They showed up on time, completed the installation, made adjustments until I was perfectly satisfied. Job completed in about 30 minutes and they cleaned up afterwards.

l contacted ADI prior to the installation to confirm that the attic fan could be installed for use with the low-profile roof vents that are installed in my attic. I was told that the fan could be installed and the final decision would be made by the ADI installers when they had a chance to look at the attic vents. They came, they saw, they installed ...... and the fan started when electricity was turned on........ However, when I spoke with the attic fan's manufacturer, I was informed that it is designed to be used with gable vents only, not regular attic roof vents and certainly not low-profile vents. I won't bore you with the manufacturer's thorough explanation of physics & engineering. Bottom line: the fan cannot push enough air out the vent, will run constantly, risks overheating, and burning out the fan's motor. It's frustrating that ADI was not familiar with the manufacturer's requirements for the attic fans they install. So I have an attic fan that now runs constantly & does not achieve the goal of forcing the hot air out of the attic. Not very happy. NOTE: I have been pleased with ADI's work in the past - they are very professional - and I will use them again. But this one service/job was a disappointment.

The company contacted me with 30 minutes of me purchasing the Big Deal coupon. They were very courteous and respectful explaining they could not provide service to my area. Very good service even though they couldn't take care of my request.

Nice estimator, nice installers, work completed within 2 hours. Installation crew is their own staff which is good, very professional team. I would use them again for future electrical if only they were closer. Company in LA so I would only call them for the larger jobs to make it worth their time.

I was promptly contacted after purchasing my original $499.00 Angie's Deal for installation 8 outdoor landscaping lights. We made an appointment to discuss my needs and the technician showed up on time as scheduled. After consultation, I decided that I wanted to upgrade to LED lights and add lighting to my front yard. The technician sent me an estimate the same day and we proceeded to make an installation appointment. ADI made a Sunday appointment that week for installation. They worked for hours to install the new lighting and transformers. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend their services.

No service provided. I bought a ceiling fan installation package, but the provider informed me that the package was not for a NEW installation, only for ceiling fan replacement. That was not disclosed in the fine print. I then arranged to have the ceiling fan installed by the company from where I purchased the ceiling fan (not through Angie's List).

It was good. Everything went as planned and was satisfactory.

My outside light was flickering. I called the electrician. The problem ended up being the dimmer switch. It was old and faulty. I had an extra dimmer switch handy. He swapped it out in 3 min's and was done.

Scheduling the event was smooth, they were flexible. The service technicians were friendly, professional and performed the work cleanly.

They are willing to work with me and let me know that I didn't need that type of fan installed. I will be purchasing a different one from them.

I pointed out a problem with the garbage disposal and swtich. Vendor diagnosed the problem and corrected in less than 1 hour. Service was excellent, prompt and the cost was fair.

This is a total scam. We bought the coupon, requested three different dates for service calls (within the next two weeks), and ADI was not available. They required us to call to set up a time rather than do it online. We then called and there was no available time within the next month. This is ridiculous when you have a problem that needs fixing.

Came back promptly when one was not working.

We have done business with ADI several times in the past, and each experience has been excellent. This time we purchased a Big Deal for the replacement of a ceiling fan. The workers arrived on time. They were both very professional, courteous and friendly. They covered the area beneath the old fan, removed it and then took the new fan out of its box. The installation went smoothly for the most part. Though the new fan wobbles a bit when turned onto its highest speed, it looks great and works pretty well. The crew cleaned up after themselves and went so far as to dissemble the old fan and carry it out to the trash. I will be glad to recommend ADI and I plan to hire them again in the future.

Purchased deal but unable to get them to come out before 11/14/14 which is to long to wait. That is a month out. Thanks.

The rep I spoke with was very friendly, but the provider can't come out for the service for another two weeks and I need the work done sooner so I will be seeking out another electrical company to handle to service for me.

I was very pleased by the service provided. Two electricians did the work. The installation of new outlets was time consuming as the old wiring was cut very short. The techs warned me as each hour approached so I would be aware there would be another hours charge if I chose to continue the work. I thought they were honest and did a good job. One outlet stopped working after they left and they returned the next working day to correct it, with an apology. Very professional. They allowed me to purchase my own choice of switches and outlets and they charged only labor. The only thing I don't like about the company is they don't bill in installments of 15 minutes, so if you use only a portion of an hour you are billed for the entire hours labor. Nonetheless I would use them again.

The team was on time, poliite and completed the work in 1/2 hour.

I called the contractor and I told them specifically what I want done. It is to convert the plug-in socket that lights my front gate lamps to a switch. Main reason is for convenience since we just bought the house 2 years ago and the plug-in socket is mounted way too high in our garage you need a latter to plug-in and light the lamps. They stated the deal does not include REWIRING and added it'll cost lot more to do that. I am not sure if my project requires rewiring so decided to have this job cancelled. I regret this deal did not get thru but there is always that next opportunity. Thanks.

I bought the service to have a ceiling fan installed. I called today to schedule and found out that they can only install if there is an existing fan. When "Cindy" told me that it would cost over 300 to have a new ceiling fan installed I said no. I do not think the offer was clear as to what they could and could not do. I have had a ceiling fan installed for 75 so I thought the 69 was a great deal. Peggy Jo Taylor

Went online, entered my address to show providers serving my area. ADI electrical appeared. I booked on line and they responded stating I am not in their service area. Not understanding why they would be on a list of potential providers when they clearly are not.

Quick and easy. Made the appointment, they confirmed and were on time. In fact, they were early, the contacted me on the way and asked it they could come earlier than the appointed time. Very friendly and quick.
