They do not service my area and were nice enough to email me back about to let me know.

The 2 workers arrived and moved quickly. It was finished much faster than I anticipated which was great. The guys were professional, polite and cleaned up everything. I know its a simple job, but I don't do anything electrical so its great to finally get this done. I had planned this for 10 years and finally did it.

Service was amazing! The professionals scheduled me between 8-9am as I requested and they were here at 8am on the dot. Very professional and great service. They even quoted me on additional work, in which I scheduled for. Can't wait! As well, Cindy was great to work with and very friendly. I will continue to use them.

Everything went great from the moment I booked my service. Cindy in the office called me and sent me an email to schedule my appointment. Ron came out to look at my house first to see what was in place and to make a recommendation as to where the lights should be placed. Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful. The same day Ron came to evaluate my house, Cindy called later that afternoon to book the appointment to install the lights. Two gentleman from ADI showed up (I know one was named Luis and I forgot the other ones name) on time and were very professional. They showed me where they were planning on installing the lights and then showed me how to work the timer when they were finished. Everything was done very professionally and neatly. I would definitely recommend ADI to anyone. I am also planning on getting a quote for them to do work in my house as well.

This company could not schedule me for when I needed them. I am seeking a refund from Angie's List.

I did not end up using the big deal because I realized I didn't need the replacement.

They showed up on time and made helpful selections where to place the new lights. They cleaned up the old lights as well as their own trash so well you never would know they had been there. Nice job!

OK?.. There was a wait of a few weeks before an appointment could be scheduled. Then there was an opportunity to move the appointment to almost a week earlier but that became unavailable by the time we called back (literally within 30 Minutes) to confirm the new appointment time. Apparently, someone else took that slot before we could commit. So we ended up keeping the original appointment time. When the installers showed up, they opened up the box containing a new ceiling fan, which we had purchased, and determined that they could not install the fan because it was missing parts. We asked if we could reschedule for the same service because we would need time to exchange/get another ceiling fan. They agreed. However, when they were putting the parts back into the box for the fan, they found the missing parts and were actually able to install the fan. The fan works great. It was just an odd sort of circumstances that left us feeling that the install was less than completely professional and took weeks to schedule. Otherwise, the finished job was great and the fan works beautifully.

We do not know!!! Our initial deposit was refunded by our credit card company.

Prompt, fast and courteous. We would have them do work again. Makes hanging lights less of a chore.

ARIEL, and his team ( Luis and Kenny) were GREAT! I especially appreciated Ariel's HONESTY , as the competing estimate had included certain cursory items that ( according to Ariel), were simply unnecessary; I now enjoy coming home in the evening and seeing everything tastefully lit up; thanks again ADI.!!! ;

The technician came on time and inspected all outlets and fixed some that were not functional. He was very courteous and highly professional and provided professional advice and information.

The sales rep was very good and responsive. The technician was professional and neat, until he labeled the panel. I can not understand what the switches are for on half of the labels, and they were not put on level. The hole that was cut was also very sloppy. I was happy enough at the time to recommend them to a neighbor who had the same work done. I also mentioned that I was remodelling my kitchen and would like a quote on the electrical work. The technician gave me a quote on the pot lights, which was way higher than all of my other quotes and there has been no follow up on the work or the additional work or quote.

The two-man team arrived on time and quickly replaced a faulty GFI outlet with a new one. Additionally, "The Deal" also included replacing regular outlets with new GFI outlets, which they did. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked in a timely manner. All work areas were left clean. I will look to ADI for my future electrical needs.

Very Professional installation.

We needed electrical updates and corrections in a new home. Provider was great, very professional. Cost was as expected.

We did not use ADI electrical. They were experiencing a lot of traffic because of the listed deal and did not have any available dates until 09/17/14. Unfortunately we needed service sooner that that to install an extra electrical outlet.

They were polite. I called to schedule and they did not call back. I called again and they answered and were very polite. They told me they could come today, so I switched my schedule around. They said they would be here at 11 am and were late getting here. Deal did not mention that I needed to have particular vent installed in my roof in order to have work done. After all of that they were not able to do the work.
