Said fan could not be fixed with remote manufacturer sent me. wanted $99.00 to install a new fan I would have to supply. Did install a small circuit breaker type plug which went ok.

They were polite and courteous on the phone; they just could not schedule me in until February.

Unfortunately the fan included in the deal is not the kind I need.

It went well, gave me a path to follow with LADWP for their persistent overbilling.

When ADI came to do the work they gave me an estimate that was almost double and they informed me that additional work was needed.

On the limited contact I had with them, they were good.

The electricians were very prompt, very nice and did the work in a quick fashion. They cleaned up after themselves. They were so very kind and explained when I had a question.

They were right on time and completed the installation in less than 5 minutes.

Miguel actually arrived before our scheduled appointment. He installed the light, and then took the time to look at another electrical problem I had and to offer a diagnosis. Very good service. Very quick.

Great pair of fellows worked quickly and efficiently to put in the new fan, fitting the new fan into the ceiling area. As I needed another part for the 6" to 4" ducting system, they came back when I had gotten the part and beautifully completed the job. They also helped me with an electrical outlet that had been damaged and even taught me about ground wires and safety!

The entire process went very smoothly, from consultation to installation. The electricians did a very professional job, and the drywall patching team covered all of the holes beautifully. We love the cleaner, brighter look of our home.

Did not have any work done at this time. Need to take care of other issues first.

This company was very backlogged in being able to make an appointment before a month. Even then, their availability was very limited in times and days. We waited the 4-5 weeks to have them come out for our 1 hour of labor. Seems that they are overbooked. The woman making the appointments seemed short and rather rude. They could not change the bulbs in the rooms with high ceilings as they didn't have a tall enough ladder. They forgot to return our ladder to the garage and left the ladder in the master bedroom. Sloppy in the clean-up. Although we told them that we needed a dimmer switch changed, they didn't ask how many switches. They didn't bring any. I had an unused one in the garage that worked, but I expected them to come prepared. We can't recommend this company.

Performed service, nothing spectacular.

Both jobs were done quickly and without a hitch. My only cost beyond the Angie's List coupon was a switch plate cover for the new lighting. Most helpful receptionist/scheduler who alerted me to purchase parts prior to the service call to save money. I had not anticipated needing a new switch plate, so that was ADI's cost.

I provided a review already, not sure why angie's list is asking for all of this again months after the service.

They are booked out until after the holidays, and wouldn't be able to get to us until January. Unfortunately, we need this done sooner so we have to get a refund. The gentleman was very nice and the price was great.

The electrician was prompt and professional but the work required many holes in the wall to rewire the switch to a more appropriate location. They were very clear about the consequences to my request. I will need to hire someone separately to repair the ceiling and the wall. So overall this was a more expensive project than I originally planned on.

The contractor Ariel was very responsive. Kept in contact with me through whole process. His team was on time every day scheduled, did great work and cleaned up completely. Everything works as promised. Great job!

Crew arrived on time and performed as expected.

Two men showed up on time. They were very polite and efficient. Working together they tackled both problems and there would've been time for them to do something else if I had something else in mind for them to do. I feel it was absolutely worth my money and I would use them again.

it went well. it did take them a little longer going to the store to buy a fuse because there isn't a hardware store around my area but other than that service was good

The company is located to far from my home and the soonest that they could get me on the schedule is 6 wks in the future. At this point I am requesting a refund of the deal.
