Very well from customer service to the two employees who came to do the work. Cleaned up after themselves and easy to talk to as they explained what they were doing.

The first appointment they did not show up. They are hard to get a hold of. It took another month to have a new appointment. They offer me free service which Angie's list refused to provide because of my purchase made more than 30 days. So now they show up and refuse to provide the service due to old wiring. I am angry beyond belief and find both Angie's List and ADI useless. Angie's list for having no accountability to their customers for the services they offer and ADI for wasting my time. Now my money sits in limbo and the only one that profits is Angie's List for nothing. Bo the companies are graded F.

Very well. The team was prompt and efficient. They were neat, spreading plastic sheeting before removing the old fan. They quickly installed the new fan and tested it. They also completely disassembled the old fan so it would fit into the garbage container.

Perfect. I purchased the Deal, $89 for two hours of electrical work. ADI was proactive and called me to arrange the appointment. The day before the appointment they called me again to confirm. This was a real person, not a recording; how cool is that these days! The guys arrived on time, introduced theselves and completed the work well within the 2-hour window. I purchased the wrong replacement switches for a couple of switches, so they couldn't do those. But they told me what I needed for the next time. I hope this Deal comes up again. Very highly recommend ADI.

The two technicians arrived on time, were very pleasant and professional. They finished the job in 30 minutes, removing my old fan and installing the one. They cleaned everything up and took my old fan outside to be thrown out. I could not be happier with the appointment.

It was easy and fast. I don't know anything about electrical panels, but it seems to be working great :) No problems or complaints.

Great job, they were fast and informative

Were professional and polite and even showed up early. However, he removed the plate from the outlet, looked at the wire and said it was too old, therefore he could not perform the job. None of our communications had placed an age limit on the house or wiring, that includes the initial offer, the website or the phone call with the company. They wasted my time. I wil not use them again. I better get a refund.

Two Gentlemen came one of them was very unhappy the other younger one was very interested in getting the work done the lead guy I think was not to well-rounded in his professionalism in addressing my needs he seemed kind of mad. Some of the plugs were not totally flush and square

I signed up for 2 hours of work and had 2 guys show up (Alvaro and I believe Brian was the second guy, apologies if I got the name wrong). To be honest I was expecting them to cling on to just one project and maybe address 1 more but to my complete surprise they were able to handle all my requests. The guys were great, clean, fast, and very helpful. I have a few more things that need to be looked at and will definitely call these guys back.

Purchased their deal through Angie's list. Prompt about scheduling and showed up on time. They were very clear about pricing beyond the coupon and when the coupon priced time was up.

These guys were great! First time the electricians showed up the advised my husband that a piece on the chandelier was broken so they couldn't hang. They told my husband where they could get the missing part. My husband went where they told him, sure enough they had. We had them come out for the install and they were fast, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Electricians were able to remove the old fluorescent fixtures and replace them with the new LED fixtures. They did not clean up and left the old fixtures sitting on top of our washer and dryer. In addition the lead electrician spent time on the phone for a personal phone call. I thought that was very unprofessional considering they had one hour to complete the job.

While they were punctual and somewhat professional their work left A LOT to be desired. Sadly, this is not something we could have noticed right away but it would take about a month to see/learn. The ceiling fans (the same fan in all the rooms in our house) were not balanced like the other, existing fans and we are constantly having to adjust them. Furthermore, the light for the fan in my wife's office no longer turns off when using the remote. Everything else works fine but the light was never calibrated with the remote. Shoddy work. They were there to get in and get out while not worrying about the overall satisfaction or long-term ramifications. We will not use them again.
