They rejected the scheduling I suggested three times and when I called them they said they could not accommodate me for any afternoon time and they tried to schedule me for a month out. They also said I was going to have to purchase the materials myself.

The 2 hours work did not include adding a 240 volt outlet, they should be quoted by job, not by hours.

They responded pretty quickly to schedule and were very good about this.

I purchased the service as one of the Angie's list specials. They seemed overwhelmed with the response so it did take several weeks before they could send someone out but the woman on the phone was very nice and accommodating even calling back when they had an earlier appointment time become available. This wasn't a problem for me since there wasn't anything urgent about what I needed to have fixed. 2 technicians arrived on time and replaced the old non-working timer on our patio in just a few minutes and since there was still time left on the special they asked if there was anything else we needed to be done. I showed them the bathroom outlet that only had one working plug. They replaced it with a new GFI outlet in just a few more minutes. Both jobs were done in under an hour All they charged for was parts which was very reasonable. I would call them again without hesitation.

The process was smooth. ADI came out and installed the attic fan. We were thinking of a location where another attic fan had been. They suggested a different (and better) location.

Failed to call and show up for the work.

When I spoke with the provider, he was pleasant on the phone. Unfortunately, I was just not ready to have the work done, which is why I requested a refund.

Purchased an Angie's List Deal for an outside outlet. Oswaldo showed up during the appointment time window. Took about an hour and a half to install an outside outlet and a second one in the kitchen. Quality workmanship. They're outlets and they work. Cleaned up nicely. No mess left behind. My only complaint is how long it took to get the appointment from the time I bought the Deal. Bought it on Oct 23. First available appointment was almost 3 weeks out. Due to a scheduling mix-up, the company had to cancel my appointment week of. Next available was early December, which is when it got done. I understand good contractors are busy, but to have to wait 3 weeks (6 weeks in my case) for 1.5 hours of work is a bit excessive IMO. While the work quality and price were both very good, I probably won't use them again, especially if I need work done in short order.

The pleasant over the phone it was unfortunate that it took it over a month to schedule it . They were understanding when i told them i no longer neded the service.

Angie's List emailed me to check on the work. I responded by saying that I had repeatedly checked on line for a response, and never had one. They have never contacted me, not via Angie's List or by phone, or my personal email address.

Called before coming a bit earlier than appointment. Explained all the work and performed the work efficiently and properly.

I didn't have the deal done due to the company being booked.

They were fine but they were late and didn't call.

It went quickly and efficiently. They even programmed the timer to turn off and on according to what I had asked. They were courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately, they did not program the very complicated instructions for the timer correctly, but I consider that insignificant in their overall job performance.

The electricians were quick, professional and answered all of my questions. I would use them again. I rated the punctuality a "fair" for being over an hour later than the scheduled window of time, but this was also because they were able to squeeze me in with a couple of days notice. I knew ahead of time that it was going to be a tight schedule and the electricians kept me informed.

I was particularly impressed with the pre installation meeting. Each option and cost was covered. on the install day, two workers arrived on time. Immediately, they took care to cover and protect my furniture and floors. I was consulted at each decision point: light location; placement of switch. etc. The lights work and look great!

They were fabulous! They were professional, courteous, and did their job well. I have already hired them a second time.

1. I didn't know that you were charging me up front for a coupon; 2. Provider didn't even have the time to do the work and that was established in a phone call. 3. I do not appreciate being "rooked" into paying a fee for something even remotely like this.

They were very friendly and helpful. I may hire them again for other projects.

The workman did a good job but the salesman was a little pushy. I should have gotten a second opinion because the price seems a bit high now that I think about it and I also found out later I didn't have to replace the box. So overall, the workmen did a good job and did what they were supposed to do but it was just the salesman that I felt overcharged me for work I didn't need done.

It took a little more than one month to get the appointment. When I scheduled it, I was not asked pertinent questions about the service I needed. If ADI had asked those questions, I could have avoided the disappointment when they couldn't do the work. ADI did offer to honor the coupon at a later date, but I would have to hire someone else to remove washer/dryer and disconnect/reconnect the gas dryer. Decided to find a handyman that can do the complete job.

I was not able to get an appointment with ADI Electrical because they said they were very busy. They told me their first available appointment was one month away. Since I needed immediate help I was advised by them to use another company and so I did.

Just okay. All 4 plugs outside of the house in the backyard were not correctly grounded. I plugged in my hot tub....and when I touched the water there was a distinct shock when I touched the water. When I was diagnosing the issue with assistance fromt he hut tub manufacturer we eliminated the pump as the cause by trying other circuits (which worked) AND I took a video of how much charge there was coming from the bad outlets. There was a visiable arc of electricity coming from the pump housing (which is the internal ground of the pump) when plugged into those outlets. ADI returned and repaired the problem. Further, the lighting on the front landscape lights is very uneven (very bright on the north side of the yeard, very dim on the south side of the yard). I was told it was because of how much line they had to use for one side of the yard, increasing resistance and thus decreasing the available current. While this made sense to me, it is not what I expected from my service-a service line item that was in excess of $1200! When I was told that another lighting transformer box would have to be installed at an addtional $250.00 I told ADI no...my thoughts being that I had paid too much already (overall it was $4200). I felt that this should been offered as part of the initial $1200 bid on the landscape lighting work. And frankly I was getting fed up. In sum, I was not fully satistified with the results. I do understand the errors happen, but I expect everything to be thoroughly tested and verified before the job is declared "done." This had not occurred given the problems above. And the price was also a bit high...but I was willing to pay for superior quality (given reviews in Angies list). Given my experience....I think I did not receive the expected value for my money. I must give ADI credit...the work areas were cleaned, serivce was courteous, and generally quick-however quality of work is not were it needs to be. It needs to be right the first time.

The two gentlemen from ADI arrived on time and got to work straight away. They were very helpful and professional.
