2 technicians showed up promptly and installed light quickly. $45 charge was from coupon but required me to provide ladder in order for me to get the price. Found out b/c tech's take small car to site and can't fit large ladder. No problem for that price! Techs were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Awesome deal!

They were very professional. They did a much cleaner job than they inspected. They were very nice and would use again.

The technician arrived a few days before the start of the job to conduct a walk-through of the work to be accomplished. I had purchased eight lights, but decided to purchase 14 more for installation in three other rooms. I was told upfront that the job would take a day. As promised, it took approximately 7 hours.

The company contacted me quickly after I purchased a deal for 2 hours electrical services for 39$. The guys were running a bit late but called to let me know. They quickly changed out the light, cleaned up after themselves & were quite polite.

Great. Ariel works hard to make sure his customers are happy.

The workers came a little after 8 am and were out by 8:45 am. They worked quickly and only stopped to ask me questions regarding some options I had for the work. They also let me know that I had two open junction boxes in the attic that another electrician had left from the last work I had done. The attic fan does work, and has been set to go on at 85 degrees F. It is noisy, but it did keep the house cool during the one hot day we had this week. I'm looking forward to a much cooler house this summer.

It went well. I was satisfied with the service.

Two pleasant courteous young men men showed up after calling ahead to give me their ETA. They worked quickly and efficiently and were finished in 45 minutes. I will definitely use them again!

The guys who actually did the work were great. They said they were going to contact the city and sign off that the job was done properly. The city did not charge me anything when they came out. I did ask the comapnyfor an itemized bill to indicate what they installed. They gave me a statement just stating what they did but no information about any warranties or the brand of the equipment. I have had some short outages that have lasted about 30 seconds in one area of our home and we do not know why. Also when Ariel came out he tried to convince me to upgrade. The price was $1000 more than the deal. That was for a 200 amp panel. Now there is a 200 Amp panel deal that is much less than the upgrade they offered. Before anyone purchases a Deal from them they should get that information upfront.

Service was fine. Worker was friendly and professional. My biggest problem was scheduling--I had to wait several weeks.

Their work was done without any problems and was done quickly.

The technician used a screwdriver to reset the GFCI plug and Voila!, power restored. I told the tech that I had tried to reset it; he informed me that you sometimes you need to use a screwdriver instead of your finger. Lesson learned inexpensively.

It was good overall. The fan they installed was quiet/high performance bath fan. Noise was gone and it was quiet for the first week but it got louder. Still better than my old one though. Although it says it's a high performance fan, it takes really long to time to suck up steams. So I often need to open up doors after shower.

They actually did some additional work for me. I bought two things from ADI. They did it the same day and they were fantastic. They do really good work at a fantastic price.

They wrapped it up with the fan deal. They stayed within the $49 Big Deal purchase price. It worked out great especially when they come during working hours and I had taken time off work and they get both knocked-out. It was very good.

I didn't have the deal done due to scheduling. They couldn't fit us in the time frame we needed.

Everything went as expected. The workers were friendly and polite.

They arrived 5 minutes early & got right to work. They were very professional; knew their stuff. After installation, they said to call if there were any problems....then they explained how the new light would work.

The major glitch was when they drilled the holes in the ceiling, in one spot they found roof joist blocking them. makes me wonder if they shouldn't first have checked the ceiling crawl space/attic to make sure where they cut holes they could work there. In a sense I bought a deal for 4 lights but only got 3; the fourth would have been askew. Checking first could have avoided that.

It went very well. They solved the mystery of the unlit laundry room. They spent an hour figuring out which wire went where, how do they turn on and off, and why they were not connected to anything. Two young men showed up exactly on time. They were polite and easy to talk to. They obviously knew what they were doing. They were presentable and pleasant, and really great. And I can think of nothing else to say about the experience.

The workers were polite and professional. The total cost was a little higher than I had hoped. It did involve some rewiring that was needed.

Did a great job installed the lights they work perfectly and the outlet were fixed we never had any problems with anything including the price.

Never returned my calls to schedule appointment

When there were minor issues with some electricity not coming through to a few switches, Ariel and his men came back immediately to check out and fix the problem. He was always extremely polite and responsive, often texting me to check on work before it was done. He had a nice sense of humor and it was obvious that he cared to have the work done correctly! I would most definitely use this company again, especially if I am working with Ariel.

They started the work but never finished it. They left holes in the walls and did not call me until months later to finish the work. I had to have someone else finish the job. I would not use them again and do not recommend them.
