It was fine. They showed up on time and did the work. I have no complaints. They didn't up-sell. There was an issue with one of the lights that was flickering-it was the whole fixture and they came right out. I appreciated their responsive.

When contacting Ron, we just could not get the appointment scheduled in the time I needed it. I will definitely want to use him in the future.

It was okay. The guys were very respectful but i was not overwhelmed by their efforts. The service was to label my circuit breakers but they did only half of them. I felt like they wanted to sell me more stuff. I had them for a special but they tried to sell me something else.

Overall the services went well. We had to reschedule appointments many times because they kept overbooking themselves. Once they finally came out, they did arrive on time.

Setting up the appointment went fine, they were on time, very professional... just that after they inspected my attic, they determined there was not enough clearance under the existing window/vent and not another suitable place to install the fan, so they weren't able to do the installation.

I spoke with Cindy to reschedule from the original requested date of 5/16 as technicians were not available at that time. The next available appointment was for the middle of June. Since the electrical issues are very pressing with the kitchen outlet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher not working as well as the bathroom lights, I informed Cindy that I'll need to look for another service provider. She was very courteous in our conversation throughout the scheduling process.

They technicians arrived early having called to make sure that was ok in advance. They were polite, professional and experienced. They performed the job quickly and efficiently. An excellent experience!

Very fast, friendly, helpful people -- and I would use them again. My only complaint is that they did not patch up the holes they made for the new outlets, and I had to hire a handyman to do it. Don't know if this is standard protocol with all electricians, but I believe in cleaning up after yourself, and in leaving things looking better than before -- not worse.

I felt as if I was up-sold on them because the technician said 4 wouldn’t be enough. I ended up paying an extra $200 for the extra lighting.

It was fine. I thought it was strange that they didn't have outlet supplies with them, I actually went to store to purchase the supplies. I guess in future I could do this job myself.

Ariel made sure that we understood the extent of the work to be performed in our '30's plaster house by having us see a neighbor's house with work in progress. We did not live in the house at the time the original major work was done, but Marvin and his crew were here every day to make sure we were not delayed with getting into our home. This kind of work makes a huge mess, but they were as tidy as possible, cleaning up at the end of each day. After we moved in, and as our remodel progressed, Ariel was very easy to contact and responded to all of our needs and concerns right away. He made sure that Marvin came for all the work, since he was the team leader for our job and understood our project as we moved from room to room. Our latest job, the sub panel installation, was done very quickly so that we did not hold up our pool installer. Marvin was here for each inspection, to answer any questions. When the inspector could see the quality of the work, he was quick to give approval.

We had ADI do a 100 amp to 200 amp power panel upgrade and add new outdoor electrical outlets from the house to the yard. They generally did an okay job up front to communicate, but when the workers arrived, the communication fell apart. They started hacking away at our lawn with a pick ax, instead of neatly digging a trench for the conduits. They worked very late, and we asked they come back the next morning so they could (and we could) see what they had done. They left a mess, wire fragments everywhere, a mess of a yard, and labels written in illegible sharpie marker on our panel. Some outlets didn't work and it took several tries to make things right. Even then, our panel is labeled incorrectly. I will probably search elsewhere for future work.
