work. Once completed they walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!

I purchased 2 big deals, one for installation of a ceiling fan and one for 2 hours of electrical labor, one hour two guys. Everything went very smoothly. I had a list of everything I wanted addressed. I had pre-purchased some parts myself prior to their arrival as I was informed that it would be less costly then purchasing from them. Don't hesitate to use this company. I will definitely use them again. The Big Deals seem to be an excellent value too.

They did a great job. They came out and we discussed what lighting we wanted to use. They installed the transformer and installed my outdoor lighting and did a wonderful job. They finished on time and were very professional.

They were pleasant, prompt, efficient, performed high quality work and left the area clean. We would happily hire them again next time we need electrical work done on our house.

Henry and Luis arrived exactly on time if not a few minutes early and introduced themselves. I showed them to the room where the three fans would be installed and stayed around to answer any questions they had about the physical and electrical setup. They got right to work. One of the fans I had assembled needed to be partially taken apart again in order for them to properly install it. It wasn't strictly within the scope of what they were there to do, but they did it anyway without hesitation. They worked quickly and thoroughly and were totally professional and efficient. Will we have them back? You bet.

It was a very positive experience. Ariel from ADI Electrical came out to my house to inspect my electrical panel and provided his honest opinion that it did not need to be upgraded. It is nice to deal with honest companies and it left me with a positive impression about the company. I will be using ADI Electrical for any and all of my electrical needs.

My only concern was that the holes for the wall plugs were too large, leaving a hole at the top of both plugs I was able to cover them with larger plates.

They did pretty well. There was only one minor problem. The walls weren’t built very well so when they put the screws in some plaster got onto the floor.

Our initial meeting with Ron from ADI went very smoothly. My wife and I were impressed with his knowledge of available options for us, and his pricing was also totally great. He was courteous and informative, open and friendly, and gave us a very good feeling about letting his company do the work on our unit. After getting an invoice to us we agreed to schedule the bath fan installation for the last week of April. After setting up the time and date of the appointment, we had to move it around a bit, and ADI was helpful to accommodate us. Victor from ADI showed up on time and also with a much appreciated friendly, and positive attitude. I showed him where in the unit we had a need for the work and immediately he told me that it looked like there would be no problem to install it. He asked if we had roof access and located that as well. Victor was instrumental in working out the details of the fan install. He asked for my preference of placement on the ceiling and whether or not I wanted a single switch to control the light and the fan together, or if I would rather the fan have it's own separate switch. I chose the latter. He got started and moved rather quickly through the process. He was very clean in his working style. He used plastic to cover all the fixtures underneath his work area and afterwards he swept up what little amount of dust and debris that fell onto the floor from having to cut the ceiling drywall. During the install he only needed my help once to pull out the exhaust tube to its proper length, which I did not mind in the least. When Victor was done, he showed me his work and the fan looked great. It was perfectly positioned between the bathroom shower and the ceiling light fixture. I turned it on and it really seemed to have a good suction. The sound of the fan is very quiet, in fact so quiet that one might forget to turn it off. Overall, ADI electrical has proven to be an A++ provider, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking top quality electrical fixture installation and service. Thank you Ron and Victor!

I purchased the angie's list coupon and ADI wasn't able to reach me by phone so they emailed me. I called them back and described the work to be done along with sending a picture of the type of cable i needed. They validated and indicated they didn't do that type of work. I'm a little dissappointed since i don't need the electrical cable (regardless of voltage) terminated. I just need the cable run from the attic to the downstairs in conduit and to code with excess cable at both ends for my heating and air conditioning company to terminate.

ADI was very prompt responding and professional when I purchased the Big Deal, but I decided I did not require the service any longer, and they concurred with the refund.

ADI Electrical was okay and they did the job. They were normal workers. They were polite and friendly. The price is reasonable. They came when they supposed to come.

The original job went smoothly and I was happy with the lighting, though it seemed a bit pricey. Once the workman left I realized that he had cut the power off to my pool step lighting. It took several phone calls over several days to get someone back to fix it. In the end it all worked out, but the last part was an inconvenience for me. I would recommend them though because it all worked out fine.

This was my second time using ADI Electrical. I bought an Angie's List special deal for ceiling fan installation for $69, which is a very reasonable price. Obviously, the customer provides their own fan for this work. Scheduling with their office manager Cindy was easy. I was given a two-hour window when they would arrive and do the work, and they showed up right on time at the beginning of that time. It was a two-man team, and they moved in quickly, completing the work in about half an hour. They even laid down plastic on the floor to protect the wood from getting dusty or scratched. They were polite, clean, and fast. The fan works great. What more could I ask for?

Ad price did not include ground rod & roof pipe for an add'l $120o, making the deal $2800.

great, for the most part. the estimator was on the money with costs. the coupon worked. the installers were friendly, and they seemed thorough. overall, everything was as expected.

I bought an Angie's List big deal for 4 LEDs installed and had a great experience with ADI. The guys really took their time and did a great job. My walls & ceiling are all plaster, so cracking can be an issue, but they managed to install all four lights perfectly without damaging the ceiling. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and did it well WITHOUT trying to up-sell me on other services or products, unlike other big deal providers I've dealt with. Will definitely use again.
