They came and told me I needed to replace my entire panel. Just to hook up my jacuzzi. They said I had to call edison. I called primo electrical and my JACUZZI IS PERFECT. I DID NOT HAVE TO REPLACE MY PANEL OR SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

We will use ADI again and again. They were professional, used high quality products and were courteous and clean. I can't say enough great things about them!!

When I initially inquired with the company, I received a quick response from the owner and he set up an appointment in a timely manner. The technician arrived on time, but he was not in a company truck. Just an unmarked car with a ladder strapped to the top. I had initially set up the inspection to identify an issue with partial low voltage outdoor lighting not working properly. In addition, I wanted some boxes converted to GFI and general wiring cleanup. After about .30 minutes of the technician inspecting things, he said he would recommend converting 5 boxes to GFI at a $500 price tag, but the low voltage outdoor lighting not working would be a separate repair date and he could not provide an estimate for repair. I told him I?d like a quote for the whole job and it all to be done at once. He left advising he would discuss with his boss and get back with me. Well, I?m still waiting to hear from ADI but so far nothing? I believe the company wanted to pick and choose what aspects of the job they were willing to handle.

I had a great experience with this company and their pricing was very reasonable thanks to the two Angie's List specials that I purchased. I originally spoke with Cindy, she scheduled an appointment for Ariel to come out and look at my property to see where they would place the lights. She is really efficient and friendly. Ariel is great at what he does, he came out and within a minute knew exactly where the lights should be placed. He was in and out in about 15 minutes and my job was scheduled. I also purchased the 1 hour electrical special, he scheduled that service for the same day which was just one week from the day he came by. On the day of my installation Luis and Luis showed up early and waited for Ariel to let them know the details of the job. Once Ariel showed up, and he was on time, they started working. They finished in about 3 hours and it looks great. They left my yard clean, they went over the directions for the transformer with me, and then they started the work I needed done on the inside. I would highly recommend this company because they did everything right from beginning to end. FYI: That night when the lights turned on automatically, my yard looked amazing. What a difference well placed lighting makes!

Went well. On time, no hidden fees, did the job well and were very nice.

I no longer needed this electrical service, to no fault of the provider. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

I was limited to the type of electrical conduit that I have for my home, so the panel would not really help me. The service provider was great in explaining this to me. They were of wonderful help, but I just did not end up needing this deal or service in the end.

They - 3 guys- were on time, pleasant and were very helpful! And diagnosed the problem for me and then gave me an estimate to fix the problem

Two gentleman arrived and were very efficient and quick in their installations. I was very happy with the results.

We bought a deal from Angies List on this company to install the new ceiling fan in our kitchen. The office staff was courteous and helpful when I set up the appointment. The workers showed up on time, were also courteous and helpful. The installed the fan and cleaned up after themselves. I've used this company several times in the past, and will not hesitate to use them again. Recommended.

Two of installation technicians came to my house to install a ceiling fan in a bedroom. When scheduling the appointment, the office was very accommodating, utilizing my current and expired Angie's List vouchers. Arvelo and Miguel were better than prompt, cleaned up after themselves, re-plastered the hole in the ceiling, and were very quick with the installation of a fan that I'd had for several years, previously at my former house. As anticipated, fan, they had the foresight to bring a "box" for the attic space to support the additional weight of the fan. And they mentioned that there would be an additional charge of $25 for the box installation. Altogether, the coupons plus $25 cost me ~$150 for $275 value. When it was installed, there was an approximately 3-4 in gap between the top of the fan housing and the ceiling. This was due to a "spacer" having been added to the top of the housing when it was installed in a non-level ceiling at our previous residence. The technicians returned later in the week at no charge to remove the spacer and connect the fan flush to the ceiling. We were very pleased with the installation, the courtesy and customer service shown.

I am managing an old appartment building. I have no experience with electricity. A fuse went out and can not be reset, the part are not available anymore. The service man fast reconized the issue at hand. It is his boss who he had permanant contact with who gave the cost estimate. I asked for a written estimate and have not received it yet

They installed all 5 fans in about an hour and a half. They did a wonderful job and they were prompt. They did everything properly and didn't have any trouble putting the fans together. I have nothing but good things to say about them and plan to use them again in the future.

Fantastic job. These guys were incredibly polite and effective. They gave me the Angies list discount and did the other stuff I wanted at what I considered to be a fair price. Basically 4 lights in one room with dimmer, 1 in another room plus dimmer, and 3 in ceiling above stairs plus dimmer

It went really well. They did everything they said they would do. They were done before they said they would be done. They were good. I haven't had any issues since.

Ariel walked us through all that was needed for our breaker box upgrade. Even though we ended up having a friend do the work, Ariel still set-up the approval and inspection process with the power company at no charge. I would definitely hire them if needed in the future.

They were "tops" and I really appreciated their professionalism and how they worked with the inspector as the inspector was late. The person I worked with was really outstanding in his patience and with explaining things clearly. He was punctual and very neat. The only thing that happened was our in-wall vacuum system was inadvertently disconnected. The price of the service was very good.

Everything was great! The two young guys they sent over were good. The only problem I had was the two outlets in the kitchen weren't working after they left and had to call ADI to get someone to have them come back, but because they were so busy that day they weren't able to. Cindy who answers the phone promised me that they would send someone out first thing in the morning. The person who came the next day was able to figure out the problem and had everything working in no time and I only had to miss an hour of work that day. Besides the two outlets that weren't working that day when I first called them, there work on the installation of the light was exactly what I was wanting. I would most definitely reuse ADI again and would recommend them to my friends. I have to give props out to Cindy who's customer service and professionalism is outstanding. Thanks Cindy!

They came out but never returned. The number they provided was disconnected.

I had purchased a special through Angie's List which provided two hours of electrical work for a set price. Two workmen arrived and quickly assessed the jobs I needed done. The work was performed quickly. Although a trip into the attic was required and it was a hot day, there were no complaints. The lead electrician gave recommendations regarding additional work I wanted quoted. Overall, it was a great experience.

Worked called on the day of the appointment and said they were in the area and could come an hour earlier than scheduled if that was okay. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. It was specified at the time of the estimate that drywall patching and painting would be my responsibility. The lights are a big improvement in my kitchen and the workers were quick and left no mess. They also fixed one outlet so that they garbage disposal would be controlled by a switch and replaced a faulty switch in my kids' bedroom. Excellent work was done for a very, very reasonable price.
