They were quick to reply and were professional, but they informed me they don't service Orange County, so I have canceled the deal.

I called the provider and was told I was out of the range I was too far from the office.

They did a great job. Hardly knew they were there. Everything beens working great ever since. Very professional company.

Promptly arrived, got right to work. In 3 hours total, completed both fans, showed me how they functioned and without any problems. Great guys who installed and absolutely no fuss or mess. Beautiful job.

We decided not to install the fan. ADI assured us our money would be refunded, since the work was not performed. However, no refund was forthcoming. Needless to say, we are disappointed.

Ron came out on 5/15/2014 to check out all the items i wanted done: Three ceiling fans installed, Front yard motion light and light installed in a section of the back yard. I still have not received an estimate as promised and no one has contacted me since May 5th. Apparently they are very busy or have too much money and do not need the work. I have not tried calling them back. The $100.00 check I made out to Angie's list for "ADI Electric" to come do work for me will be lost i figure. Very disappointed with ADI ELECTRIC! But Angie's list is great !

Extremely well, everything went very smoothly and the work was excellent.

They were great, from beginning to end. I first hired them because I was having a problem with a single circuit in my office. They came out and showed me a circuit had burned out in the panel and gave me two estimates - one that would be the most cost-effective (replacing just one circuit) and one (a full replacement of the panel) that the DWP might require. We ended up needing to do the more expensive fix. The DWP took forever to sign off on the project, but Ariel did more than I've ever seen a contractor do to make it happen. He'd call them, he'd conference me in when he needed my authorization, he'd call them again. They're notoriously unresponsive, but Ariel never let up on them. Eventually, the DWP signed off and Adi had a crew out that day and got the job done right away. Haven't had a problem since. It's been great. Thanks, Adi! And thanks, Angie's List!

It went very well. I purchased 1 hr of service and that's what I received. I would definitely hire them again if I have another issue.

The guys showed up and asked what I needed done. They then proceeded to install two outdoor lights, an exterior GFI outlet + cover, change out an old plug and fix a two way switch that was earlier installed incorrectly. They were fast and efficient. I would hire them again without a second thought.

I purchased the big deal to have electrical services completed. The company was nice, but was not able to come in time. I ended up going with another company because I needed to have the work done immediately.

The provider emailed me saying they don’t service my area and to contact Angie's List to find a company in my area to honor the deal.

The service went very well. I thought the deal was well worth it. Ariel and his crew did a great job. I had no complaints and they did everything they were supposed to. They were very professional and got the job done. They were very friendly and I had no issues with scheduling.

They did a good job of fixing the doorbell however I had wanted them to make it work for both the front of the house as well as the back which did not happen. When they left I did fix the issue on my own so that my doorbell worked from both the front of the house as well as the back.

Always prompt, neat, professional, and courteous.

This is the second time I tried to use this companies services and was told they are booked up due to demand.

Scheduling to get more information was very easy and Ariel was very professional, however the fine print in the deal made it so that we couldn't use it for the work that needed to be done.

Tried to get them to come out and install fan but kept saying they were too busy due to numerous Big Deal requests. After looking at their reviews I should have known better than to trust them to do the service in a timely manner I recommend Angie's List drop them from there service providers list.

It was very quick, and the technicians were prompt, polite, and professional--everything you'd want in a service.

They messaged me saying these dates were not available, however I called them and the dates were available as long as I was willing to pay the $250, they made it sound like there was nothing available in there near future. If you call out of the blue they have plenty of availability. Once I did call and they found out I was paying for the deal, they made the excuse that since I was in Escrow I was unable to use the deal and it was for home owners only, that is written nowhere in the deal I purchased.

The Big Deal for installation of a ceiling fan was $69. I have a 17' ceiling. When I called to make an appointment I was told that there would be an additional $150 charge for the rental of a ladder. There is nothing in the fine print about ceiling height maximum or additional fees. I am very disappointed.

2 ADI employees arrived on time and did an excellent job. I liked that they were honest with me before they started and said they may have to cut the drywall and that repair would not be included. They had to add the wiring to the ceiling and were able to do it through the attic access although it was tight and saved me the drywall repair hassle. Everything look and worked great. They cleaned up the work area before leaving. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I will definitely be calling them in the future.
