It went good. I am very happy with the results. They were very prompt and great.

We were quite pleased with how it all went. It took the better part of two weeks to get this large job completed and there were no unnecessary delays. Marvin's electrical work and Omar's drywall repair were excellent. Ariel was very responsive whenever we had questions and requests, About the only negative surprise was that there were a lot of leftover pieces of drywall and stucco in bags and cans outside the house that we have to get rid of (we should have asked them to remove it.) Overall we were very pleased with the whole job and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Very pleased with ADI Electrical from the first contact and the installation. Professional service provided and follow up by the main office. Will certainly consider contacting them again for my next electrical related service need.

It seemed to go ok, however I was not present when the work was being done

They had been busy and couldn't immediately schedule but that wasn't an issue. The problem did fix itself.

They were great and fixed an item that we were told could not be fixed without buying a new one.

I called the company to schedule an appointment for them to install a thermostat. The receptionist informed me that they do not do that kind of work and I would need to call an HVAC company to do the work.

After my initial call, Ariel came out for a consultation. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgable. After my consultation, I called once a week for over a month, leaving a message each time, each time with no response. Finally, after another month, I called again. I got a live person on the phone this time; she was professional and apologetic for the amount of time I had waited without ever hearing back from anyone. She got me an appointment for a week after we talked, and the two electricians who came for the appointment just left. The window for the appointment was supposed to be from 12-2pm. The electricians showed up around 11:30, thinking the time was 11-1. It was fine for me, the earlier the better. Luis and Miguel were both very professional and courteous. They installed all 6 smoke/CO2 detectors and fixed the bathroom switch within an hour, so I was able to use the coupon for the $49 1-hour service call. I would use them again.

I had exceptional service from them. Their receptionist was especially wonderful.

I couldn't get appointment early enough so I went with someone else.

The lady I spoke with was really nice, and they were good at letting me know they could not perform the service I needed.

They came out for an estimate. The project I wanted done is out of my price range so I have requested a refund on the deal at this time.

They were extremely punctual especially with my time-frame. I had only one day to get it done and they did it well. I ended up paying a little more than I had expected.

Called the provider to ascertain appropriateness of deal I found. Cindy suggested I go for the $49 one hour special, which I did. After purchasing the deal I was contacted to schedule the installation. Less than an hour later Cindy called to say they had a cancellation, and could I have them over in a few minutes. Perfect. Entire crew polished off the job cleanly and efficiently. Wow am I impressed. I will call ADI soon to schedule more work.

They tried, communicated well with me. But I want a socket from a light extended, and that light is on an X10 control system. They won't touch it. The accent of the caller made it hard to work the details and maybe convince them it was a fairly ordinary job, but I just gave up.

I just had some scheduling conflicts with the owner. Nothing bad it just didn't work out.

I had 2 panels put in by them; months apart, on different properties. One experience was perfect and the next time they did try to up sell me though. They do use good equipment. The city came out and said they did excellent work. They are really good and respond rapidly.

Bought the $949 coupon and after having SCE OK the position of the new meter location ADI came out lo look at the job. The estimate had a few extras. The $949 coupon finally tallyed out at $2600.00 or so. ADI was very professional and punctual but the price wasn't even close to $949. Make sure you check the fine print.

I talked with the service provider on the phone. They were very polite and professional. Unfortunatley they could not get the service scheduled in the time frame I needed.

It went great. They had to totally change out my existing electrical panel and remove the wiring and reconnect it to a new panel and it all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

They were unable to do the work they said they would do. They said they would be over at 10 am, but instead showed up at 8am. When they arrived, they said that my ceiling was too high for them to complete the work I needed.

Purchased the deal for some electrical work but was not able to schedule an appointment until a month later. I needed the work completed sooner. No point in the deal if contractor cannot accommodate timely scheduling.

Prompt, clean, efficient. Unorthodox situation, but they made it work. Even installed the old fixture to a new location in the house at no charge. Thanks!

They told me that new wiring for outlet is not include in the deal I purchased and I would have to wait a month.

The pair worked harmoniously together and did a quality and efficient job.
