Offered a coupon to install a new ceiling fan. Company stated offer was only valid to install a fan where one was there before and not a brand new installation as I needed. Job not done. Coupon cancelled.

They showed up right on time. They installed the fan exactly as they said they would. No hidden charges... Great company

once the work was started, it went fine. they did a beautiful cleanup job including closing up the hole and matching the stucco and paint. Only problem was getting an appt set up.

I immediately notified the company, explained the problem, and gave them all the details and measurements. After verifying the situation with their worker, they determined that they were at fault and stated that they would rectify the situation. They sent a drywall repair person within the next few days to do repairs, which were satisfactory. I agreed to do the necessary sanding and painting myself. It turned out all right, but it was not what I anticipated for this job.

Good provider, just not what I had in mind, wanted to upgrade panel instead of swap out.

They do not service my area, so I am seeking a refund.

The electrician (Alvaro) and his assistant (Miguel) did the job fast, clean and professionally..just like Emeril the TV Chef BAM, BAM, Done! No nonsense. He even pointed out a previous electrician's defect that should be remedied. I could see that Alvaro and his assistant worked well together and attentive to needs. No skylarking, no unrelated chattiness, just do the work and on they go to the next job (in 90 degree weather.

it went very well. two workers came who were very professional and kind and did a clean job. I already hired them to do additional work while they were there for additional fee. I would use them again, though the price for additional work was more expensive than the angie price and service I got through the special. So I realize that the Angie specials really are a good discounted deal, much cheaper than if we contacted the provider directly and without angie's list. Thanks Angie's List! Bought the deal yesterday and tried to schedule for provider to come out and do the job. The female receptionist asked where are we located and I said in Diamond Bar, CA. She said that this is not in their service area but since they are doing a job somewhere close then she will time it with that. The call became stranger when she said whether this was for a fan a re-installation but I said no, this is for an installation as the deal advertised. She said that the fine print indicate that prior wiring, switch should be in place for them to do this. I told her that all it said was there would be an additional charge of $85.00 for an electrical box. So I said, fine, just credit me the payment and she says for me to contact Angie's List and promptly hang up. Getting the deal refunded. They couldn't do the work until the end of the month. They are busy.

The ADI team was terrific! Everyone we worked with was very professional and service oriented from start to finish. The electricians arrived on time and did a great job of installing the lights. They were knowledgable, worked from 9:30am-3pm without a break and tried hard to install the lights without cutting holes in one room. Ultimately, we will have to do some minor patching. However, during the estimate 'walk thru', Ron had alerted us to the fact that there may be a need to cut holes for access to the lines so we were prepared for this. We are very pleased with the results and only wonder why we didn't install these lights sooner! Top notch team.

It turns out I do not need the electrical deal because it was not an electrical problem.

They fixed my ceiling fan. Everything went very well. I was very satisfied with the work.

They were very responsive and helpful, but I had an emergency situation in which they could not schedule an appointment as soon as I needed. I had to call a different company and request a refund for the Big Deal.

This company sent me an email indicating that they are very busy and will schedule me as soon as possible. They said they had too many customers as a result of this coupon. I cannot wait!

I bought the deal for $269 for installation of attic fan. The deal says "Description: Here's the Deal:Solid steel attic fan including installationSolid steel thermostat to allow for temperature control". No where it says it replaces an old attic fan. So after calling and scheduling an appointment, the guy comes in, sees a solar attic fan previously installed. He tried to convince my wife (I wasn't home unfortunately) that the fan is not working (it is a solar fan and it was working 2 weeks before) and refused to install the new attic fan (I needed two, since my attic is big and need more ventilation) claiming "the offer is to replace an existing fan only" which in no way included in the offer advertising. And of course, he offered to install the new fan but for extra money "around $300". I didn't like their dishonesty, because: 1- I know the previous solar fan is working. 2- He wanted to make his job easier by just taking the solar fan out and put the electric one, ignoring what was written in their offer. Wouldn't trust to do any business, and if you get them, make sure every detail is discussed BEFORE he comes to your house.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. They were here for about half an hour. I didn't pay any additional. It is very quiet. They were very quick and very clean. The price was good. I talked to a couple of people that said it was really a good price.
